Great place with outdoor seating ! Stumbled on it when we were heading to port and loved it. Great choice of drinks . Very laid back and cool atmosphere and excellent spritz ! Great value too.
What a lovely atmosphere, nestled among the alleyways of the city center, finally a non-touristy place where you can enjoy a decent drink without spending a fortune. Friendly, approachable, yet professional service. Saved on Maps!
My favorite place to spend an evening in Genoa. An inclusive atmosphere and reasonably priced drinks. A perfect, casual setting for a no-strings-attached drink! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We didn't consume anything but two beers. But the place is really in the style of old alleys, so I promote it ad honorem. And then I will return to try the aperitif menu, which seems promising.
I'm not from Genoa, but I lived in Turin for several years. It's like going back to San Salvario 20 years ago. Good beer, excellent service, very welcoming atmosphere. Definitely my favorite place in Genoa's historic center! 😊

A place not to be missed.... In my opinion, one of the best in town for an aperitivo and small snacks. The first welcoming, unpretentious, and reasonably priced place in town. The menu is displayed. And you can also sit at the tables in the nearby square without rushing. Just steps from the port area and the city center. We also tried the Cicala spritz... Truly excellent!!! Highly recommended. Thank you.

Delicious! Kudos to Francesca, who during the lockdown found an innovative and fun way to satisfy customers. OSTAIA Cicala's takeaway aperitif isn't just any aperitif. In addition to the excellent cocktails you can make at home with ice and citrus slices (for us, a CICALA SPRITZ with Corochinato and Prosecco and an APEROL SPRITZ), the box also contained a ton of goodies, Ostaia pins, pens, postcards, drawings, and of course, the appetizers. Truly original flavors: Tartlets with Philadelphia and beetroot, chopped hazelnuts, and Maldon salt Tartlets with avocado cream, salmon, and almonds Puffs with ricotta cream, Ariccia porchetta and basil, hazelnut cream, and sesame seeds. Puff pastry with cannellini bean hummus and roasted cherry tomatoes Sant'Olcese salami The prices are absolutely fair: one cocktail €8, two cocktails €15. I'll definitely be back for lunch or brunch! Well done!
Simply put, one on the best bars in the old town. You'll not be disappointed.

Definitely one of my favorites, recommended for an easy aperitif, a vintage, unique place, with a friendly owner and good products on offer. Recommended
