There was no disappointment in choosing Farrell’s to cater my wedding that was on 10/10... Despite having another large wedding to cater that day, he was able to accommodate my party of 70. I originally was going to go the hors d’oeuvre Avenue, and thought in order to get a true essence of the delicious Ness of the Italian dishes, as I read so many wonderful reviews... I made the choice to really feed my friends and family very well! I decided to go with their meat lasagna, meatballs, Alfredo Penne as well as there are lemon chicken and roasted potatoes. Their garden salad was also very delicious as well as their cheese platter. Everything was absolutely delicious, I had more people complementing me on how everything was so tasty. My new husband and I literally brought the leftovers onto our RV excursion to the mountains of Pennsylvania. We enjoyed immensely the leftovers nothing went to waste. The night of the wedding I was knocking on neighbors doors, to share the leftovers because I did not want anything to go to waste. If you have not already found your way to Farrell’s, I highly recommend you do 😃

The food was amazing. I was looking for a nice clean pub feel where everyone knows each but we could be incognito. I had the Cheeseburger in Paradise Salad. It was really really good. Both my brother and husband had sirloin beef tips. They were mouth watering. The portions were so generous, that we all brought leftovers home for lunch the next day.

First visit to this restaurant. Very cozy place with a good amount of tables and a bar for your pleasure. Enough parking. Service was great. I shared an entree with my husband, steak stir fry. One of the specials on the menu. Great tasting entree. Lots of veggies and steak over rice. At $20 for the plate, it was totally worth it. I ordered a small chili and it was a good size. It was very tasty. Came with lots of tortillas chips. The chili is perfect by itself for lunch. It was thick and you could pick up the chili with the tortillas like a dip. I enjoyed it very much. It’s been 20 years since I’ve been to Farrell’s. My memory of it back then was not favorable. I tried it again recently to find it’s not what I remember, it’s much better. My wife and I stopped in for dinner and we had a good experience. The restaurant was welcoming and clean. My wife has some food allergies and we were impressed on how well they were able to handle the allergies and be sure of no cross contamination. The food we did get was delicious and we also enjoyed two mocktails. We were happy with the experience and plan to return soon.

Remember the show Cheers? Well, Farrell's feels like an everybody-knows-your-name kind of place. The regular I entered with was casually greeted by name and everyone seemed to know one another. The staff were wonderful and the food was decent. This created an ambiance which helped compensate for the serious lack of character and esthetics in the building. The prices were higher than expected but there were plenty of menu options, including (weekly?) specials which were recommended by the regulars. The fries were probably my favourite food item of the night (unusual for me), and the pasta was cooked perfectly (so hard to find!). If I had to guess, I would say they have a great cook who is making the best of standard ingredients. The bartender mixes a mean drink from a small but varied seasonal cocktail menu; I highly recommend the spiked cider.

Order potato crusted cod dinner. Rolls or bread and salad not included. Just fish and rice. You shouldn’t leave dinner still hungry for $24.00

Used to be very good. Went yesterday and was so disappointed that we will not be returning. Friends and family agree also. Had to wait 57 minutes for our food. The chicken parm had 2 small slices of chicken. One was edible the other tasted raw, it also looked like it slid off the plate and returned. Reuben looked like someone stomped on it and whatever that meat was very tough and chewy. Hamburger was cooked good but very greasy. Service was terrible but still gave 20%. Won’t ever go back.
