Me gusto mucho, la comida es deliciosa hay variedad, pero casi es lo mismo todos los días, así que puedes probar de todo en tu estancia., la música agradable el trato excelente, como esta cerca de la playa puedes entrar con pareo o húmedo no necesitas cambiarte solo cubrirte. Hay tejones sueltos en el hotel, así que algunos entran al restaurante, sin embargo los empleados los alejan amablemente.

This was my favourite restaurant at Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda and probably not for the reasons you'd think! There are local stray cats that have made Jaal-Ha their home so while you're eating they're hanging out hoping for some scraps. A raccoon even made it's way inside (I was expecting a Coati to come in but not a raccoon hahahah). If animals don't bother you this is definitely the place to be! I can't speak to the buffet here but from what I understand it's the same as Festival and there are different variations of most things every day (except for the delicious fruit that's always the same). I really enjoyed Mariscos (the seafood restaurant) even though I ordered the fabulous Caribbean chicken. The fish tacos were also good and we loved the presentation. My partner really loved the Steakhouse restaurant. The steak was really good and cooked to absolute perfection and there were good options for people who don't care for steak as well. The waiters were all really incredible no matter where we went and we regularly tipped 2-3 dollars and received exceptional service!

Great restaurant with ocean views. Food alacarte is fine ,good steaks and seafood . Buffett on breakfast, not rich variety offered and worst quality . Excellent service people! Good taste of the red ,house wine.

Had breakfast and lunch here everyday during my vacation. Plenty of options. Only thing I'd add are quesadillas for breakfast. I love them for breakfast. I might be weird. Miriam was our waitress all week and she remembered our drink orders and always had a table ready for us.

I enjoyed the food. We arrived a little early and had to wait until our room was ready so went here to grab a bite. Daniel was our server and he served us again the next day. He is very kind—always smiling and laughing and very competent. I was in the middle of a meeting for work and couldn’t get up to get my plate of food so my friend asked him to grab me a plate and he did it with no hesitation. He regularly checked on us and ensured we were taken care of. Thank you Dani!

Es el segundo restaurante del complejo. Este no tiene aire acondicionado, pero hace un poco de briss dentro y no se está mal.

Restaurante cercano a la alberca principal en el hotel bluebay, servicio de buffet, incluye fruta, guisados, pastas, arroz, cremas, hamburguesas, hot dog y panes, vayan levemente los platillos de un día al otro, los meseros ofrecen las bebidas, buen servicio parte del todo incluido, no se permite entrar descalzo no en traje de baño

Ahí fue donde me atendieron la verdad estuvo mejor la atención el buffet un poco x durante 2 días pero después mejoró algo

The food was pretty bland, but I suppose that is to make it more appealing to a broader crowd. The staff was very friendly and attentive - until it was time to close between breakfast/ lunch, etc. You can forget about refills at that point. The line for the egg station is always long, and honestly, it is because it is the best they have to offer. If you're staying at this resort, I recommend making reservations for the French or Italian restaurant as often as is possible.

My filled mignon was excellent, but the Duck was only average (a little tough). The service from Alfredo was superb! The restaurant is not air conditioned, so it was a little warm. Fortunately, there was a nice breeze to help. Overall, a nice experience.

There’s a breakfast and lunch buffet here that’s decent. At night we came here for the steakhouse and it was horrible. I don’t know how people are eating these “steaks”. We wanted to throw up It was so so bad. I asked for a medium cut filet mignon and it was fully raw. Definitely do not risk getting a medium rare here, who knows where these meats are sourced from. They looked horrible, doesn’t even taste like beef let alone steak The servers are nice as they are in the entire resort - however there is not nearly enough of them. We got our waters 1 hour and 15 minutes after sitting down. Steaks came 1.5 hours later And soup came 45 mins after sitting Drinks never got filled I guess it was a busy Saturday but this was just unreal Lastly - I don’t know what’s up with the country music? I don’t want to feel like I’m in the US. I’m in Mexico. Can we have some Latin music? We love Latin music and Latin culture that’s why we’re here

Service is kind and is great here and the food is good for what it is! Easy, offering seafood & steakhouse and the breakfast is the best one. But the lack of Latino music is where they loose all stars, it’d be an injustice to give them less stars because the service and food is great but the music, oh god. Food is catered to Westerners unfortunately. Also sounds like I’m in a Texas Roadhouse, shoeless joes, country fever dream. They play music from a radio station? That all hotels use ? Shame, we’re in Mexico, give me Latin music that’s more upbeat and happy. Stop catering everything to western foreigners, I don’t want to hear country, or western pop.

We stayed in the hotel for a week. We went to this place for breakfast and lunch a few times (it's exactly like festival one but with less food) but the big issue was when we scheduled a dinner with Steak House in this place. The slowest service you can think of, plus the waiter was rude, they didn't explain us well which courses were supposed to be paid or not, and because we were taking a few seconds the waiter decided to leave and do something else. Also he started to sigh when my boyfriend was deciding, it was very RUDE, and with that we canceled the seafood for next day. It was not worth it, specially because the food was average as the buffet one.

Just okay. Nothing super special and not worth the stay from the main buffet. The steak was tender, but the sides were just there. There night we were there one of our cousins and 21 people from a wedding party all got violently ill. We never went back.

Desentona con los otros restaurantes. Reservamos para el restaurante Italiano y nos enviaron a este, la pasta muy mala y la pizza regular. Reservamos para el restaurante de mariscos y otra ves a este. La comida no es rica.

Era 2 veces comiendo alla. Top sirloin no tenía nada de ver con la corte del carne. También era tan duro que podrías usar como zuela de zapato. Aunque pedía médium rare... Del Marisco el ceviche debe ser fría y no por horas a temperatura al tiempo. Quidado de los bacterias... El servicio no era bien lo mandaron a una mesa no lista, pues ni modo, lo puede arreglar sin problema... Pero si la muchacha nos grita muy enojada al cliente porque nos sentamos si no es listo. Pues no era nuestro error. Y el cliente no vale nada... Queremos festejar nuestro aneversario de 35 años. Pero con este grito a nosotros se fue el apetito y los ganas de festejar. Repito... No se grita al cliente. Nunca. El cliente es que paga su sueldo para que puede vivir. Sorry nunca más este lugar.

Food is the same every day and everywhere. No surprises. This is the restaurant where you'll have most breakfasts and lunches as it can create a cross breeze by opening multiple doors. It is a bit less of a sauna than the only other restaurant that's operational (Festival). Restaurant is converted to reservation restaurant for dinners, though.

Mala calidad en los alimentos.

La verdad que cenamos en el restaurante de carnes y no es tan especial para la exclusividad de tener que reservar 3 días antes. Para entrar tuvimos que esperar 20 minutos, la mujer que daba permiso para sentarse no era demasiado resolutiva y luego el camarero desde que nos sentamos nos indico que ya iba a cerrar el restaurante. No deberían dar un turno a las 9.15 si a las 9.30 cierra la cocina y tardan 20 minutos en sentarse. Nos tuvieron con una sensación de rapidez y angustia todo el rato.

HORRIBLE the drinks taste horrible (Coca-Cola is not Coca-Cola, it's carbonated water with a little flavoring and sweetness) the vendors are dirty, the coffee sometimes It has curdled milk. The food doesn't taste bad but in the haal ja beach restaurant they have their garbage can right next to the main kitchen and it stinks terribly with the wind the smell gets into the restaurant and adjoining areas they don't even feel like eating there... I recommend you bring your glass or thermos since the glasses also sometimes smell strange like chlorine and are disgusting or buy a coke before coming and a good drink by the way because the alcohol they serve is the most common and cheap unless they tip the waiters.
