Came here TWICE while visiting Playa del Carmen and the staff, food, drinks and vibe were spectacular! I got my dear friend Tony a Dick & Willy’s tee shirt since he said I wasn’t working so I found an appropriate gift. Plus being of Argentine descent, Lola was an absolute delight and a great server. Mauricio “El Jefe” is a fantastic bartender and cool dude. If you are in Playa del Carmen, you HAVE to come here! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place was randomly a highlight of our trip to PDC. The staff were warm and friendly and the location is ideal. It's basically the only place to snag a quick drink before/after catching a ferry btwn PDC and Cozumel. If you're cool they'll hook you up with free shots, because why not? We didn't try the food but kinda wish we had - the nachos looked delish. Thanks to the boys and queen mama at DnW who showed us such a good time!!! We'll be back to see you! RIP Mac Miller forever <3

I can't say enough about this place. If you're looking for a fun laid back place to have some drinks at the beach, this is for you. Although slightly higher drink prices, it's well worth it. You're paying for the atmosphere, and it's actually a tremendous value. Bartender Andres was fantastic. Pina Colada was great (add a shot of Captain, trust me). Highly recommend for at least one drink, but let's be realistic, you'll have more once you sit down and see this place for yourself. I'll be back.

We wanted to catch the sunset, but the beach was super crowded, so we decided to stop in at this restaurant/bar with the hilarious name. The staff was very friendly and gave us the option to sit inside or out on the beach — we chose the beach and were not disappointed. We ordered two Coronas and a strawberry daiquiri, and they set us up under one of their handmade umbrellas right on the sand. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view. We didn’t try any food, so can’t comment on that, but the drinks were refreshing and the service was great. The staff didn’t hover, which made it easy to just sit back and take in the sunset. However a few random people came up to us trying to sell us various items.

780 or 54.41 Canadian dollar for some mixed nachos and a mojito. The view is nice and they have nice music in the background but part of the view is ruined by the ferry station. If you want to try this place and seat outside then order as little as possible.

Ubicación privilegiada sobre la playa. Buena atención y precios módicos. Es un lugar de tradición desde hace muchos años y por ello es popular con la gente local y visitantes. Lamentablemente ha perdido calidad en las bebidas: los cocteles ya no los preparan con ingredientes naturales y el surtido de cervezas es muy limitado. El volúmen de la música y la orientación de las bocinas llega a saturar el oído y ser molesto. Por otro lado, la remodelación y reubicación que hicieron de la barra central quitó mucho de lo agradable que era llegar a sentarse ahí y conversar. Es un lugar muy bueno para hacer un alto y refrescarse con una o dos bebidas, quízás comer algo ligero y seguir el camino por la hermosa playa, la 5a Avenida, el centro de Playa del Carmen o abordar el barco hacia Cozumel.

Nachos were good. Margarita was ridiculously expensive and filled with too much ice, and in a plastic cup. As a solo diner, I was quite invisible to staff, until the end when I was due to pay which is when my server started to show interest and talk to me. The pictures of the menu were not current, so I have added them. I wouldn’t go back.

Used to be a good value. Here are a couple of things that changed. You are now charged 15% of what you spend on top of the tip to use the beach chairs. Total of 30% It used to be a certain amount to spend for the chair. A percentage is ridiculous. The beach is non-existent due to the current weather. The drinks have also gone up in price. $17 for a regular sized frozen drink and they go up from there. Pros are the live band that performs from 2:00pm-5:00pm

Food ok . Owner had his 2 big dogs on the beach running all over unleashed. After his dog taking a massive dump beside our chairs I told the owner . At that time he apologized and had the wait staff pick it up . .also our waiter was the one to pick it up .

¡La peor experiencia de mi vida! ¡Servicio al cliente HUMILLANTE! He viajado a 15 países y he sido atendido por diversos tipos de personas en distintos establecimientos, pero esta fue la peor experiencia que he tenido en mi vida. Llegué con dos amigas, preguntamos si podíamos sentarnos para tomar unas cervezas, la camarera nos dijo que sí y en ningún momento mencionó un consumo mínimo. De hecho, solo queríamos disfrutar de la playa y no consumir mucho. Al final, intentaron cobrarnos por artículos que NO consumimos. Pedí que corrigieran la cuenta y después de mucha discusión, utilizaron el argumento del consumo mínimo (que nunca nos habían explicado) como forma de justificar los cargos adicionales en nuestra cuenta. La situación llegó al punto en que la camarera me llamó "pobre" porque no quería pagar por las cervezas que ella había añadido a la cuenta. ¡Qué absurdo! Una camarera llamando "pobre" a un turista que paga en dólares. Incluso si fuera cierto, nunca he visto a un empleado llamar "pobre" a un cliente. Una falta de respeto y educación increíble. El quiosco estaba prácticamente vacío y ella insistía en que habíamos pasado muchas horas ocupando una mesa que podría haber sido utilizada por otros clientes, y que consumimos poco. Solo dejó de insultarnos y discutir cuando le dijimos que estábamos grabando todo. Una experiencia absolutamente HORRIBLE. No recomiendo este lugar a NADIE. Jamás volveré a pisarlo.

Que decepción me lleve la verdad, SU PERSONAL HACE DE ESE LUGAR UN ASCO desde que entre… las señoritas meseras fueron muy groseras se les pidio que nos dieran unos minutos en lo que yo llevaba a mi niña al sanitario para poder ordenar y la mesera no se quito de la mesa llegue y ni siquiera me dejo ver bien la carta y ya estaba casi presionando para ordenar, le pedimos los alimentos y bien despota me arrebato la carta. Lleve a mi niña al sanitario y el chico del baño me dijo que no habia agua para lavarse las manos, le pregunté si tenia gel antibacterial o asi y me OFRECIO AROMATIZANTE con el que limpian el baño o un trapo mojado de verdad no lo pudo creer como pueden llegar a eso… Me pare y me fui con mi familia.

Charging 560 pesos for 2 rum coke. (Probably will respond that the price is on the menu, but they never gave us a menu) Got angry because I didn’t tip for the worst service ever. He actually put 15% extra without asking on the card reader, which I didn’t accept. And then converting it to dollars without me telling me, so the total amount was 28.99 dollar instead of 27.64 dollar. For 2 drinks!! Also an annoying waitress that comes pushing you to buy tequila for 6 dollars a shot at your table that doesn’t take no for an answer.

No stock on the hibiscus drink I ordered. Powdery, cardboard tasting strawberry vodka frozen drink, which I could not drink & returned to the bar. Hubby's margarita was better but still not good. We drank maybe a third of it. Cheque came with my drink on it so I asked for that to be removed, which they did. 15% tip was requested & given for waitress, bar, etc, Right on the beach, music, too bad the drinks aren't great. Not inexpensive either. We won't go again.

Spent a great afternoon at Senzi. Had 7 beers, 1 Margarita, nachos w shrimp and shrimp ceviche, great service; Total 845 + 20% tip = 1010 mxp @ 17 mxp x USD = 59 usd. Arrived early to take ferry back to Cozumel. Had 30 minutes. Walked over to the this place. Had 1 Margarita rocks (house tequila)(see picture) and 1 Vodka tonic (house vodka). Asked for tab as the drinks were watered down junk. Price 600 mxp or 36 USD. I'm a native fluent Spanish speaker, all my conversations with him were in Spanish, questioned the waiter, told him that he certainly had the wrong tab. He started to talk back. I added 20% tip and we left, as I didn't want to argue. Perhaps because I was with a gringo friend and I spoke in English only with my guest? Regardless, I'm writing this review to make people aware to not visit this place at all or get the pricing clear beforehand. Better yet, avoid altogether. I can't speak about the waitresses, who may be OK. The place has a good spot on beach. Nice view. Slick talking bartender and waiter who feel that they're charismatic and friendly, perhaps assuming that "dumb gringos" expect this behavior from the natives, when they really sound and appear thuggish.

Worst experience ever in my life. We got mango daiquiri for overpriced 265mx. Never had so bad chemical coctail. Service sad it's standard never use fruits. So u can imagine 2 drink we just left on table. Also they add 15% for their service without our permition. For this money you can have whole day nice meal. Avoid this scam. Lot of money for nothing didn't offer any compensation and add this 15% on top is very rude.
