We loved this trattoria. The ambiance is very vintage and makes you feel you're back in time. Then the food amplifies that to 100. Amazing traditional dishes cooked with what feels high quality ingredients. We tried a lot of dishes from Liguria and we were amazed. The thing that made our dinner unforgettable was the lovely waitress that helped us choose, was very friendly and kind and always with a huge smile in her face... We would definitely recommend and go back there

Trattoria Ö Bansin is a delightful Italian culinary gem in Rapallo. The food here is undeniably fresh and authentically Italian, a true treat for the taste buds. Don't miss out on their house wine; it's a must-try! They also offers a memorable tiramisu that's the cherry on top of a fantastic meal The friendly staff and inviting atmosphere enhance the overall dining experience. I fell in love with this place and will undoubtedly return if I visit Rapallo again. Highly recommended for an authentic Italian dining experience!

When you’re in Rapallo, this is an excellent choice for dinner. This Trattoria offers a select menu of local dishes, all quite affordable. The staff is particularly friendly and welcoming, even if you haven’t reserved a place. From the outside, it will look quite small, but there’s a large hall inside with plenty of space.

Lovely place! The service was very warm and friendly and the atmosphere was also nice and cozy. Most importantly, the food was delicious. Tried the pasta with nut sauce and the lasagna and they both tasted great. Tiramisu and Panna cotta were also very nice. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable, a main dish was about 7-12€ and 0.5l wine for 4€. Would love to come here again!

If you suspect to be the kind of person to stroll into a restaurant and have zero regard for another culture and their language and then leave a negative review for not having been embraced with a dishonest and exaggerated friendliness, then this is not the place for you. This place came highly recommended to me by multiple locals so I insisted on dining here even after I was turned down on a busy Saturday night. It was absolutely worth the wait. Typical Genovese kitchen with an authentic Italian experience. Prices are very affordable and definitely worth the quality and portion size. I ended up dining here multiple times during my stay and was more than satisfied each time. Do not miss out on their focaccia al fromaggio and on their pizzata! So good!! Their deserts are also a must!!

Traditional Ligurian place in the food and manners (don't expect a super polite service). The menu is a guarantee and always the same, spanning from pasta with pesto, to quiches, to fish. Very nice the fried anchovies. Great prices.

Very cozy place with really interesting vintage pictures about Rapallo on the walls. The food experience follows the local tradition and you can expect to taste flavourful and fresh dishes. Fish based recipes are recommended but also the main dishes with fresh pasta are amazing. Honest prices compared to the more touristic restaurant beach side. Welcoming and caring personnel.

Unfortunately this place is far from good taste. Over 100 years of tradition but food is very average. I’ve ordered lasagne and cooked stockfish and I didn’t liked it. The best in this restaurant is espresso but ofc you wouldn’t come there just to drink coffee, right? Atmosphere was also quite sad. Only few people inside, no music, no hustle and bustle.

Terrible food while amazing alternatives are just around the corner. The coniglio alla Ligure was half bones and the little meat that was on the plate was as tough as a shoe sole. The frito misto had unclean fish and calamari while the spaghetti Vongole had broken shells, closed shells and lacked in flavour. House wine was decent though. Avoid this place if you have any desire of tasting good Italian food.
