Bel posticino, prenotato con il 20% su thefork, speso meno di 25 euro a testa per due antipasti (mini arancine devastanti), due primi (calamarata con polpo buonissima), dolce diviso, un acqua, the e caffè. Decisamente consiglio, tutti gentilissimi, complimenti.

A quiet place in the city center with a beautiful terrace. It was lunchtime and there were many customers, but they found a place for us. Tasty gourmet food at reasonable prices, local wine and desserts. Attentive staff, everyone speaks English. Strongly recommended.

Nice little restaurant with friendly staff. Meals and desserts were tasty. I would not recommend the crab pasta - even though the meal is nicely presented it is a pain to eat it and get some meat out of the crab shell. Good wine selection too

Easily the best cakes in Italy. We were only there for a hangover morning coffee and cake but wow the Tiramisu and Cheesecake where amazing! Service was great as well. Will definitely come back!

I confirm what said in other reviews. Very kind staff. Prices not much cheap but also the level of service, quality of dishes and vibe are at top levels. Dishes were all good, approved both by me and my Chinese friends. I would only suggest to include some vegetarian options too in the menu in order to accommodate everyone. The Venere rice dish was among my favorite ones, as I also love that kind of rice. Good place, recommended!

Locale tranquillo, con tavoli all'aperto sulla piazzetta. Si trova in pieno centro di Brescia, molto comodo per andare poi alla scoperta della città! Siamo andati per cena e abbiamo preso piatti di pesce. Ci è piaciuto.

Beautiful terrace with trees and water fountain. Within walking distance of the centre. Can have a coffee or fine dining. Service was fine but nothing personal. Coffees were delicious. A little surprised at the €0.50 charge for tap water (but apparently that’s not unusual in Italy - but they could mention that for transparency).

Ho trascorso in questo locale la serata dello scorso sabato. Premetto, che è un luogo pulito, carino, accogliente e con personale molto educato - gentile. Si è verificata una pecca però che non ci è sfuggita. Il nostro intento era di fare un apericena, infatti loro mettono a disposizione primi, secondi ma anche tapas, taglieri per aperitivi. Al termine della lettura del menù la nostra scelta si era basata su un tagliere di affettati misti e due portate di tapas (polpettine e patate al forno) . Durante l’ordine il personale ci propone l’aggiunta di qualche formaggio ai salumi, coscienti che il prezzo potesse aumentare di qualche euro. Al termine della serata, che nonostante questa piccola incomprensione é stata piacevole, caratterizzata anche da piatti buoni, c’è stata una sorpresina sul conto. Ovvero questo aggiuntivo ci è costato 20€ in più. Nonostante il chiarimento con il locale questi 20€ li abbiamo pagati. Quello che ci terrei a dire é: che quando si propongo delle alternative (tra l’altro fuori menù) bisognerebbe specificarlo o per lo meno se è una proposta non indifferente inserirlo nel menù. Perché é impensabile a parere mio, che per l’aggiunta di qualche pezzettino di formaggio (tra l’altro normalissimo non d’eccellenza o ricercato) il cliente debba ritrovarsi a sorpresa 20€ in più sul conto. Vi consiglio se avete occasione di andarci a qualsiasi proposta di chiedere più informazioni o aver la faccia tosta di chiedere i prezzi.

Qualità prezzo non consigliabile, servizio molto lento solo per portare l acqua al tavolo ci son voluti 40 minuti, cameriera molto distratta (abbiamo ordinato un purè e si è dimenticata di portarlo dopo averglielo ricordato ne ha portati due) Cibo le polpette al sugo erano più polpette all'aglio e non al sugo, casoncelli bruciacchiati ai lati e duri sembravano ripassati, coscette di pollo erano come quelle del penny market. Unica cosa positiva la cordialità è gentilezza dei due ragazzi alla cassa e al bancone. Location molto carina, pulita ma purtroppo non basta.

Porzione di crostata a 7 euro, dico SETTE. Uno sproposito, anche fosse artigianale... I prezzi comunque DEVONO essere esposti, e non era cosi.

Abbiamo aspettato mezz’ora per ordinare, dopo aver finito i drink i stuzzichini hanno portato solo dopo la richiesta, il tavolo vicino non li ha nemmeno ricevuti , camerieri con tanta voglia di servire, e pure alla cassa dopo essermi lamentata, il tipo mi detto:“ cammina da qui finché sono calmo”. Guarda spero che vi arrivino i clienti poco educati come lo siete voi.

Tourist Trap in the old city!! The prices are very high for a Tasteless food! How can you charge 4€ for a Toast slice with Nutella?? Absolutely ridiculous! And the service was not polite and pushed us to order without looking on the menu. Stay away!!

Incredibly bad, bad service, the servers couldn't care less if we were there, the food was just basic frozen potatoes, white bread toasted with some tomatoes and we had the paella, it had dried rice and bad clams that gave us both stomach ache and not to mention there was very little food, we were still hungry after. We paid 45 euros each foar that (including a water and a cocacola)

If you intend to order their "Fresh Crab", be prepared to receive a gorgeous but empty shell. They served pasta with a side of legs and a claw. The entire body of the crab was missing from the plate. I asked the waiter what happened to the body (where 80% of the meat is) - he said it's cooked together with the pasta. It still didn't explain where the meat is, so I asked if they throw it away after the pasta is ready - the waiter said he doesn't know. For the price you obviously don't expect a 5 star lobster, but the title said "Fresh Crab with Pasta", so you could reasonably think that you receive an actual crab, however small. Unfortunately that was not the case. The waiter apologized multiple times for the experience, even though it was absolutely not his fault. As a tourist in a foreign country it's most polite if you pay the entire bill and not make any drama, however, I do not recommend their crab dish to anyone. Unless you're keen to be disappointed, of course.

To all tourists: Watch out! "Amante" tried to cheat on us. The bill was wrong. After we had asked to correct the price of three dishes, only one was corrected. Then we were ignored for about 15 minutes. We finally had to approach the waiter who still pretended not to know what we were talking about. In the end, we could pay the bill the way it was supposed to be. There was no excuse at all. Our good-byes were not answered, no eye-contact, nothing. A disgrace...
