Review of drive-thru only. Took 20 minutes and the people behind me are probably now a line of skeletons. Machine for the slushy flavor I ordered wasn't working so they decided to give me the only other available flavor. Plus, they didn't have the right size cup, so put it in two other sized cups. cups. Whoever orders supplies really needs training. One item I ordered tasted like an onion taco. Are they trying to make items look less skimpy by filling them with the cheapest food? So few late night options in this town. Now I remember why I haven't been to Taco Bell in 4 years. Blech.

Most unhelpful staff I've ever dealt with took 20 minutes and 8 phone calls to get someone on the phone for them to tell me i waited to long and they couldn't fix the order

Terrible customer service hot there around 1:55 they close at 2 no one answered the speaker so I pulled to the front window tried ti tell them it wasn’t 2 yet but they were persistent and closed there store early so I’ll make sure to contact higher ups about that

Bad customer service i just ordered drive thru i told the worker i ordered a mountain dew blast and she gives me attitude tell me " all the heard was mountain dew! " also asked for hot and fire sauce gave me all mild... managers need to do a better job training employees and educating them what customer service means. If they don't want to be there fire them simple. 1. Gave me attitude 2. Gave me the wrong order 3. Gave me the wrong sauces 4. Gave me the wrong size drink

When I was driving through the parking lot I was glared at by the drive thru worker as I entered the drive thru. I told the drive thru worker that I wanted a 5 piece nugget, no sauce and a lrg dr.pepper then told him I would like 2 #4s. Wanted a Pepsi and dr.pepper with that. I got to the window and gave my card. Paid for it. Then he handed me 2 drinks and I asked for the 3rd. He said ok that will be $3 and something. I told I ordered it with everything. He refused to give to me because it was not ordered. I told him I did and I had 2 witness in the car that heard me Order it. Then he had another person finish. When I received everything. The food was discussing. I almost thru up because the was so gross. And I never received a straw. I will never go back again.

As a former worker for Taco Bell, I know usually the receipts have a QR code to scan to leave a review however I ordered through DoorDash. Anyways, I have tried calling the store 6 times to be able to have this mistake fixed without leaving a bad review. But I got no answer. I had ordered potato soft tacos and received some sad cheesy roll ups instead. I’m not one to complain but after calling to many time and not getting any answer. The customer service and accuracy isn’t there.

Wow I was surprised how good the nacho cheese fries were, a little crispy,nice sessions, a kick of spice  from the nacho cheese, the burrito was hard to eat at first because of the tortilla  but then the flavors started to come together! I was really shocked! The doritors taco has a nice crunchiness and flavorful surprisingly it does not to be more crunchy because it’s a HARD SHEEL. The cheesy chalupa steak taco was so hard to process, SUPER DRY, way to much tortilla and hardly any MEAT It got even worse! The cinnabon delights were fluffy, but felt style, it was sweet but it didn’t hit as well at what I was excepting which is why it’s  the WORST DESSSERT I HAVE EVER HAD! The customer serevis was helpful but most of the time they were just standing there laughing, talking

I've been to this taco bell 3 times in this visit and each time was worse then the last one. Rude workers and never got my order right. Don't eat here food isn't good go to another one

Wow! It took three managers and two associates to get a side of sour cream that came with my burrito. Ridiculous. The manager was the first person of contact and stood there and ignored me and so I had to go through two associates and meant to managers. It was crazy. It is hard to find good help as in I mean employees.. **Wow... Next Visit 8-1-22** Was discriminated against by a old ghetto homegirl that works the front counter. The manager was to scared to say anything or she knew it was wrong. She said my service dog was not welcome n rolled her eyes at me when I told her they had their documents. We I talked to the manager she refused to help. Telling me to; "tell corporate whatever you want, by LAW I don't have to give you my name or wear a name tag!" I said "WoW, ok" I will will never go bk again.

Very very small food my bean burritos were so small and the 5 layer was the same size about 80% tortilla don’t even get me started on the cantina crispy taco the chicken was the size of a nugget.
