I probably eat here more often than I should, but it is convenient and on the way to a place where I need to be. First the good. The food is very good and I like my burgers grilled. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Now for the bad. The dining room is not very well kept. The garbage cans always seem to be full and never emptied. The ketchup dispenser is always empty and I have to go back to the counter for packets of ketchup. They really should have people around the dining room cleaning and refilling dispensers as necessary. This place can be so much better if only the manager paid attention to small details like a clean dining room and empty garbages. ***Update 4/11/2019 Since my review, they have hired more people. The tables are cleaned they are taking more pride in their workplace. Very nice to see. I gave them an additional 🌟 star for this.

Convenient and satisfying takeout! I've grabbed takeout from Burger King a few times during their T-Mobile promotion days, and it's become a go-to. The Impossible Whopper is a winner - tastes great! The service is always fast, making it an easy choice for a quick bite. The promotions have hooked me, and I've returned for more. 3.5/5 stars!

Service is ok, but the overall food quality can be inconsistent. This location is open 24/7 (via drive thru) which is beneficial, if you have a craving or nothing else is available nearby. Sufficient parking available.

It's a Burger King. Although, as Burger Kings go, this one is pretty solid, which explains why it's been there since the 90's - used to be a Roy Roger's. Service is pretty good, food is ok.

I ordered an original chicken meal with onion rings and a dr pepper. First of all my soda tasted exactly like seltzer water as they probably didn't replace the syrup in the soda machine. Second my chicken sandwich barley had any mayo or lettuce on it. The only good thing was the drive thru line was going pretty fast but they probably rush order's at the same time lol.

Every time I go there they get my order wrong. I ordered a whopper w/cheese no onions no tomatoes, I got a whopper Jr No cheese It's ridiculous, Not going there ever again.

pulled gave my order for a double whopper. one car in front me at the drive thru and it was at about the 10 minute mark I just pulled off the line and went home. it's fast food!!!!

I bought a cup of Joe that tasted as if it was made with sausage and what I haven't discovered. Not a good experience. You should not be pitiful, all you had to do was apologize! Why can't you communicate effectively? You all need to FOCUS!

Disappointed let me say I was on the drive- thru line for a while only for them to be missing items from my order. Then I go to ask what’s going on and the lady was rude and gave me dirty looks.

I always come to this Burger King but they always find a way to mess up my order, today I came with my siblings to try the new SpongeBob Bikini Bottom Bundle meal, and guess what? They forgot our toys, our strawberry cakes, andddd they were out of the pineapple float drink… so we had to get regular fountain drinks smh, as if that wasn’t enough they want to add on the fact they forgot our order items and each bundle was $15… honestly yall ruin the whole purpose of these fun meals😭 do better man smh

I came around 220 AM and I ordered my food in advance like usual but when I got my food from the lady she just left and walked away. I said strange so when I looked at it my order was all wrong .I tried for a few minutes honking my horn and screaming for her attention but all I can see is this lazy worker in the back sitting on her phone. I have to drive all the way back around to the speaker to get this lady’s attention then when I finialy get my food my shake is melted and not even mixed like. It seems like she don’t even care about her job or the workplace or the customers look at the cameras and you will see how lazy your worker is.

I came through the drive thru and asked for the limited time firery royal crispy sandwhich and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were burnt the cheese was like rubber. I didnt get my firey sandwhich i got a regular crispy sandwich and no marinara sauce and honey mustard. I will never be going to burger king again this isnt first time this is happened at this location. The workers there need to care about there customers and food they give out

I work nights and this BK advertises to be 24 hours so I was really excited to leave work and get some dinner. I placed a mobile order and headed over. When I got there, there was a car ahead of me that was at the window so I knew they were open. I waited at the speaker for 10 minutes, including adding a couple of hellos in case they didn't know I was there and I was completely ignored. I pulled up to the window and all of the lights were on, and there was a backpack out so obviously someone was in there and just ignoring me. I waited another 5 minutes and then just left. If you don't want to do your job, then quit. You don't deserve to get paid to hide and do absolutely nothing. My coworkers come here as well and I'm telling them to avoid this place at all costs. I'm so glad I wasted my time and money on a place that literally says out front they're 24 hours and then completely ignores people coming to get food after work. Congratulations on losing business from me and my friends/coworkers. Stop saying you're 24 hours if you're clearly not taking orders. Edit: I just drove by 10 minutes later after getting food at a place that actually served me, and someone is standing at the front so way to make it more obvious you chose to ignore me!
