I go for those little tacos. They are soy but they are so good. The service is always good and they are always patient with me. Im new to Jack in the Box I recently tried a burgee and it was good as well as the eggroll. They serve their menu items all day so you can have breakfast at night or dinner in the morning.

I ordered the 15 Tiny tacos. They were Awesome. Fresh and super hot and almost gone already. Lol

One of the better of the franchise in the surrounding cities, as far as food and service go. The only downside is the lack of seating and a big sign in the dining area that states you are only welcomed for 30 minutes, and after that it's considered loitering.

Fairly new stand alone restaurant with limited parking. Restaurant was clean and well kept. Service was a little slow. Food was typical jack-in-the-box. No complaints.

Had 1am late dinner after a flight into SFO. Service was slow. Fries were good and fresh which isn't common for late at night. I found overall the sandwich had too much sauce on it and the sourdough bread was too dense. The place was also getting food delivered at the time so maybe this is why it was so slow?

Extremely slow service but the employees were kind and helpful. The food was typical fast food. The atmosphere here is bad. The restaurant is very run down and dirty. They also don't have free refills on soft drinks. Find somewhere else to eat.

Here visiting and saw their manu had mini pancakes and bacon, egg chicken sandwich. They had neither of those. Asked for grilled chicken sandwich with croissant. Got everything but the croissant. Asked for coffee and they didn't have regular coffee so they served me decaf but without asking. I was there for 10 minutes waiting for my order and everyone that ordered coffee got decaf. Didn't see any effort on making more coffee. They were also well staffed. Not a good way to start the day and end a trip 😕

Ordered bacon loaded nacho tiny tacos. Did not receive that. Looks like regular tiny tacos. Didn’t notice until I arrived home. Disappointing. I’ll definitely check next time lol

Three tacos instead of four, a missing patty from your burger – the list of errors is as endless as their incompetence. The burger buns dryer than a drought-ridden desert, devoid of moisture and joy. The meat, riddled with unsettling chunks of microplastics, assaults your senses with each chew, a reminder of the dangers of fast food roulette. Meanwhile, the lettuce droops lifelessly, nothing more than a damp paper towel left out in the rain. As for their coke, what should be a refreshing beverage is instead a tepid imitation, more akin to watered-down iced tea than the effervescent delight promised. And the ambiance of the establishment itself? It exudes a palpable sense of gloom, reminiscent of the aftermath of a tragedy, casting a shadow over even the most mundane of dining experiences. The aftermath of indulging in Jack in the Box's culinary calamities is swift and unforgiving. A hasty retreat to the nearest restroom is all but guaranteed, as your body rebels against the onslaught of chemicals and bacteria masquerading as food. It's not just bad food – it's a culinary disaster waiting to happen. In the end, you're left feeling not just unsatisfied, but physically and emotionally drained by the ordeal you've endured.

Change your oil. If a person wants cheese on their burger put cheese on it. If a person wants an egg roll put sweet and sour. The oil was old, like why do you not care about what you put out? People eat this. These staff members do not care about the normal quality of food they put out. They just care about talking amongst themselves and doing the bare minimum

Took too long and got a sandwich that looked as if they nibbled on it. I asked for hot sauce and they gave me ketchup. 2/10 would not recommend

Of all the Jack in the Box restaurants I've visited, this has been the worst. The employees, the poorly prepared food, the lack of attention from the counter employee, and the wrong orders—it's the worst.

Nah man this is ridiculous. Spent 12 minutes waiting in the drive thru. I clearly ordered a #30 everything was correct on the screen. I paid $11.03… I got my food and drove off. No receipt either. When I got home, I don’t know what kind of sandwich I got with fries. And I’m allergic to cheese so thank you drive thru guy for giving me the wrong order. I drove back and had to wait 10 minutes in person. The guy walk passed and didn’t even attend me. Some woman came up to me after like 12 or so minutes and changed my food. Thanks to her I got my order right. They didn’t even know where he went or was. So that’s awesome. Keep up the good work dude!! This is why people like me complain. I believe his name was Carlos. Don't even bother, especially at night. Night manager hates his life and they get my order wrong Every. Single. Damn. Time. There's a Carl's Jr's just a little ways down the road, way better.

It was raining more inside this building than actually rain outside will be nice if roof is fix or replace for employees safety. I didn’t take video because there people working I didn’t want them to be in it.

Notice: Closed During Nighttime Hours (3am till 5am) It appears that this establishment is closed during nighttime hours, as informed by the staff member drive thru at 3am June 3rd 2024, who explained that the system experiences constant technical issues, rendering her unable to access it. This has been an ongoing experience for me over the past week, as I have endeavored to procure food for my fellow colleagues at the hospital.

I purchased a Breakfast Jack from this location, and upon arriving home and beginning to eat it, I discovered mold on the bread. This is a serious food safety issue and completely unacceptable. Selling visibly spoiled food demonstrates a failure to meet basic health and quality standards. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed promptly to ensure it does not happen again.

I am a radiographer. This morning I stopped by the drive through to pick up a quick meal before work. I placed my order as usual. When I pulled up to the window, the employee appeared hesitant to open it. She only slightly cracked the window while handing me my order and did not acknowledge me with a “thank you.” The interaction left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer.

My son and I fell in like with "the cluck" .. I've ordered at a few different locations multiple times... NEVER have the sauce been RED . Tastes like they mixed hot sauce with the another sauce... were they running out or had they already ran out.. we're they trying to mix it themselves.. either way... it tastes weird and looks suspicious 🤔 and they will not answer phones ... two whole sandwiches 🥪 in the trash... money wasted . Still hungry Day ruined.. do better this particular location! If you run out of something go to a neighboring location to ask for supplies... I am disgusted

I had not been to JIB in a very long time. However the fries were drowning in oil, and in general the food had gone down drastically! At least at this location!

do not trust this location especially in the drive thru. in my last 3 visits they have left things off the order ranging from cheese to whole items like cheese sticks and fries. twice store has refused to refund or replacement. if you order a large fries they will regularly only put  a small or medium  in a large container. UPDATE: A week after I was told they would give me a refund they still haven't. went to speak with the manager who spoke very little English and told me I had to go to my bank that day for a stop payment, because neither the store or the app offer refunds for anything. when I asked for her name she walked away and refused to speak with me anymore

I placed an order through the app for delivery. Got my confirmation and delivery time only to never receive the food I had paid for. I tried calling the store several times only to no get an answer. So I had to walk 15 minutes 1 way just to speak to someone about my order. Upon arrival I asked for a manager, and the young lady Samantha told me that no manager was on duty at the time #Weird. So I explained to her what happened she told me she would have to call a manager to see what could be done. After I spoke with the manager via her personal cell he said he would get back with me, but never took my name or number to contact me again #Weird. I asked for corporates number, store number, and the managers name she called. I was told by Samantha that she could not give out that information. I stood in the lobby for atleast 30+ minutes waiting for the information requested. Samantha finally told me that the number to corporate is outside the door, but still refused to give me the store number. I told Samantha on EVERY receipt it has the store number at the top of it, and if your the acting manager why don’t you know the store number🤔🤨🤔🤨. After about an hour of back and forth I finally got what I needed (minus my food). Throughout this whole process not even a drink was offered, food to be remade or anything. Just simply no we can’t do that. On no level is any of this ok. Something seriously needs to be done about the staff, and the fact there was no manager on duty. I know this probably doesn’t mean much, but I will not be placing another order from this Jack-in -the-box location.
