Esperienza pessima. Richiesto menù da contatto. Quando vieni qui lo vedi. Prenotato con posto bimbo, dove ti mettono sotto le casse attaccato al palco. Menù solo pizze e 2 cose di cucina. Dirottiamo per la pizza neppure quella buona ingredienti di scarsa qualità. Bicchiere con sapone. Servizio inesistente Andiamo a pagare facciamo la coda oltre al nostro conto ci presentano il conto di quello che hanno ordinato dietro di noi. Sconsigliato x famiglie.anche se presente area bimbi.

We went there for dinner on Saturday evening. There was a concert by a local band. Decent food. Terrible service; they set us a table too small for the number of people we had. They made us pay as soon as we ordered, before we paid—shameful—and couldn't even properly manage the split receipts. Pay attention to the receipt, too, as there were several errors. Medium/long waits. Go elsewhere.

Terrible. The staff is friendly, but the owners are incredibly rude! It's not the first time they've tried to scam me. I ordered a cocktail that I only drank halfway, and when I went to the bathroom, they took it away without giving me my money back. The food was more or less okay, and the venue was too small for such a large stage—there's not much room to dance, and even the waiters struggle to work when there's a lot of people. Plus, they always bring in the same people for entertainment. But the worst thing happened on Halloween when there was a fight that risked injury, and to cover their own backsides, they had the nerve to post a story on Instagram where they completely denied what had happened so as not to get bad publicity. When there were so many people there, several security guards intervened inside and outside, and many people posted videos of the fight on social media. Shame on them for lying like that, far from protecting their employees!

Saturday night, I had a beef burger and a chicken burger with two cans of soda (it's absurd that a pub doesn't have drinks on tap) and paid €42... crazy... The burgers were big, but the beef was dry and boneless. The chicken burger was basically a breaded chicken cutlet sandwich, and not even that great. You don't even have time to think about finishing your meal before they take away your plates and the cover charge... well, since the two of us paid €6 for the cover charge, we could have kept it a little longer... Otherwise, the place is still as nice as it was before (but the food used to be much better), and on Saturdays they have live music. Honestly, I find it truly absurd that, since smoking hasn't been allowed in bars for ages, I have to walk through all the smokers to get in and inhale all their smoke because they're all stationed in the entrance instead of going outside. I don't think I'll ever go back... it's a shame because it has great potential but before (the old wood) it was expensive but at least the food was quite good... now it's expensive and the food is bad.

So, six of us paid for dinner, we were in front of the band's stage, and they sent us to sit down. So, there's no point in making dinner reservations. Adventure is better. And then there's the rudeness.

Extremely slow service and unprofessional staff. An hour just to order. The food is awful and the pizza seems frozen. Prices are high for the quality they offer: €2 for a plastic bottle of water? €2 for a coffee? Crazy. I'm disappointed because it's a nice pub and has a lot of potential! Go eat somewhere else.

This evening, table 23: land menu. The appetizer was ok; the first course was inedible, pasta reheated in the microwave!; the sausage was very salty, the polenta was tasteless. Even the coffee was nothing special! Extremely slow service, we waited over an hour to order! Order lost! The waiter had his thumb in his plate! See you never again!

The only positive aspect of the place, in my opinion, are the themed evenings. As for the rest: the children's area is perpetually dirty (the manager blames the children's parents for not taking off their shoes) with dust and stains in every corner, which obviously aren't brought on by children. We've already mentioned this in the past, but nothing has changed; in fact, we're perceived as a pain in the ass when that very area should be the cleanest and safest in the place! The wooden playhouse has a loose fence, the netting in the ball area has repeatedly caused children to trip over it because it's broken and drags on the floor, the slide is all wood AND YOU SLIDE ON THE COURSE before you even get to the actual slide. In short, instead of blaming the parents and making a mess (since we make money), it would be enough to admit our responsibilities and KEEP THAT BLESSED CHILDREN'S AREA SAFE AND CLEAN, OR CLOSE IT!

DO NOT GO THERE! We were invited to a child's birthday party. The very first table was taken at 7:20 PM. An hour after ordering, and the kids were hungry, we were told the pizza chef had hurt his hand and the pizzas wouldn't be coming out. We reordered burgers, and the ones delivered arrived after 10:00 PM. Meanwhile, waiters continued to come by with pizzas for all the other tables, clearly mocking and disappointing the kids. When we asked the owner for an explanation, she tried to blame the waitress, who is the only one who deserves praise for her hard work and patience. Reading the other reviews, I see that it wasn't an exceptional event, but it's the restaurant's policy to consistently deliver poor service. Go elsewhere for your dinners.

Let's start with the assumption that most of the reviews are from friends or people who have never been to a place like this and eaten a proper meal. The wait for the food was endless, even though it wasn't that crowded. After two hours of waiting and complaints, the food finally arrived, but everything—the sandwiches and meat—were cold. I understand if it was worth the wait, but everything was of poor quality. The waiters did what they could, blaming each other, and throughout all this, the owners who were present didn't care at all. Never again.
