Came to Wendy’s after being disappointed with the customer service at a different restaurant. I was never acknowledged at this other place for almost 5mins. So we selected to come to Wendy’s. It’s been a very long time since I’ve been here. And the first thing that I got here at Wendy’s was Great 😊 customer service. They were busy but still took the time to acknowledge us. So shout out to the crew working on 2/20/26 around 8:15pm. Food was great they even informed us that their ketchup was out so gave us packets and gave us ice since machine was out of ice. Despite all those things they made an effort to give us great customer service before us even knowing those items were not going to be available to us.

This is my go to fast food restaurant when driving through Porterville. It's my favorite Wendy's. Good food at a fare price and the staff is always friendly and helpful!!

My Grandpa and I go there around lunchtime, the staff is fairly young but they are very respectful and answer your questions with ease, It is pleasant to see kids in thier 20's working hard and providing good service because it's starting to become a long lost art now days. The atmosphere around the time that we go is pretty quiet there's not alot of people around which makes it more rexaling for people like me. I always look forward to going to this Wendy's.

Costco Combo Pizza

Gotta say the breakfast is quite tasty and satisfying! Definitely worth a try if you haven't gone yet. The Breakfast Baconator is truly a wholesome sandwich. As for the potato wedges, they're crispy and filling. The batter that is coated over them is a nice touch. Finally the oatmeal bar is semi sweet and chewy. Got carried away with the food over the store, but overall this has been a convenient location that we've been going to years.

Service was fine. Not super friendly, but definitely not rude. I don't think she smiled, but she was courteous. :) the order was correct and the food was good. Didn't go inside as it usually smells like sewer in there.....has for many years.

Food was good, front counter worker was very precise in her movements, but seemed like she was given so many tasks to maintain. It causes less one on one with customer at register. She was trying though. Nice new interior. Kinda hot in there though.

This place is not to bad, they have a great selection of affordable items. Can't go wrong with the chili and a side order of fries. The spicy chicken 🐔 sandwich is also good but for some odd reason it's not consistent, sometimes it's too spicy and sometimes it's not spicy at all and other times it's perfect. Parking is not to bad either and they also have a nice drive through. The customer service in the past few years has been fine, not great but definitely not bad at all.
