But the service here is especially terrible. 2 people on registers who can't get an order straight. I said my order 3 times even pointed to it on the menu and I still got the wrong order. A lady in front of me asked for 1 extra sauce for her chicken tenders and the manager told her she had to charge her an extra 50 cents. No way to places like this deserve $15/HR. Stay with the minimum wage for minimal effort and customer service.

I give this store credit. The staff actually works. Food was actually hot when I got it! Impressed that someone actually came over to see if I enjoyed my meal before I was ready to leave. I hope that other BK's would follow how this store manages staff. Kudos!!

These guys are great. If you have complains you probably shouldn't do Burger King in general. The service here is great and the staff are friendly. They even let you use expired coupons! The store itself closes at 11pm but the drive-thru is 24/7. Can't complain!

Unlike other entitled reviews this bk is one of the best I've been to. Clean, good service, hot food. Others are complaining about pricing not listed online for fast food? Get out of here. Couldn't get on the phone? Really? It's a fast food restaurant, they're busy 99 percent of the time. Its fast food people. I don't know what you're expecting.

Quick service, food was nice and hot. Very pleasant and uneventful service. Wouldn't mind going back if I want something quick to bite again. Also the place was very clean, I'd sit to dine in and I dont usually do that but it's clean enough to be comfortable if I chose to

Excellent service! This BK is the first BK that gave me crispy bacon... I've been asking for it for years at different BK's and never get it. Went to the drive-through at 930am Sun. Jan.17th. The lady took my order exactly as I asked, she was very pleasant and didn't miss a thing! I will make sure to come back here for sure!

I don't have much to say. Always a reliable place to get a simple meal after an 11 hour shift. The staff is friendly enough, and food tastes like it should. My only qualm is that the sauce is almost never to my request.

Ordered two 10pc chicken nuggets but was given one. Found out at home and called and the manager was quick to respond and compensate. Fast service, cheerful employees, and great manager that was easy to understand and talk to.

We had fish sandwiches, filet was warm n crispy, I had asked for tartar sauce on side but I was told that they dont have so gave me mayo instead. Later a lady brought us tartar sauce in a sm bowl to the table, awesome!

This is the best Burger King I have ever been to. The employee serving me, Eric, was very polite, efficient, and effective. I asked him how I could leave a positive review and he was so humble. I asked him how I could let Burger King a great review and he replied “you just did by your kind words!”. I am so moved that I am googling the Burger King to leave this review. In todays world, it’s difficult to find employees who are so down to earth. Service was excellent, but it was the interaction that moved me. Give this location all the service! It is the best one around!

Love this location as it gets beautiful sunlight through big glass windows in the afternoon. Also, Burger king has great choice of Vegetarian food.

Best shakes, it always tickles my inner child like my uncle did.

Just the best. Note that the bathroom is not open due to COVID-19. Nassau County is still understandably tweaked out. You can go inside tho to order at the counter. The staff are quick, thorough, accurate & great :) Parking is plentiful.

It was to be expected. The staff was helpful with an issue with the app. If that issue would've been in the boro's? I would've been out of luck!

Quick service and seems clean. Night time drive through takes a bit though, open until midnight most days which is nice for a late night snack.

The place is mid service isn’t great they could sometimes get your order wrong like how they did to mine once food is great

So I placed an order online for druve through. It was way longer than I was expecting. I parked and went inside to the mobile order section, I was ignored for a few minutes until I went to the cashier. I explained the situation. People who ordered in the store after I explained my situation were given their order before me.

One of the better one's service wise.The burgers are good, the old chicken sandwich, the original, is Terrible. Coupon or not, just breading and appears to be a sawdust sprinkling, thin as well, of what is said to be chicken in the middle. Fries hot and delicious.

I always use the drive thru here. It is quick, freindly, always wearing masks ( yes, i am one which would drive away if that wasn't so) I enjoy breakfasts here because I enjoy breakfasts which require messing up the kitchen but do not enjoy cleaning. Easy peasy, decent coffee too. Always clean.

Enjoying my Whopper for my lunch! Pros: delicious burger and fresh fries. no need to wait a line for long time. Large parking spaces. Location is easy to find. Cons: views from the tables are okay.

Visited the Burger King on Old Country Rd in Plainview NY. The interior was beautiful, new looking and very modern. Had plenty of seating, tables and booths and a flat screen TV. Good selection of self serve beverages with free refills. Love how there were huge windows all around to easily see outside. They had highchairs for the little ones. Plenty of parking and a drive thru. The food was OK, typical BK food. A little on the cold side, cheese wasn't melted on the cheeseburger. Love their 5 for $4.00 meal. Staff was friendly and fast to het the food ready. Ladies bathroom was clean, but only one toilet. Overall a good BK to take the family to. Will visit again.

The hard-working female employees at this location are extremely professional, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. This can't be an easy job, nor exciting or very rewarding. But, without exception, these women always do a great job. Been coming here for over 4 years now, and I wish all other similar fast-food type restaurants, employed people of this character & quality.

Tried the Impossible Whopper today! Definitely has that flame broiled barbecue taste. Pretty good. This BK is nicely remodeled, well maintained and well decorated.

I probably eat here more often than I should, but it is convenient and on the way to a place where I need to be. First the good. The food is very good and I like my burgers grilled. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Now for the bad. The dining room is not very well kept. The garbage cans always seem to be full and never emptied. The ketchup dispenser is always empty and I have to go back to the counter for packets of ketchup. They really should have people around the dining room cleaning and refilling dispensers as necessary. This place can be so much better if only the manager paid attention to small details like a clean dining room and empty garbages. ***Update 4/11/2019 Since my review, they have hired more people. The tables are cleaned they are taking more pride in their workplace. Very nice to see. I gave them an additional 🌟 star for this.

It's January 11th, and they're still playing Christmas music in here. That's just damned depressing.

Can't complain about the whoppers but stay away from the fish. Salty, dry and feels like it was fried in bad oil. Hope it wasnt expired frozen patties. More breading than fish.

First the were rude, then they forgot my mocha coffee, finally they should have been careful since they missed my mocha coffe but they gave me a black coffee instead.

Overall cleanliness in bathroom and counters could be improved but the staff was pleasant. Elvis and other oldies billow through the speakers to accompany your Whopper.

I went to try the new rib sandwhich and compare it to the Mcdonalds version. No contest. The Mcdonalds about a mile east of this Burger King is a lot more organized anf has faster service. As for the Rib sandwhich again my vote goes to McDonalds version even thpough it is only available a couple of times a year. The one from Burger King had way to many pickles and while the sauce was good the rib patty was pretty tasteless.

18 months since my last whopper, and the one I finally got on Sunday had no mayo and no ketchup...not what I ordered and not what I wanted. May be another 18 months before I go back again. 🙁

Food is usually good along with the service, but doesn’t matter how large of a meal you get, they’ll give you sauces like it comes right out of their paycheck, and if you ask for more they’ll give you an attitude.

Food is on par with other fast food joints. I would've given four stars but the fact that this location is supposed to be 24/7 but often they're performing hood maintenance (whatever that is) and are closed for extended periods of time.

It's Burger King. There are so many better options if you want a burger. This location is very clean and has been completely renovated. The new modern look is much more pleasing for those rare moments I do eat here.

They should also post the indoor restaurant hours. I was told it closes at 10 pm. but for some reason, they locked the doors 10 minutes to 9. How do they not know what time the doors lock. Anyway yeah indoor restaurant hours would definitely help.

No Freestyle drink machine even after the remodel is a bit of a letdown. Also, gave me an Original Chicken Sandwich instead of the newer Crispy Chicken Sandwich...not a big deal but still a disappointment. Everything was cooked fine though.

Convenient and satisfying takeout! I've grabbed takeout from Burger King a few times during their T-Mobile promotion days, and it's become a go-to. The Impossible Whopper is a winner - tastes great! The service is always fast, making it an easy choice for a quick bite. The promotions have hooked me, and I've returned for more. 3.5/5 stars!

Service is ok, but the overall food quality can be inconsistent. This location is open 24/7 (via drive thru) which is beneficial, if you have a craving or nothing else is available nearby. Sufficient parking available.

If I didn't like Burger King as much as i do i would have given less. This location though is horrible. I stood for 10 minutes waiting while 2 staff members worked exclusively on drive through orders before i got to place mine. They are slow to process orders as well. I wish there was another location nearby I would be going there instead

Immediately when my wife and I walked in we noticed how dirty this place looked. After reluctantly ordering and only because we were starving, we waited an unusually long time to be served. The staff there do talk alot behind the register. I went to use the bathroom and that as well was not clean. The Whopper's, fries and drink were ok and that's the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars. On another note as far as security goes you can enter this location through a rear door which is in the parking lot and gives the public access to both bathroom's and eating area without the staff even noticing. I would not go back there even if I was starving again.

Orders online with a friend in same car through the drive through. Get drinks and one bag. Tell the lady today “was both orders in there?”. She replied a “yes”. Friend checks bag. It’s just his order. I go in and get my order. They didn’t even question it. Not even the worker who rolled her eyes. Almost as if this is a regular occurrence. 2/5 starts. 3 stars removed because of service. 2 because it was tasty but the service left a bad taste.

So I went out with my wife and we decided to grab a bite here, needless to say it was very disappointing. The new pretzel burger would be good but they forgot that they're in New York and mustard does not go on hamburgers here. The cheesy bites were good though, 4 for $1 cant go wrong there

Purchased the eggnormous burrito and it was very cold🤢 and I purchased a large order of hashbrowns. I didn't get the hashbrowns but I was gonna let it go because I had to go back to work, but when I bit into the burrito it was cold and insipid. I brought it back to the store and the young lady asked what was wrong and I told her. She seemed bothered but put in the new order. I had no idea I had to wait this long for the hashbrowns, not her fault because the cook was just taking her time and I had to go back to work. I ended up taking some fries instead.

It's a Burger King. Although, as Burger Kings go, this one is pretty solid, which explains why it's been there since the 90's - used to be a Roy Roger's. Service is pretty good, food is ok.

This place will overcharge you, leave out an item, or give you a smaller item if you use their drive thru. Joe Pesci was right "They F@#* you in the drive thru". At least this place will. Good thing there are plenty of similar choices in the area.

I'm waiting 15 minutes for my walk in order,,looking at my chicken sandwich getting cold after they made it ,finally at the point where I was about to explode, I said can I get my chicken sandwich that ive been staring at that's getting cold,,they only care about pick up and drive thrue orders,,not once did they say are you waiting for your order or are you still waiting ,so unfair to the person standing their waiting , if I could give you 0 stars I would,,and not even an apology after I had to beg for my food, and yes when I got out to my truck it was cold,0 customer service

They should post signs on drive thru that it is open inside. only thing it says is sorry we are closed opens 6am making it appear it’s not 24hrs and that the location is closed poor decision or just sneaky employees

This place is not good, I just ordered from here and was missing items in my meals. I ordered 3 family bundles that include: 3 Cheeseburgers, 3 Whoppers, and 3 Small fries. They missed 8 cheeseburgers, only got one, and was missing 4 small fries. I also ended up getting a burger meal and didn’t even get my drink, this place is a DO NOT ORDER/EAT. Just go to another Burger King at that point.

WARNING: DANGEROUS AND TOXIC!!! I went there in the evening and went thru the drive thru. I asked for 2 drinks of coke. I also asked for an extra cup. When I got home my 8 year old son began drinking from it. I stopped him to pour some in the second cup. When I opened it up it was dirty with things floating in the drink. Advertise as open 24 hours which is false. I got there at 6:15am on my break and sat at the intercom for 3-5 mins and said hello continually with no answer. I pull past the window and see to women talking. I try to get their attention and they ignore me and carry on their conversation. Unacceptable.

This Burger King is awful. There drive thru is so slow and they never get your order rite. So check you bags before you drive off folks. They have so many people standing around but not doing much. I will not come back here again to many bad experiences

Have only eaten here twice. I don't eat fast food very often, and BK very rarely, but I do typically enjoy the food. However this last time everything was awful, the bag didn't even smell like food. The fries? Cardboard, and they smelled like motor oil, not freshly prepared. The whole meal was just awful, even the coke tasted off. Nice people working but the food was garbage. Don't recommend this location.

I wouldn't even give this a 1 star review. From the order reciever to the supervisor straight disrespect. You will never get a customers order correct if you don't let them speak. Then when you make a mistake and the supervisor was supposed to fix it. The least you could do is apologize. But blatantly hand the bag to me with no EYE CONTACT OR udder a single word is TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL. THEN MY ORDER IS STILL WRONG. All I asked was to have my burger on a platter instead of a roll. I didn't ask you to remove the condiments. So after getting home, I call the restaurant and they don't answer! How can you be better? New employees!

The food was so cold the last 4 times I went. Onion rings with so soggy that they just keep reheating the fries and onion rings. I gave it a few choices I worked in Burger King before I clearly know that they're just taking the old fries and reheating them same thing with the onion rings you should do a mystery shopping to find out what the heck is going on in this place. I found out that 3 chicken nuggets orders are missing when my kids opened the bags. So I went back to the Burger King and told them the missing items. Instead of apologizing the manager (I think her name is Dorean) asked me why I came so late. I think she looked at the time on my receipt. I told her i came a little later time because I had to talk to my client on the phone in the car. The manager didn’t believe me and treated me like I was a liar. I said forget it I will pay for the chicken nuggets and she Immediately said “ok yes go a head and pay”. I couldn’t argue with her anymore so I paid and I went back to my house and took my three children to the restaurant and I told her to ask my kids if there was chicken nuggets in the bag. She still didn’t apologize to me and said that she never treated me that way. It was a disgusting feeling that I have never experienced before. They were the one that made a mistake on my orders and instead of apologizing to the customer they treated me like I’m a liar that trying to get extra food for free. I would never go back to this store and I really wish they get someone who can really manage the restaurant.

This Burger King is so bad for example I ordered 2 chicken jr and more things. The chicken jr pattys were rock solid and were basically garbage. They sell garbage chicken jr. don’t buy it from here.they don’t even deserve a 1 they deserve a 0 star.

Sadly, this BK in Plainview was very dirty. I advised the staff there that the garbage receptacles were over filled with food spilling on the floor. However the staff ignored my observations. Ok. I don't want to review for burger king. Because, it's burger king. Franchise is just Franchise. But, this time ... it's ridiculously, ridiculous. I ordered an original chicken meal with onion rings and a dr pepper. First of all my soda tasted exactly like seltzer water as they probably didn't replace the syrup in the soda machine. Second my chicken sandwich barley had any mayo or lettuce on it. The only good thing was the drive thru line was going pretty fast but they probably rush order's at the same time lol.

I always come to this Burger King but they always find a way to mess up my order, today I came with my siblings to try the new SpongeBob Bikini Bottom Bundle meal, and guess what? They forgot our toys, our strawberry cakes, andddd they were out of the pineapple float drink… so we had to get regular fountain drinks smh, as if that wasn’t enough they want to add on the fact they forgot our order items and each bundle was $15… honestly yall ruin the whole purpose of these fun meals😭 do better man smh

I came around 220 AM and I ordered my food in advance like usual but when I got my food from the lady she just left and walked away. I said strange so when I looked at it my order was all wrong .I tried for a few minutes honking my horn and screaming for her attention but all I can see is this lazy worker in the back sitting on her phone. I have to drive all the way back around to the speaker to get this lady’s attention then when I finialy get my food my shake is melted and not even mixed like. It seems like she don’t even care about her job or the workplace or the customers look at the cameras and you will see how lazy your worker is.

I came through the drive thru and asked for the limited time firery royal crispy sandwhich and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were burnt the cheese was like rubber. I didnt get my firey sandwhich i got a regular crispy sandwich and no marinara sauce and honey mustard. I will never be going to burger king again this isnt first time this is happened at this location. The workers there need to care about there customers and food they give out

I work nights and this BK advertises to be 24 hours so I was really excited to leave work and get some dinner. I placed a mobile order and headed over. When I got there, there was a car ahead of me that was at the window so I knew they were open. I waited at the speaker for 10 minutes, including adding a couple of hellos in case they didn't know I was there and I was completely ignored. I pulled up to the window and all of the lights were on, and there was a backpack out so obviously someone was in there and just ignoring me. I waited another 5 minutes and then just left. If you don't want to do your job, then quit. You don't deserve to get paid to hide and do absolutely nothing. My coworkers come here as well and I'm telling them to avoid this place at all costs. I'm so glad I wasted my time and money on a place that literally says out front they're 24 hours and then completely ignores people coming to get food after work. Congratulations on losing business from me and my friends/coworkers. Stop saying you're 24 hours if you're clearly not taking orders. Edit: I just drove by 10 minutes later after getting food at a place that actually served me, and someone is standing at the front so way to make it more obvious you chose to ignore me!
