This location has great consistent food. Burger and Jalitos were delicious. Service is good and the food comes out hot and to order. Price is the only complaint.

May 2025 Visited here for an early dinner. Short queues lane from the main road. Order taker spoke clearly but the order took a little long unsure was the food prep to order. Pretty good flavor but warm enough. Quick bite for convenience but will not drive here just for the food.

If your order is wrong and you have the time to go back, do it. I ordered a medium blizzard with M&Ms. I drove off only to find out that the ice cream base was fudge chocolate, and I couldn't eat my blizzard as it was way too sweet.

Did not have food, but just had ice cream. They got the chocolate all the way down to the cone that was excellent. One of them had chocolate over the cone which was very messy. All in all this was a decent Dairy Queen. The two medium dipped cones were a dollar more than in Allen OK Texas. And the dip cones were smaller.

It was really cold inside. They must have been blasting the a/c. It was clean and the staff were very polite and attentive. We had dipped cones which were very tasty. Lots of seating available inside and outside. They also have a freezer case with a good selection of cakes and treats for take home. I recommend and will return.

First time here in a long time. This location has had a recent remodel and looks pretty nice. Descent drive thru business at this moment. Only a couple of people dining. Floors spotless, bathroom was clean and stocked. A few of the tables did need some attention. Patio was clean and ready to be used. I had to go with the normal stand by, 4 piece chicken strip basket with beverage. Next time I plan on trying their special Brisket Street Tacos 3 for $4.99. Cashiers first day on the job. Young lady was very nice and friendly. A little in a hurry but got the task at hand dome. She deliver my order to the table in a very timely manner.

I ordered two corny dogs (well done) and one large order of french fries well done. None of them were well done, i got charged for an extra order of fries, and had to cook them in the toaster oven to keep them from being starchy in the middle.

I am a dialysis patient who works for Uber as his primary earnings. I had an order in this DQ branch..i came in asking for the order.. .and a lady at front accused me to not said hello! She embarrassed me in front of all customers imposed me as a unmanned person. I didn't argue with her as i respect myself and the brand I represent , but i wanted to post this review to let store manager know about it.thanks

I order online and they make me go inside when I could just pick it up thru the drive thru? Then I have to somehow get out of their drive thru, turn around, come back, just to walk inside? This is the only place that does that.. then to top it off, the guy inside walks around like he has nowhere to be.. so what time did you save by making me come in? Last time at this DQ

A friend of mine and I, along with her dog.. her service dog, walked into this Dairy Queen at around 6:30 p.m. on a very hot day, do you have us a couple of large ice cream sundaes, and my friends service dog had enjoyed a puppy cup. A woman was standing there behind the counter, with an uninviting look on her face. She saw the two of us and my friends dog walk right in, and she took our order. She told us to go ahead and have a seat and somebody would bring our ice cream out to us momentarily. My friend and I were sitting there and cooling off, while enjoying our ice cream. A male employee walked over to our table and was looking at my friend's dog, who was sitting in the booth next to me. The employee told me that they did not allow dogs inside Dairy Queen. I conveyed to the employee that Daphne was a service dog. He looked a little dumbfounded, as he reminded me that some people just bring their dogs in and he had to ask them to leave. I told him that it was okay, and went on to tell him that for future reference, he might care to ask if it was a service dog first, and if so.. he could smile say okay and walk away. After a while, the individual who took our order had said to me from across the room, "ma'am if that's a service dog, she needs to go on to the floor.. she cannot sit up there in the booth." What a sub-human miscreant. I told her, "okay, thank you." She went on to tell me, "if you don't want to put your dog on the floor, you can leave!" After I place Daphne on the floor, my friend and I had continued with our conversation. I told my friend that we weren't ever coming back to this Dairy Queen ever again. A few minutes later, and walks a Plano police officer. I jumped up and was gathering my belongings, while telling my friend that it's time to go and hurry it up. I was leading the way out, and the cop headed me off at the pass right by the door. He was cordial and nice and professional. What a relief that was. And seemingly, a rarity. We went outside onto the patio and sat down. The officer went out to his car, and came back with a couple of criminal trespasses that he was filling out, and my friend and I had signed. The officer said he had no idea why the lady had called, but she had called and he had to do what he was doing. We party company, as the officer got into his vehicle, and my friend and I, along with Daphne, had gotten into my friend's car, and drove away. There was no rhyme or reason as to why this woman had taken it upon herself to call the popo. Only thing that I can think of, is that she had a sizable amount of self-loathe. With a penchant for being vindictive as heck. My friend had taken me home, and we had parted ways. I got all the phone and called Dairy Queen corporate. I told the lady who took the call exactly what had happened. She took my phone number, my email address.. and a report on the situation that had occurred. Have yet to hear back from anyone from Dairy Queen corporate. I may or may not hear back from them. Each Dairy Queen is privately owned now. But the lady at the corporate office told me that they would speak to the owner. I hope they followed through. We did not enjoy being treated as we were treated. The woman who took our order, watch this walk in the door with Daphne on a leash, and behaving very well. She's a sweet dog. That woman needs to be called on the carpet and reprimanded. 30 lashes on the bottom of her feet with an elephant's tail wouldn't be so bad either. I'll never darken the door of that Dairy Queen ever again. My friend and I eat out every now and then, and we always take Daphne with us. Eating establishments a heck of a lot nicer than Dairy! Queen.. and nobody ever utters a word

Order my normal the reaper tacos. They are usually freshly made and good but today they tasted old and stale. They were also cold. I Called the restaurant multiple of times and no answer. Even the fruit punch hi-c was nasty. Tasted water down. Im so disappointed. I want a refund.

If you receive your product in a double cup, ask for it to be remade. I learned this lesson by almost swallowing a piece of styrofoam, which is disappointing to say the least.
