Biscuits were good this morning . Not soggy with grease like sometimes. But this is the picture of hashbrowns received . Looks like they were scraped off the very bottom and soooo greasy . Pleasant Grove. AL.

Saw an employee drop a sandwich and put it into the display. Another didn’t change gloves after handling raw chicken, moved straight from battering them onto to the fryer then back to the grill with caked-on raw chicken batter gloves. Same gal was eating candy while making food. I may never eat fast food again.

Was told to pull up that part of my order was cooking. They must have sat the rest on the counter cause most all my food was cold. The cashier and person bringing out the food could use customer service teaching. They was rude and the little girl who brought it out didn't even make an attempt to reach to my car or come around the banister. Nowadays you can't get good customer service yet they want good pay and great money for the food. This is getting ridiculous.

Went this morning for breakfast. One woman who looked like she might be in charge, did not have her waist length hair pulled back and she was walking around all the food, and going in the back, and running her hand down her hair. You could tell her hair was more important to her than the cleanliness of everyone's food.

This was a disaster! We ordered online and went to pick it up. When we got there the employees were cussing (literally) and complaining about someone taking that big of an order. It was the exact same thing for 7 people! The only thing that was different were the drinks, which we fixed when we went in to pick up the order. They did not have it ready they were complaining the whole time very loudly! The manager didn't say a word. He looked scared to death. I use to go to this location a lot, but I will not be back! I hope others will come forward this kind of environment that they have. There is no way we were the only ones.

Went through the drive thru. Got a chicken biscuit combo. Got down the interstate about 10mins and ate my biscuit got to the middle and it was straight raw. Went back told them, waited like 7mins ago another one. I should of checked but didn't got down the road and it was raw also. Just said screw it and threw it out my window in frustration. I'll never go back to this location. It just seems Jack's has been going down hill in the past few years. It's crazy how they can't fry chicken.

Worst customer service ever! Food was very cold and drive through cashier had an attitude. Don’t come to work if you’re just going to have an attitude with the customers. I didn’t even wanna turn around for them to fix my order because of the customer service poor.

Twice I visited this Jacks in Pleasant Grove , Ala. Quality of dinner (chicken) was old . What I ordered I didn’t get , call back for a Mgr. and she was very rude . My suggestion for this jacks is stay away

If I could give zero stars I would. This jacks is awful. It’s always being complained about in the fb group. Horrible customer service, horrible food preparation, and nasty attitudes. I went in today and ordered a Breakfast toaster and it wasn’t toasted, I went back in to get it fixed and the manager wasn’t too pleasant because I asked if something was wrong with their toaster. When she asked for it to be remade she told them to run it through twice to be devious, so when I got my food back it was burnt, it didn’t have mayo, and the bacon was burnt as well. The toast was black with no butter and the burned scent was awful. This was done by the managers request. This was around 7:20 am. You guys need better leadership, and a friendlier staff that actually cares about your business.

Manager is rude as hell-Donita Williams .The store is at its slow peak and the manager working is awful, she kept interrupting me as I’m trying to order saying ”that all”. No, we have more. She claimed her energy shifted because I asked for sweet tea and had to get cokes instead but it was her tone as soon as we started ordering. She was speaking to everyone in the drive through as if they were a nuisance to her. Can we not get some one more “pleasant” to work this pleasant grove location. This girl doesn’t deserve her job.

I would have gave them a 0 but didn't have that option. I was told to pull down for my fries to cook. Took 15 minutes. I was pissed. I ate a fry immediately and it was not that hot. I'm mad. Won't go back to this fast,not fast food place.

I went through the drive through and had trouble with the one taking my order she kept interrupting me asking questions when trying to order. I get to the window and they give me one large drink instead of the 2 I asked for. I fi ally get my food and travel to my destination only to find out I did not get the sauces I asked for , short one sandwich and the fries containers were halfway filled and the one large fry was not present. I was so angry if I would go back I would have not been anywhere nice!!! I will not be back to this Jacks I will go elsewhere!! Just plain terrible customer service! Can't even get an order correct! I shouldn't have to stop and look to see if they did their job!!! Sigh.

I usually don’t leave reviews for fast food places, but this jacks is horrible. First off the drive through employee was dry and not welcoming. She acted like she didn’t want to be there. Secondly, my burger was cold! I will never go back to this jacks unless they change their staffing. Wasted my money.

Every time I go to this location, there's issues with our orders. I only go in the mornings for 2 burritos, and their never fresh, always pre-made, so the entire burrito is always wet and falling apart and paper torn EVERY SINGLE TIME I'll just continue to patronize the Hueytown location: it takes longer, but there's never any issues with my order.

Food is inconsistent and sometimes wait times are atrocious. Had to get quick dinner and ive already been sitting in line for 15 minutes. Has moved up 1 car length since ive been here EDIT: I contacted them using the method they told me and never heard back. Recently went to try cheese bacon pub fries. Looks like they forgot the cheese
