As a frequent traveller and quite fortunate to have had tasted good food globally; I must say that 'Es Finals' definitely topped my list. Although the weather wasn't that great to enjoy the views from the restaurant, we forgot where we were as the food took us somewhere we did not expect. To start with, we had 'Gambas Rojas'. A common and popular dish in spain. However, 'this dish was cook into perfection and the tastes of garlic just complemented the prawns without overpowering. We also had the 'Pulpo a la espalda' which is an octopus dish. This dish was made excellently with flavours sparkling in your mouth and texture just right. There was a mild taste of charcoal and the flavours of other ingredients reveals itself as you chew. Just when we thought it could not get any better, the 'Arroz de monte' dish arrived and put us on a spell! This dish was so unexpectedly amazingly flavoured and created. It was made with all local produce such as, local mushrooms. I believe this was the best dish we had here at Es Finals but if you're not into mushrooms, I would not go for this rice dish. If you're looking for a tapas bar with a modern twist; I would definitely recommend giving Es Finals' a visit.

I had a wonderful experience at Es Fanals in Port de Sóller. The service was truly outstanding – every course was beautifully explained, and the wine pairings worked really well with the food. The team made the whole evening feel special and welcoming. While you might expect it to be on the pricier side given the location and setting, it’s absolutely worth it for a memorable meal or a special occasion.

Wow. Hands down. Just amazing! In every possible manner. This raises the bar. The service was impeccable. It was perfect! We got so well taken care of, we became really fond of these great people. The food was so exciting, tasty, and perfectly matched with wines (some local). And all of this to a very reasonable price. And hey,I haven't even mentioned the view yet! Be sure to catch the sunset This is an experience! They deserve more than five stars. I really hope they manage to keep this up, because it's awesome!

The perfect restaurant to enjoy a dive into the taste of what the land and see can offer with the fine touch of the Chef and each one of the amazing staff we encountered from the beginning to the end. To be prepared to taste not only the food but the journey that comes with it . Just thinking now about the amazing experience we had I crave it once again hehehe. Zwei Freunde von mir haben sich hier bei einem unvergesslichen Abendessen mit Sonnenuntergang verlobt. Carmen und Desirée vom Outlet Management des Restaurants haben mich dabei fantastisch in der Vorbereitung dessen aus der Ferne unterstützt. Von Anfang an habe ich gemerkt, dass hier eine fantastische Service-Mentalität vorhanden ist, es geht nicht nur darum, Wünsche zu erfüllen, sondern dabei flexibel auf diese einzugehen und die Erwartungen sogar zu übertreffen. Die Location ist wunderschön, das Essen ist wohl fantastisch, aber vor allem überzeugt die Qualität des Gastservices, auf diesem Niveau habe ich das in keiner Interaktion mit den Restaurants und Hotels auf der ganzen Insel erlebt. Weiter so, kann ich nur empfehlen!

Es Fanals was an unforgettable dining experience and one of the highlights of our honeymoon. Our table overlooked the entire coast of Sóller—water, cliffs, and the most breathtaking sunset I’ve ever seen during a meal. The service was top-notch: warm, gracious, and incredibly knowledgeable. Each course was explained with care, highlighting the “0 km” menu and sharing the origins of every ingredient. The atmosphere was quiet, romantic, and intimate—making it feel like a private dinner just for us. The food itself was remarkable. Everything came directly from Mallorca, from the salt and butter to the fish, meat, wines, and even dessert. Every bite was thoughtful and beautifully executed. They think of every detail and nail it every time. A truly world-class experience.

J’ai pu manger dans le restaurant le soir du 1/08/2025. En toute honnêteté, je pense que c’est la première fois que j’ai autant de plaisir à manger dans un aussi bon restaurant. Le service était parfait du début à la fin, aux petits soins. Les serveurs se sont adaptés pour essayer de parler français par moment, et c’était vraiment très plaisant d’avoir de telles interactions. On a pu avoir une explication des plats, de leur provenance, ainsi que des produits présents dans notre assiette, du début à la fin. Au niveau de la cuisine, des assiettes aux très bons goûts : nous avons choisi le menu Terre de Majorque. Beaucoup de plaisir à le déguster. En étant un peu exigeante, je dirais que, sur certains plats, il manquait un goût pour « trancher », par exemple une pointe d’acidité pour le plat avec le foie gras, ou encore une cuisson un peu moins poussée pour le poisson. L’envoi des plats était parfaitement rythmé, sans aucune attente entre les services : exactement comme il le fallait. J’aimerais pouvoir rajouter une étoile pour l’originalité de chaque plat. Les textures, les températures, les quantités : tout y était. Je vais avoir du mal à retourner au restaurant après ça, ahah. Enfin, le cadre est exceptionnel. Certes, l’accès est un peu compliqué, mais cela vaut largement le coup : une vue mer, montagne et ville… le combo parfait. Je vous conseille de venir avec au moins 15 minutes d’avance pour prendre le temps de profiter du coucher de soleil et de la vue si vous venez le soir. Last week we have had a wonderful dining experience at Es Fanals Restaurant! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it feel like dinner at a friend’s house. For everyone who feels a little barrier, going to a fine dining restaurant, Es Fanals is truly the place to visit. Manager Natalia truly outdid herself with her exceptional service and attention to detail. She knows how to combine warm atmosphere and great service, and all that with a constant bright smile. Our waiter, Gerard, was incredibly knowledgeable about the wine selection and offered perfect pairing to our degustation menu. We were even served by the chefs, which added a personal touch to the evening. Thanks for that! The food was absolutely amazing, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Overall, it was a fantastic night filled with great food, warm hospitality, and a relaxed vibe. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful evening at Es Fanals, where the food was superb with delightful Mallorcan and Balearic influences. The Grand Balearic menu was the perfect choice, just come with an empty stomach, as it’s quite substantial! The wine selection was excellent, featuring both local wines from the island and others from mainland Spain. While the wine prices are slightly higher than elsewhere on the island, it’s absolutely worth it for the quality.

En julio tuve la oportunidad de cenar en Es Fanals y fue una experiencia inolvidable. El menú de siete pasos es una verdadera obra maestra, con sabores perfectamente equilibrados y una atención al detalle que destaca en cada plato. Cada paso se marida a la perfección con vinos españoles seleccionados, elevando la experiencia gastronómica a otro nivel. La atención fue excepcional, gracias a Natalia, quien hizo que cada momento fuera especial con su amabilidad y conocimiento. El entorno es simplemente mágico. Situado en un lugar privilegiado, ofrece algunos de los mejores atardeceres que he visto, creando el fondo perfecto para una cena maravillosa. Sin duda, una visita que recomiendo a quienes buscan una experiencia culinaria completa y memorable.

Es una experiencia gastronómica que supera expectativas. El servicio es excepcional. Todo el equipo estuvo muy atento y se aseguraron de que la cena fluyera perfectamente, a pesar de que fui sola. Fui con mi pareja por recomendación de un familiar y sin duda alguna fue una experiencia muy agradable, aunque la comida estaba de 10 su personal hizo que fuera de 20 ya que eran muy atentos y serviciales. Recomiendo esta experiencia 100%, aunque eso si, id con hambre ya que su menú degustación sacia bastante.

Overall, we had a positive experience even if there’s room for improvement. The atmosphere is relaxing, with a nice view of the sea. We chose the 7-course menu and the vegetarian one. We spent slightly more than 400€ for the menus, 2 wine tasting and 2 water bottles. The wine pairing is with great local wines (we had a delicious Vermouth). The experience lasted about 3 hours, but it felt relaxed, it is worth a visit if you’re a foodie and you like this kind of experiences. However, you can notice it’s not a starred restaurant yet, but there’s potential for growth. I want to write a detailed review with pictures and descriptions but Google policy doesn’t allow me to and I don’t understand why. I’m sorry.

Booked a celebration dinner with my wife and daughter, which was going to be the highlight of all our dinners out in Mallorca. The evening was very hot (34c at 7pm) and we'd all dressed up and walked from our apartment 500 meters away, which was a mistake, it was far too hot! When we arrived we were naturally very sweaty and when (in between breaths - the roads outside are steep) we'd asked for directions to Es Fanals, front of house sent us up a 2 floor lift and 6 flights of stairs to get to the restaurant!!! An inquisitively bad start when we later found out other hotel lifts and even a buggy service was available from reception on the ground floor... who knew, we didn't and it felt like the joke was on us! Once there and recomposed; restaurant staff were friendly and the setting quite beautiful however, the choice on the menu wasn't for everyone. We played safe after the olive dipping oil and various salts by going with tomato tartar and octopus starters, followed by Gruppa and Fillet steak for mains. The octopus and gruppa were excellent, everything else was fine and nothing more. For guidance, Javier was on site and attentive to those he could see. In the end it was far too expensive for what it is, maybe they're reputation building but a 30% price cut would be a good start. I've done the Michelin star thing and wouldn't necessarily include this in the same bracket as those experienced before. Venue yes, food no. Would I go back again, probably not.

We had a romanic dinner with my wife there. Unlucky for us with the weather- we could not enjoy the views. The staff is very professional and treat you well. This is gourmet tapas restaurant, so you get very small portions,but with 3-4 tapas you must be good. The prices are very reasonable and even cheap, considering that you are in 7-stars hotel’s restaurant. The cheapest bottle of red-wine is 35 EUR, not bad wine at all (called “Terrible” Ribera del Duero, 2015). Steak Tartar is just amazing. Chess Plate is very good choice for the dessert if you want to finish your bottle wine the right way. Also they have very good bread. They do 20% off for the residents of Mallorca, so we could enjoy the dinner and paid 90 EUR for the dinner of 5 courses, one bottle of red wine, few beers and the dessert.

Watching the colors of the sky shift while sipping on fine wine creates a magical atmosphere. The service was exceptional—top-notch all around. The staff was both attentive and incredibly knowledgeable about the local produce, which added an extra layer of authenticity to the experience. They really know their stuff, and it’s clear that they want to make sure every guest feels taken care of. We opted for the Mallorca Experience set menu with wine pairings, and while the presentation of the food was exquisite, the taste didn’t quite match up. While each dish was beautifully plated, the flavors felt a bit plain, lacking seasoning and that distinctive character I was hoping for. It’s a shame because the potential for amazing flavors was definitely there. The wine selection was a highlight of the evening. We were served an incredible light-bodied red from Montenegro, one of the best we've had in a long time. It had the perfect balance of lightness and character, complementing the meal beautifully. The palate cleansers were also a nice touch, refreshing and well thought out. That said, the dessert didn’t quite hit the mark for us—it was a bit too rich and overwhelmingly chocolatey. While some may love that indulgence, it was a bit much for our tastes. All in all, we had an amazing time. The views, the service, and the wine made the experience unforgettable. With a little more attention to seasoning and a more balanced dessert, this place could be near perfection.

Buena experiencia, platos creativos y cuidados. Optamos por tapas (6) en lugar de menú degustación, el total 70 p.p. Crítica en los precios quizás en la copa de vino y el tinto de verano, casi 20€. El personal muy majo y profesional explicación de cada plato, prueba de mantequillas y aceites y petit four. Pondría 2 cosas a mejorar, si no estás en el hotel llegar al restaurante es un suplicio google maps te indica por una carretera de montaña que no lleva a ningún sitio. Llamamos y supongo que fue la recepcionista quien dijo que no sabía como indicarnos, surrealista. La otra cosita es que pedí un poco más de pan (es casero y lo hacen allí), pero nunca llegó.

Lamento decir que nuestra experiencia en este restaurante ha sido bastante lamentable. Tienen precios de estrella Michelin (150 por persona) pero ninguno de los platos a excepción del de huevo estaban al nivel del precio, ni siquiera se podían detectar correctamente los sabores. El diseño, las mesas, la luz, todo muy lamentable sin gusto, como de un hotel de hace 20 años. La única estrella que damos es porque el servicio si que es muy bueno especialmente una mujer argentina, aunque tuviera que cambiar 4 veces de datáfono. A parte de que para llegar al restaurante hay que cruzar 3 pasillos del hotel y subirse en 3 ascensores diferentes, todo un reto

Los platos no tienen sabor, la decoracion es de hotel antiguo hay mas pilares que mesas, el vino que pedimos con mucho sulfito y poco cuerpo, aunque el servicio es muy bueno, no pudo salvar la realidad de este sitio al que entras a traves de 3 ascensores y 3 pasillos de hotel. Probablemente en la terraza la experiencia seria diferente, pero nos metieron dentro y en ese espacio con esos platos tan poco acertados gastarse 150€ por persona sales un poco enfadado del sitio….
