No doy las 5 estrellas porque para cobrar ese día que estuve allí, ni el menor intento de buscar cambio. Preferían negar el servicio.

La nueva modalidad de orden a través de sus pantallas...es regular ya que aunque sea digital, necesita atención del personal...y hace más tardado poder hacer tu pedido...los aderezos e ingredientes son limitados o faltan salsas o los refrescos no estan disponibles...deben mejorar en cuanto atención y contenidos alimenticios...

What I don't like is that the dessert area faces the street and that part of the place is open, which causes a lot of noise, smog, and flies. Another thing I don't like is that they don't have an island with things like ketchup, sauces, and napkins; you have to ask for them at the counter. The restrooms are clean and accessible for people with disabilities.

Con la nueva normalidad, solo dejan entrar cierto número de personas, y está bien. El problema es que ni los comensales ni los empleados del establecimiento, tienen la prudencia de tomar un tiempo estimado en el que puedan estar dentro del mismo, hacen esperar demasiado a las personas que están haciendo fila por fuera de dicho lugar, creo que necesitan mejor logística. La comida le falta mejor preparación, la hacen muy al "ahí se va" a diferencia de otros BK. Aquí la prueba en foto.

The service was terrible, the place was very run-down. We ordered refillable soda, but one machine didn't work. The other didn't have all the flavors. The 7up and Pepsi were just water. They didn't add pickles because they said they didn't have any. But they didn't mention it until we complained.
