As a mother of two living in Schaumburg, I have to say- I absolutely love our local Cinnabon! It’s always a special treat for the whole family. The cinnamon rolls are amazing! Warm, soft, fluffy, and very sweet. My kids absolutely love them! The staff here are incredibly friendly and patient, even when my little ones take their time deciding what to order. We’ve visited countless times, and it never disappoints. The cozy atmosphere and the incredible aroma make you feel right at home. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing experience at Cinnabon! The service was excellent—quick, efficient, and so friendly. The staff were kind, welcoming, and made sure I had everything I needed. And, of course, the food was incredible! The cinnamon rolls were warm, gooey, and perfectly sweet—exactly what you expect from Cinnabon and more. The smell alone is enough to brighten your day, but the taste takes it to another level. Highly recommend stopping by for a treat if you’re craving something delicious with great service to match!

Can never go wrong with Cinnabon! I always get center of the roll with lemonade very delicious! Best part it’s made fresh daily. Shout out to all the girls at Cinnabon they always make my visit very welcoming! 😊

I'm rating this for my boyfriend because I cannot eat these (Celiac Disease :( I got him a six pack of buns for his birthday (he's not a cake fan) and he LOVED them! Lasted a few days, but still good at that time. Cashier was friendly (though he looked a little stressed because he was alone and there was a huge line).

I had an issue with my order. Called customer service and they took care of the issue. Store manager called me to listen and made things right. Customer approved! Highly recommend.

The cinnabons are delicious. My only concerned is that one female employee had her nails done very long. I used to work in a restaurant business and that was a major thing . That should take more seriously for sanitation purposes.

Tried to order a four pack they said it was going to be an hour wait so I still ordered it and asked for Carmel and pecans. I waited an hour came back grab my order didn’t look at it because usually this doesn’t happen, but came back home from my vacation and lo and behold no caramel or pecans. Also why do they give you so little frosting??? so I highly doubt would be able to get a refund since I live in a different state and I will not be going to this location anymore. the same girl that took my order was the same girl that gave me my order too!

I waited, came back 3 minutes later, waited in line again, showed the code — and suddenly they said I had to buy something else to get the promo. What?? This place is a scam on scam. Terrible service, zero respect for customers, and no sense of accountability. Never coming back.

I came across very rude and disrespectful staff here who was unable to even warm up a few of my cinnamon rolls that I had just purchased. After requesting them to be warmed, i was rudely dismissed saying that I had already received my order and that they could not take them back to warm them up. For this reason I could not even have those roles at the restaurant since they were stone cold. Will definitely not recommend anyone to get their cinnamon roles from here.

They're printing money with extreme prices but can't afford to fix the tables???? I could fix them for under $5 each. Shame. I'd add video of the table wobbling but who needs it?

After requesting them to be warmed, i was rudely dismissed saying that I had already received my order and that they could not take them back to warm them up.
