Abbiamo scelto di fermarci qui perché il posto si trova vicino al nostro alloggio e le recensioni erano molto interessanti. Non possiamo che confermare quanto letto fin'ora... Super consigliate le Trofie al Pesto abbinate ad un calice di Pigato! Per concludere abbiamo preso anche la cheesecake ai frutti di bosco: ottima!!! Personale gentile e preparato! Ritorneremo sicuramente!
Siamo capitati qui per caso… ci siamo tornati con estremo piacere tutte le sere del nostro soggiorno a Genova..ed anche per la colazione . Una cucina di qualità, un servizio attento, rapido premuroso e sorridente. È stata francamente un'ottima sorpresa : il polpo sia in antipasto che sulla pasta era veramente preparato a dovere, così come il pesto o i più classici ravioli al ragù. Anche il vitello era buonissimo. Non c'è molta scelta du vino, però ne hanno selezionati solo alcuni che sono gradevoli ed economici. I dolci sono buoni, c'è anche uno spritz al limoncello che vale la pena ! È stato veramente un posto che ci ha sorpresi sia per la qualità che per l'accoglienza !

Abbiamo scelto questo ristorante perché era vicino al nostro albergo e avevamo molta fame. Devo dire che la frittata di frutti di mare è stata davvero buona. Ho anche assaggiato il risotto ai frutti di mare ed è stato fantastico. Il servizio è stato veloce e la signora che lavorava qui era molto gentile.

Siamo venuti per un aperitivo e nonostante l’aspetto poco invitante del luogo siamo tornati per cenare il giorno dopo fidandoci delle recensioni positive. Se devo dire la verità eravamo molto scettici ma siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi sia dal rapporto qualità-prezzo sia dalla disponibilità e gentilezza della signora ily. Abbiamo preso le linguine con astice e gamberi, risotto alla pescatora, gamberi alla griglia e fritto misto ed era tutto buono, il pesce era fresco, ily ha provveduto al continuo rifornimento di focaccia anche questa molto buona. Abbiamo bevuto due calici di bianco e preso anche due gin lemon, tutto questo spendendo solamente 70€. Consigliato anche per orario aperitivo o per un drink post cena perchè ha dei prezzi davvero buoni. Fidatevi se siete in zona veniteci. Grazie Ily🫶🏻
L'anima del ristorante piazzetta San Carlo home è Lilly. Un sorriso smagliante, personalità travolgente. Ci ha suggerito fuori menù linguine all'astice e ostriche, tutto freschissimo. Abbiamo provato anche altri piatti, tutti ben cucinati. Rapporto qualità-prezzo corretto. Le bottiglie di vino provate sono risultate piacevoli con un prezzo ragionevole. Altro punto a favore, non si paga il coperto ed il servizio è impeccabile.
Ottima cena, personale cordialissimo e molto accogliente, ci ha fatto sentire a casa. La porzione di trofie al pesto era abbondante e deliziosa, e il tiramisù per dessert era dolce e cremoso senza essere pesante. Ho cenato con la mia famiglia durante una gita a Genova, e ci siamo trovati tutti benissimo.

The staff is very polite and gives excellent food recommendations. Portions are large and delicious. The pasta was perfectly cooked and loaded with seafood. Fast service and a great Aperol Spritz. Go for it!

Lovely service and food! The people (or at least the very kind and sweet Chinese lady) serving here are trilingual speaking English, Mandarin, and Italian and the overall vibe was very homey and cozy. Truly felt relaxed here (the wine might have helped some too).

An unassuming restaurant located near the Principe train station. Despite the full outdoor restaurant, the waitress somehow managed to find us a table and two chairs. We ordered calamari and spaghetti with seafood. The dishes were delicious, well-seasoned, and the seafood was fresh. The prices were low; we paid 13 euros for the pasta, which I think is a great value. The wait time for the dishes was short. The drinks were also good. The service was very attentive. I recommend it and we will definitely be back. Thank you!
The food here is a must try! Every dish was amazing and came out in a reasonable time, the bread is a nice touch just in case you have to wait longer. Each dish was hot and full of flavour and I cannot compliment the staff enough, very polite and are very friendly as well sparking up conversation with both tourists and local diners giving a unique and personalised dining experience. The food and staff were so amazing I came back and ate here a second time and experienced both the indoor and outdoor seating which were both pleasant to eat at. If you’re in Genoa I highly recommend coming here you will not regret it!!

The food was absolutely delicious and the service was outstanding! Everything we tried was fresh and full of flavor, but the highlight of the evening was definitely the Dorado - perfectly cooked, tender, and simply the best I’ve ever had. Our waitress Lili was so kind and attentive, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for both the amazing dishes and the warm, welcoming staff!

Amazing service🥹 The waitress was very kind. When she saw we finished the pastry she brought us the new bread immediately. We didn’t wait too long for the food even tho there was a big reservation.
We tried this restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by the very good pasta, we visited the restaurant 3 times during our stay in Genoa. The woman who runs the restaurant with her family is wonderfully nice and service-oriented, she quickly learned what my favorite beer was so I didn't even have to order it with the food we ate. I recommend a visit to her when you are in Genoa.
Window seat and people watching with a fan was a great start. We were determined to get pesto in Genoa and we picked this place due to all the stars.. we walked from the aquarium (also great).. we had pesto pasta and caprese… both are amazing and together I enjoyed them as well. Definitely try their pesto. It was amazing. Truly enjoyed it! Deciding if we should take gnocchi to go. Our daughter got the ham and cheese toast and I took a bite- awesome. It’s like a panini. The croissant we split had some type of pudding in there. Took me by surprise and gave rest to husband and he enjoyed it. Wonderful lunch after the aquarium- thank you! You will love the food.
The restaurant was full, they told us we have to wait but it was absolutely worth it! Food was amazing and the staff is super nice! The negativ review before ours it’s just not true! We were there when they were. Don’t mind rude guest’s lies! 😉 Highly recommended the place!😊
I had an awesome meal here on my first day in Genoa. The piazza is small and off the beaten path, so quiet. It was a beautiful sunny day and I sat under an umbrella for lunch. I started with the tomato and mozzarella salad and a big Moretti. I finished with the lasagna. Both courses were excellent and the setting was great. I highly recommend.

There is not many restaurant open at 11 but this shop is. I ordered mix salad with seafood spaghetti. Both dishes were delicious with big portions. The dessert also nice but a bit sweet. The service is really impressive. Recommended.
Having a hot meal in Genoa on a Sunday—what a blessing! We arrived in the city on a very windy day and found this restaurant near the port. At first, we thought it was closed, but it turned out that the sign was just small and easy to miss. This place offers authentic Italian cuisine with fresh seafood ingredients. Sometimes, they even serve a special homemade chili sauce, which has a unique flavor and goes really well with pasta. The owner is very kind and provides some services that are not common in other restaurants, such as serving hot water. We ordered basil pasta, lobster pasta, a mixed seafood fried and grilled platter, plus two bottles of peach soda. The total was around 70 euros. Before we left, they even gave us some candy and waived the service charge and coffee bill. Definitely worth visiting again!
I had an exceptional dining experience at Piazzetta San Carlo! The food was delicious and expertly prepared. The lobster pasta (€22) was a culinary delight! The oysters were fresh and incredibly meaty (€3 each). The calamari was cooked to perfection and full of flavor (€18). The octopus pasta (€14) was also outstanding, with tender and fresh octopus. The desserts were heavenly - the meringue with ice cream (€5) was a masterpiece, and the tiramisu (€5) was an excellent choice. The service was pleasant, friendly, and prompt. Highly recommended!

Ottimo posto in cui mangiare, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Il cibo invece in questo caso è un argomento divisivo, poichè la valutazione mia personale è che era discreto, e ritengo di aver mangiato bene, ma al tempo stesso, alcuni che hanno mangiato con me lo ritengono appena sufficiente, come si suol dire "De gustibus non est disputandum". Il prezzo lo ritengo corretto.
Un’esperienza davvero piacevole: il locale è accogliente e curato nei dettagli, il personale è gentile e disponibile, e ogni piatto che abbiamo provato era preparato con ingredienti freschi e di qualità. Atmosfera rilassante, perfetta sia per una cena tranquilla che per un pasto in compagnia. Sicuramente tornerò e lo consiglio a chi ama la buona cucina e il servizio attento.
