My wife Chiarina was hospitalized in the gastroenterology department for more than 32 days and I must praise all the doctors and nurses for their kindness and cordiality in caring for the patients under treatment. Every visit regarding my wife's case was carried out without leaving anything out and when the doctors were satisfied with the outcome they discharged her. A big thank you with all the ❤️

An absolutely positive experience, both for the radiology department and for the orthopedic surgeon who treated me. I visited the radiology department twice for X-rays following a fracture, and on both occasions the staff was punctual, professional, attentive, and kind. The report was available very quickly after the exam. The orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Stennardo, followed me for two subsequent checkups, giving me indications and prescriptions that led to my recovery as planned and within the timeframe he had established. Professional and absolutely reliable.

This morning, Sunday, August 10th, it took me about three hours to go through triage, the examination, the X-ray, and the discharge, and given the constant influx of patients, even in obviously risky conditions, it seems reasonable. The triage doctor/nurse (despite the not always calm patients), the radiologist, the orthopedist, and the nurses who took us from one place to the other were all kind. Emergency rooms are places you should be able to avoid, but fortunately they exist and in this case they are functioning, despite the workload. Thank you.

Arriving from Savona, I took a lovely trip along the beautiful Ligurian coast. I found the hospital right away because it's right on the main road, with ample paid parking inside. It's not very crowded at this time of year. The doctor was very kind, as was the nurse who prepared my records. The hospital was clean. The only downside was that I couldn't find the ward because it's divided into several rooms. Perhaps there was a map. I didn't find one. Anyway, well done. Pietra Ligure is also beautiful.

Fantastic service in the accident and emergency department. All the staff spoke enough English to be able to speak to me and a few were 100% fluent. The treatment was fast, thorough and very professional and everyone was friendly and happy. I won't say it was a pleasure because I had just crashed my bike and was in a lot of pain but the staff were excellent.

Buon ospedale sulla riviera ligure di ponente, personale gentile e preparato. Misure anticovid purtroppo rispettate solo parzialmente rispettate, alcuni operatori non usavano correttamente la mascherina, troppi visitatori o pazienti neppure l'avevano.

Rude staff but got work done

I arrived on Saturday, because everything else is closed. Got registered and was told to wait. After 3h of waiting I asked if they haven't forgotten about me. Was told to keep waiting. After 4h I told them that I'was leaving. After 4h of waiting I haven't seen a doctor. The corridors were all full of old and injured people looking to die any minute. Ok, my state was not extremely urgent, but my doctor told me (online) to visit a doctor ASAP. In case I need antibiotics it's better to start sooner. And everything else is closed until Monday...

Waited 8 hours for a little stitch!! The doctors are very kind and professional.

Dopo un ricovero per un TIa a Imperia indirizzato all’ambulatorio di cardiologia per un holter cardiaco di 12 giorni. Dopo tre mesi di attesa l’ambulatorio mi convoca. Dopo due giorni faccio una allergia alla colla degli elettrodi , non potendo completare i dodici , non mi è stata proposta alcuna altra soluzione, e dopo due mesi sto ancora aspettando un referto . In totale 5 mesi di attesa senza un ipotesi di diagnosi per una patologia che richiedeva una particolare urgenza !!

We've been in the emergency room for over two hours with my mother-in-law on a stretcher, a 75-year-old woman with no feeling in her legs, not very lucid, and literally debilitated. I'm sent out without any news, and when I go in to see how she's doing and if she needs anything, the nurse who handles triage gives me a rude response... I can understand everything, but I have a hard time with rudeness. If we're here, it's not because we had nothing to do at home... To do your job, you need humanity; otherwise, it's better to stay home and change careers.

I took my daughter to the emergency room. A scooter hit her. Nothing serious. I'm sorry, but from 1:00 PM this afternoon until 8:00 PM, they still haven't seen him. No one... it's a disgrace. 7 hours still waiting. Shame. It's 10:37 PM still waiting.

Still waiting for the results of a brain CT scan, which we were unfortunately offered to send by registered mail, performed at the end of July, and the inability to view it or receive a copy, is unacceptable in my personal opinion. We will have a Parkinson's disease appointment soon, and unfortunately, despite numerous reminders, we will not be able to avail ourselves of this important information. For a hospital considered urbis et orbis among the regional excellences of our Liguria region, this is, to say the least, deplorable.

Tried to call on behalf of my sick four year old son. Politely asked if someone spoke English and the receptionist yelled “ITALIANO!!” in my ear. I repeated and got the same answer again. Tried a third time and got the same answer before they slammed the phone. Shamefull behaviour from so called professionals.
