Amazing breakfast. Can’t think of anywhere else if you want a decent English breakfast at a decent price

Great breakfast today, we enjoyed it very much, cooked really well, service with a smile, location on the square perfect for watching the world go by. Well run business's.

Been going to the Grumpy Goat for breakfast for our last 3 trips to Spain and you simply cannot fault it. The fact you are allowed to choose any items you like to create either a 6 item breakfast or a 10 item breakfast is great, catering for all. The 10 item brekkie is such good value, the food is always very good quality and served piping hot. Lisa & Debbie are very friendly and welcoming which makes coming here a pleasure. Glen is great fun too! Couldn't rate the atmosphere really as only ever been for breakfast. Having tried breakfast at other places in the local area, I can confirm this is easily the best!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Love the quirky decor, Lady working, was welcoming, and we had a breakfast which was delicious 😋 and great coffee too. Music in the background too. It's a Win Win

We went out with the intention of eating Spanish, called into the grumpy goat for a quick drink at 7pm,we left at 11.30. Had the best ever steak, Glen and his staff are so friendly and the service was absolutely brilliant. Called in on Saturday morning for a breakfast, which was also excellent, because glen was on his own and there was 6 of us,but it was not a problem. Can totally recommend this place Will be back.👍

Best bar in the square. Great atmosphere at night with everyone there. Good breakfast they serve in the mornings also. Show all the sports and play great music as well.

We visited a couple of times whilst in the area and had a lovely time. Owner is very friendly. Beer is good and sensibly priced. We didn't eat but the food looked lovely. No complaints at all.

I absolutely love this bar. The staff are so friendly and helpful, fantastic English breakfast and the hot stone steak is a favourite of mine Been to many of the organised theme nights which are so much fun and really well managed. See you in March 🥰

Great place to be.... good view of the square and people watching.... it's also the cool side of the street, so that helps when it's really hot. The BREAKFAST is great, and TBH probably the BEST breakfast is Torre!

The best steak we had all holiday. The steak on a hot stone was amazing, it was probably our best meal in the square and fantastic value for money. We were served by Keith and food cooked by Glen and they were both so nice and friendly. Highly recommended!!

The owner went out her way to help us locate a driver to get us back to Los Alcázares when we had no way of getting back. We can’t thank her enough. Wonderful cocktails too whilst we waited.

Great breakfast but running in grease from the mushrooms .Might be a good idea to put on kitchen roll first to soak uo the grease instead of making my toast soggy .

La mejor Guinness de barril de la zona y a buen precio. No hablan casi nada de castellano, te entenderás mejor con ellos si hablas inglés, son bastante simpáticos. Horario de cocina a la inglesa, casi imposible cenar a una hora normal por aquí.

I previously got the wrong business and deleted the review! 😂 This place does a very nice breakfast and great size too! Coffee is decent quality the range of wines I liked! They also do great steaks you can cook yourself! Great place to people watch and soak up the atmosphere! The staff also are very kind and can have a good laugh with!

Why advertise your open when you are closed Sunday pm prime football time.

Visited a couple of months ago said was open from 10 but 8 of us sat outside until 10.20 then went to another place. Today turned up again as we noticed it was open. Food ok but terrible welcome which made us feel so uncomfortable. My husband and I have lived in the area for 22 years and will not be spending our hard earned cash in somewhere the owners are just not welcoming... A smile don't cost nothing & being pleasant. Especially to new customers. Only reason we went as we were recommended by a friend of the owner

Thought I’d try the Grumpy goat after reading the reviews but wish I didn’t - ordered 2 breakfasts both plates had lukewarm beans and cold tin tomatoes some items weren’t edible as been over cooked deep fried black pudding and the fried slice deep fried ? The handful of chips were over cooked the fork couldn’t penetrate them. Maybe be an off day but this has put us off returning

Had two visits to this bar first visit drinks cost 10 euro two days later 20% increase on same drinks!! Not sure the landlord even recognised us. The bar is tiny should be able to note second visits but landlord didn't converse or look remotely interested. Won't be going back there again..
