A beautiful beach setting with super friendly staff and great food. The staff here are extremely helpful and the food is excellent. A really great way to spend an afternoon, enjoying the sea breeze and people-watching with a cold glass of white wine. Thank you Cappuccino for a lovely experience.

We had 2 cocktails in the evening, just in front of the beach close to the sand. They were excellent! The staff is friendly and very professional. In the morning we had two great espressos, A bit pricey but it worth it. Highly recommended.

Truly gorgeous place. You can eat directly on the beach, under parasols. The food is tasty and the service very fast and efficient. The dishes are a little expensive but definitely worth the detour.

Fantastic location right on the beach. Great coffee/cakes and good food. Not cheap, but worth the price for the cleanliness and overall quality. Open from mid March to mid November depending on the weather and sea. Can get very busy, so expect a wait for your food/drinks during peak hours.

Maravillosa ubicación, ubicado en los bajos de un precioso hotel, carta correcta, muy buena atención, precio algo elevado, recomendable

Terraza agradable en Puerto Pollença, justo pegada al mar en el paseo marítimo. Un poco cara para la oferta que tienen (aunque en la media de lo que tiene alrededor).

Sorprende una terraza tan bonita prácticamente vacía, cuando las terrazas de segunda fila están llenas, ¿Será por los precios?, pero quien conoce esta cadena ya sabe que la calidad y el ambiente tiene un precio. Un lástima que la propiedad Mallorquina, poco o nada concienciada en defender sus orígenes, salvo en poner "roba de llengües" en lugar de una cosa tan identitaria como el uso del catalán, haciendo un triple salto mortal, ahora sus camareros (noten el plural) ya no hablan ni entienden español. No se que pensarán sus clientes de los locales de otros puntos del país, pero ni me imagino a un camarero en su local de Suiza hablando en mallorquin sin entender otra cosa. En fin... los mallorquines y españoles, aunque podamos pagar sus precios como lo hacen sus clientes objetivo (extranjeros con alto poder adquisitivo) no somos bienvenidos.

Un sitio precioso frente al mar. El desayuno fue delicioso.

El lugar me parecio muy lindo, sobre el mar. Nos atendio un chico muy amable y simpatico ( argentino). Tomamos unos capuchinos vieneses y una porcion de pastel de chocolate, éste era exquisito.

La cadena Capuccino ofrece locales, y sus respectivas terrazas, impregnados de encanto, gusto y categoría. En este caso en el Puerto de Pollença, nos sentamos a tomar una comida sana e informal mientras disfrutábamos de una revista y de las bonitas vistas al mar de la bahía. El lugar es precioso, confortable y muy chic, se ve que cuidan los detalles y está todo muy estudiado con un concepto detrás. Bravo. La comida: pedimos dos capuccini con una ensalada César y un sándwich club. La ensalada era súper fresca, abundante y con unos picatostes deliciosos, mucha cantidad de pollo y queso parmesano de alta calidad. El sándwich brutal y muy abundante. El servicio era amable pero le faltaba profesionalidad para la calidad del local y los precios. Lo bueno se paga pero aquí sobre todo. Un capuccino 5’50€ y la ensalada 28€. Yo los pagué con gusto y volví a repetir. El interior del local muy bonito

The staff were great, but the food and drink was expensive. Reality is you’re paying for the location hence the price. €12($14US) for an alcohol free cocktail/smoothie is pretty steep, I think the poke bowl was around €30($35US) so expect to spend!. The food and drink was good, just don’t expect it to be cheap

Great location, great atmosphere, nice coffee. But wow, the service is so rude and hard to deal with. It takes ages to "catch their attention" and when we told one waitress they had forgotten an apple juice she told us "no you didn't order that". We had done and if the server hadn't left in such a hurry she might have heard us. It's a real shame as the location and comfort her is great but the staff are so rude that we will try other places for our daily coffee from now on.

Pedimos una piña colada q salió 15 y un daiquiri. La piña colada estaba muy fuerte de alcohol y el daiquiri parecía un granizado; cuando le dije a la camarera me dijo q si quería un extra y me quería cobrar 7,50 ( el daiquiri salía 14 euros) me pareció una locura pagar más d 20 euros un cóctel así q le dije q no y tuve q tomar un simple granizado decorado bonito. En total gastamos 29 euros, sinceramente me sentí estafada.

Nunca me habían intentado timar tanto. Platos de entre 30 y 60€. El servicio pésimo. Llamas a l@s camareros y hacen como que no te ven. La comida una auténtica basura. La hamburguesa del niño quemada y el pan duro incomible. La hamburguesa de mi mujer, con el título, especial Angus, eran dos minihamburguesas iguales. Un sin sentido. Por supuesto jamás repetiremos.

Decepcionante. La situación al lado del mar es muy buena y el sitio está decorado muy bonito. El ambiente parece propicio para una cena estupenda, pero nada que ver con la realidad. Me cobraron 20€ por una ensalada de burrata, la cual aún siendo burrata está por encima de su precio, pero era una mozzarela son más, como la de cualquier supermercado. La botella de agua pequeña fueron 4€. Me pareció una estará vender como burrata mozarella, pero debe ser igual decepción toda la carta…

La ensalada griega no tenía los ingredientes correspondientes. Los platos de sándwiches y ensalada tienen un valor elevado para el producto. Lo que ofrece el menú no condice con los platos ofrecidos. En la misma cuadra al lugares con mejor calidad

Looks nice and has good food and drinks but they are at an extortionate price. Take a walk down to the Miramar Hotel and you will get more for your money there.
