I ordered online, and when I came to pick up my order, they yelled at me for being late. Their attitude was very disrespectful toward customers — I will never order from this place again.

Ordered two hash browns on the same order. One was burnt and over cooked, the other was undercooked. My sandwich was almost dripping in grease and oil. And to top it off, I was given a faulty cup which leaked all over the place and made a huge mess. I am EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED with this visit. Will be my last time at this location.

I asked for BBQ sauce for my nasty chicken strips. I was given ranch. JitB ranch tastes like a corpse smells. Now I have a pile of inedible breaded chicken. You have wasted food, my time, and my money. NONE OF YOU DESERVE THE EXORBITANT AMOUNT YOU GET PAID!! You don't even know the difference between BBQ and ranch. They're even different colors!! Its no wonder they're closing a bunch of locations.

Food/service: ordered ult. Cheeseburger and got bacon in it (I'm Muslim so I paid extra and had to throw it out). Atmosphere: while I was in there someone stole a piece of my car door handle, shady untrustworthy area.

AVOID THE DRIVE-THRU! This Jack in the Box has the worst evening staff. In 4 weeks, my family has gone through the drive-thru exactly 4 times. And all 4 times, items were missing, and sometimes items were wrong (especially custom orders). I blame the manager (his name starts with an E) for not caring if his employees get their customers' orders right. If you want to eat here, avoid the drive-thru. Go inside, check your order (yes, open everything there), before leaving. Jack in the Box is known for having good staff, but these people are the worst in the franchise. (And, I did reach out to heyjackbox customer survey every time this happened and left my contact info. No response yet, just a code for a free Jumbo Jack. Which I don't eat).

It's been open for an hour and a half but they couldn't be bothered to open the dining room. Guess I'm walking to your competitors donut shop... that place has more customers in the morning because their doors are actually open at this hour

reply to owner Of course, orders must always be accurate. Even at other burger places we frequent, they made the mistake of ordering without pickles several times. Everyone can make mistakes. I hope there will be no disadvantage to the person who received the order that day. He may have given it to me by mistake because he mistook it for another customer, but he was kind. The problem lies in the unpleasant attitude of the other person when I went to complain. In this case, an apology would come first, but let alone an apology, the rude attitude towards the customer is not only unpleasant, but it also ruins the mood of the day. It's okay to think that I wasted about $12, but I feel sorry for the child who didn't eat lunch when I went to work, the time wasted, and especially the unpleasant service. I don't leave feedback like this because it's annoying, but I'm taking the time to leave this to encourage you to pay more attention to employee training.

To the surprise of absolutely no one, this location choked AGAIN! I was the only one in the drive thru and STILL had to pull in front and wait. Got home to find the large fry MISSING! Why is something always MISSING? Nothing short of theft!

I ordered multiple items in two different occasions and didn’t receive items on both of my orders on different days. I attempted to reach out to Jack in the Box via email and received no compensation for my lost product. The food I received was also lukewarm and barely edible. I have not had this experience at other locations. Avoid this location if you can.
