Overall, a positive experience. We had two round bataròs, a Coke, and a beer for a total of €22. We ate there; my only criticism would be to provide customers who eat there with a tray to put the batarò on, or, since the sandwich might drain, to avoid making too much of a mess.

A well-maintained place. Simple and very welcoming. Ideal for those looking for a quick lunch break. As you'll see from the menu photo, they only do sandwiches. But they're all unique and tasty. The portions are generous; a sandwich will fill you up! Highly recommended.

Vado sempre a gustare un bataro' prima di andare al cinema. Panini particolari e buoni. Il personale è gentile e disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta anche se fuori dal menù. Questo per me è un punto a loro favore. Consiglio solo di provvedere con un tendaggio per riparare il locale dal sole. Il mese scorso era impossibile cenare all'interno con 40 gradi, porta aperta e condizionatore acceso....forse non sono sicura fosse acceso. Birre ottime!

I went because it was close by and a quick sandwich seemed like a good option. The Batarò is a typical Piacenza sandwich. The lightly salted flavor is reminiscent of piadina, but it has a completely different texture. You could tell the ingredients were top-quality. The place was falling apart because they're moving closer to the stadium... Even though it didn't look like much at first glance, I changed my mind.

Bataró is always a guarantee: the crispy ones are excellent, the softer ones are delicious. A huge selection of both savory and sweet options...watch out for the constantly changing specials. The place is a bit small, but it's primarily for takeout. Friendly service and reasonable wait times, and the owner's preparation and passion, along with his kindness, are the icing on the cake!

Good morning, I've been treating myself to a batarò here every now and then for a few years. The place is pleasant, and the beer is excellent. In my opinion, and I repeat, a batarò is a sandwich that should be eaten primarily with cured meats, given that the area is rich in this excellent raw material. Therefore, while I enjoyed the sandwich, I find it a bit too elaborate with sauces, mayonnaise, etc. In any case, a positive review.

I ordered a round batarò with chicken, caramelized onions, bacon, and scamorza cheese. The owner called me and told me he didn't have any chicken, so he substituted it with pulled pork—no problem. I got a batarò with a little pulled pork, topped with 2 kg of cavolo nero and carrots. It cost €13.50, but now I get 10 free paper napkins. Who knows.
