El Pollo loco is always tasty. Their secret recipe makes this Chicken one of my favorites. It reminds me of Sinaloa's chicken.

I used to hate when mu family picked el polo loco for dinner even drive across town to the other location but I was pleasantly surprised bye the dinner I just ate assume everyi thing perfect not even a grain of rice left over my thanks go to the staff

I always come here and I like their food and service. Anthony took my order this time and his service was excellent . He helped me with the menu and got me a great deal. He also speaks both languages, English and Spanish . I'm satisfied with this location .

Friendly staff, they actually go through your order before they bag it to make sure you got what you ordered correctly. Other locations dont that I've been to. Orders are made quickly.

The ladies in this store are soooooo nice, they are always smiling and acknowledge you since you get there. The place is clean but what surprised me the most is their great customer service!

The customer service was great keep up the good work but there is one thing need to say one thing they improvement they need to keep the lobby and the restroom keep more cleaner specially with the pandemic

It was a reasonable priced really nice portion of food. That seemed very fresh. And well prepared. The Taste was fantastic. This was my first Pollo Loco experience, but it will not be my last.

El Pollo Loco is among the best Mexican restaurants for fast food with relatively authentic Mexican food. The del taco and taco Bell and the like are garbage by comparison. They saturate cheap greasy meat with cumin until you can't taste anything else. El Pollo Loco has real grilled chicken and sides.

8 months ago: Healthy, tasty, yummy! Always a treat ... Ok, so I went there after work today, didn't know what to order, so I ended up going for the double chicken tostada for $8.20. Suddenly, the price came out to $9.40 and I was confused. I asked the cashier how the tax was so much. He didn't know. So finally someone came and realized the advertised price on the menu hadn't been changed yet, so that explains the difference. I wanted to say that's false advertising, but instead of getting upset I said "in that case I don't want it" and left. I felt stupid after because I didn't even care about the higher price. It mattered to me that I wasn't being accommodated. They should've given me the advertised price, but instead, lost a customer. Now I'm all the way at Popeyes on the other side of town... what a waste of time.

Disregard my name but GOSH this place is so awesome. All of the cashiers are bilingual so it's easy to order. The food is always hot and SO GOOD. My favorite cashier is Kevin, his Spanish is perfect and he's enthusiastic about his job. A perfect place to eat at any time of the day. (((give Kevin a raise, PLEASE)))

You had me at Cherry Coke on tap. First time trying El Pollo Loco, the lady at the cash register really made it an awesome experience. She was willing to talk through the menu and was super nice about everything. The chicken is juicy and tasty. The ingredients are fresh. And the churros are yum! And that Cherry Coke though - yes, please!

Always clean and always good food a lil bit pricey but worth it

The service was great and there chicken avocado salad was so delicious. The manager was a very friendly young man and made us feel welcome. This is my favorite location.

The side salad has the best dressing. They never put enough on so i always ask for extra on the side and they usually forget it but this time they actually gave me a good size side of dressing but forgot the tortilla crunchies

Food is good there I love Pollo loco plus here I n Victoria is way better the pollo loco on vineyard in Oxnard sad cos its a drive throu but they lazy none commen sense they give you food they forget salsa and napkins you ask for coke they give U diet coke or the forget ketchup if U order fries

I can't remember the last time I ate at an El Pollo loco and this was on the way to a night meeting I had to go to. I actually liked it but did feel like there was too much grease in the chicken.

I always use drive through and line of.cars was long on a Friday 630p. However an employee named Kevin was outside taking orders ahead of time. Kevin was friendly professional and made experience a happy one.

Great service. Decent sized meal for the price but (personally), too much cilantro in the chicken quesadilla... But otherwise, chicken is pretty good but it's nothing terribly amazing. I wish they had a more signature taste or flavor...

Okay, so earlier this year my family had ordered some food from here. When we got home, they did not give us our order as ordered. We had to drive back to the location, to fix the problem, and nothing as accommodation. Again, this happened a month later. My family decided again to try here. We were not disappointed. We got all our food, and we only had to wait a few minutes for our food after ordering it at the counter. Only sad part is, my mom had wanted a fountain drink, but for some reason they didn't have any fountain drinks. Because of our earlier experience I am giving a 4 star, but they are doing better. 8 hold nothing agents them for the fountain drink, I tech is tech, it happens.

They didn't tell us all the sauces they had for our chips then they didn't even put the chips in our order bag. Hubby ask for 2 chicken breast in his 2 peace meal. He got 1 breast and 1 chicken wing ( he was pissed) Went through the drive - thru and didn't know till we got home. Wasn't driving all the way back 😡

Okay. One of my friends favorite quick food places, but not so much for my taste. I felt that the chicken was fatty and too salty. The broccoli was just right. The price was good.

Food good, i didn't like the attitude from the cashier, not nice customer service,they could do better.

I ask the manager Gaby for the Chiken well done and it wasn't, I took it back...and it took another 35 mts.

I gave it 2 star ratings chicken was ok look like it was setting for while, mack & cheese look more like smash potatoes .

It's scary to eat there, they have a security walking around. Also, one of the worker started eating a chip from a tray on the counter....unprofesssional.

We order. Wait 15min. See the car in front of us roll off with out food. Then we get to the window and lady's like "sorry we no working" ..it's 1040am..

I bought 4 combinations from their menu so I asked for extra avocado sauce just incase they didn't give me enough and the lady that gave me my food told me oh I gave you enough so I trusted her so I get to the car and I looked and she only gave me 4 so I went back and I told her she did2give me enough and she goes and gets more but on the way getting them she taps the manager and gives me the extra sauce and as I'm walking out they start laughing and by the way she was a bit of a twitch the way she was treating me I just don't try to get mad and just give a bad review and to be honest I'm not going back I'll just go to the one on vineyard hopefully it's owned by a different owner.

Always out of white meat chicken. I have visited on five separate occasions and every time they were out of chicken. I asked staff why they do not cook more chicken before running out and their answer was "we don't operate like that here."

Horrible experience!!!!! I went to the drive through at this location and it was about 9:50pm when I got there. There was a car in front of me that took a while to order and then it was my turn and I kept saying hello after about the 5th time someone came on and said they were closed I tried to explain that it was still before 10 and I had waited in line behind the other car... No one replied they ignored me. Then I called and Jorge answered and I explained and he said sorry they are closed. So I waited my turn at the window and asked why they were closing before 10 and asked for the corporate number And they refused to give it to me... Bad service.... And I asked for Jorge and she said he was busy and I said i need the number she shut the window and never came back.

I went to the El Pollo Loco location on Saviers Road, Oxnard and I bought their 8 piece family meal to go.When I got home I was shocked and dismayed to see all 8 pieces of chicken was burnt and too dry to eat. The meal was supposed to have 4 legs and 4 thighs but I got 5 legs and 3 thighs. I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the meal I received at this El Pollo location

Question to the lady owner, how come this location doesn't let customers use the restrooms? Using the restroom is essential too! If your lazy employee's don't want to clean it! Then don't let them use it either.

I was very disappointed with my visit to El Pollo Loco during lunch. My order was incorrect in several ways. I requested a breast and wing but received a drumstick and thigh instead. I asked for flour tortillas and was given corn tortillas. I also requested an extra side of tortillas, which was forgotten. Additionally, I ordered a Sprite, but it had no flavor and tasted like carbonated water. Overall, my order was a complete mess😩

Awful awful service for delivery people. They made the mistake of giving the order to the wrong person and did nothing to fix it. The staff need to be trained on proper customer service. My customer that was supposed to receive the order will never go back. I will never go back. I can not believe how rude and unhelpful the employees were. Not even the manager would help the situation. Unbelievable.

All I can say is they must have done it on purpose. There's no other excuse. I can assure this chicken was headed for the trash when lucky me pulled up to the drive thru. Not to mention I not only asked for salsa, but reminded the guy of the last time I was there, I asked and they forgot, he said I'll get it now so I don't forget, and when I got the bag I checked for the salsa and it wasn't there, fact is I should have been look at the quality of the chicken. The chicken was at least yesterday's if not last week's. Way to go guys, you just chased off another weekly customer.

This time around I had a bad experience customer service was NOT good we were not greeted when we entered (MARIA) the cashier taking our order was very unprofessional. They got one order wrong we asked for no sour cream and when I called to there attention, not rude in any way the women who i asked to change it cut her eye at me and went to "change" it. The only thing they did was take of the sour cream and you could still see it in the order. Sadly I didnt get her name. Also it was very dirty they started to sweep but they stopped half way and didnt pick up the trash.
