Delicious seafood restaurant in a beautiful location. The restaurant is situated in the area with all the stores it’s in front of the sea has a lot of bars close by, the food was amazing. The local wine by the glass was above expectations. I would definitely return.

If you are willing to pay an extra you will have a wonderful experience. In our opinion the extra even seems justified considering the location even though it’s pretty pricey. That said, the location ist absolut stunning, the restaurant is very nicely designed, the food is of very high quality and the service was very attentive and good. Especially the Tagliolini Ragu and the Bollito Mare Crostacei was excellent. The Veal was also very good, I just felt like I should have done for fish. If you prefer meat it’s still a great option. We will certainly come back and enjoyed our dinner very much. Thank you

The lobster and shellfish pasta with bottarga and saffron was the best thing I've eaten this year, and the oysters were fresh and delicious! The service was excellent. The live music added to the magical atmosphere. The bill for two, including a bottle of Ruinart, came to around 500 euros, which felt like great value for the experience. Thank you so much-we'll definitely be coming back!

Abbiamo degustato un pasto da Quattro Passi al Pescatore a Porto Cervo, e l’esperienza è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. Location suggestiva sul molo, curata e raffinata, con un’atmosfera esclusiva e rilassante. Il personale è stato impeccabile: gentilezza, competenza e attenzione ai dettagli dall’inizio alla fine. La cucina esalta la freschezza del pesce con piatti creativi e ben bilanciati. Perfetto per una serata speciale in Costa Smeralda.

Come si evince dalle stelle espresse, l'esperienza è stata abbastanza positiva. Personale preparato e gentile, luogo romantico con un tocco di magia data dalle luci di Portocervo, cibo particolare e di buona qualità, ma devo assolutamente evidenziare che un bicchierino di mirto ce lo hanno fatto pagare 25 Euro. Una vera sproporzione rispetto ai prezzi degli ottimi piatti stellati di un bravissimo chef campano, ma soprattutto 2 dita di mirto bianco non possono costare così. Non si può demandare alla proprietà assente se esistono direttori di sala. Quindi abbiamo dovuto pagarlo senza aver riscontro soddisfacente alla nostra lamentela.Ci stiamo chiedendo se il mirto lo avesse prodotto il papa. Purtroppo lo abbiamo ordinato senza vederlo sul menù, come spesso si fa per un digestivo ma ignari completamente di un prezzo così esoso. Costava quanto il dessert! E' una cosa inimmaginabile anche agli assidui frequentatori di ristoranti simili.

Forse per il bere leggermente insistenti nel far ordinare vino quando io sono astemia e la mia amica ha preso solo un calice ,però sempre con il sorriso . Peccato, veramente peccato per la maleducazione della cassiera alla fine al momento del conto. Indisponente a dir poco anche con il collega non solo con noi ( non si è capito per cosa visto che abbiamo pagato senza problemi dicendo che era stato tutto ottimo). Ho cenato in questo ristorante con la mia ragazza, locale suggestivo, curato in ogni dettaglio, unico del suo genere, accoglienza ad hoc per il locale che è. Personale puntuale, preciso, cordiale e preparato. Un accorgimento che mi sento di fare, per chi prende le ordinazioni a mio avviso dovrebbe essere più puntuale, e seguire meglio il cliente, e avere accortezza in più nelle spiegazioni dei piatti..insomma un po’ di empatia! Mi sento di dare 4 perché ho trovato la carta dei vini ristretta per il locale che è e la cucina che si prospetta di proporre e sopratutto molto limitata nei prezzi (molto alti con ricarichi eccessivi).

This is a beautiful, romantic restaurant right on the water. The staff are kind and helpful, sometimes cocky in a fun way. The food quality is very good, as is the service. The fish are very good and fresh. We also tried the spaghetti Nerano, a favourite and found it was excellent and therefore went a second time. Congratulations

Service was amazing and location is superb but the food itself is not compatible with the associated super-high price tag. Dishes averaging 50 euros for mediocre flavor and creativity. Wine list is excellent but it’s unexplainable that even average quality local wines to Sardinia start at 100 euros, not to mention Tuscan and Piedmont wines. No reason for that other than exploring the uninformed tourist. It’s a pity because the place has all elements to be superb and its mediocre and extremely expensive to say the least. Better options all around. Consider yourself warned.

Great food, amazing place. The only trouble is the wine list. Entry level bottles start at 90€, local wine which cannot be as expensive. You simply can’t have a good wine here unless you want to speak a fortune that is not proportional to what you’re having.

My friends and I were looking forward to enjoying the dining experience AND the food as the restaurant has a bit of a glamorous history from my research. The outdoor patio was very nice, especially at sunset, but it can get hot with the sun shining on your table before it goes down completely. At this price point/the location/reputation, I guess it's not so much about the value you get with the food. The seafood was fresh & all the dishes were tasty. So, from that perspective, the restaurant delivered on the food. We were let down by the service. The good - our hotel mixed up the dates & the hostess was very professional and gracious in finding us a table. Not so good - it all went a bit downhill from there. The captain that did the seating grumbled while setting up our table & gave us a look like we were clueless tourists. After getting seated, one of the hosts (not a manager, mind you) made it a point to come by & subtly let us know he made us a favor even though he wasn't the one we worked with directly. When we were given the menu, the main wait person was a bit snooty and acted like we may not be able to afford some items on the menu. My friend, who was paying for the dinner, had a Crazy Rich Asian moment and ordered everything off the menu. Guess they got the hint. The manager came by to welcome us & they changed staff who were much more pleasant & easier to engage with. After the meal, the earlier experiences still left a bit of undesirable aftertaste & we decided to skip dessert. We went for gelatos in the mall instead :-) What a shame. We had such an amazing experience at Le Grand restaurant the previous night that we were hoping for a two out of two.

Molto al di sotto delle aspettative. Rapporto qualità prezzo basso, servizio frettoloso, se non fosse per la location sarebbe un ristorante mediocre.

We were walk in’s which started my wife and my experience at this restaurant off on a good note as they immediately confirmed that they had a table for dinner available. Then the friendly young woman was replaced by a more senior and much more snooty employee who informed us that we had to outlay at least 200 Euro per person if we wanted a water side table. We were not keen on this and turned to go. The snooty one then declared we could be seated but we had to order at least 2 courses. We normally do this anyway so we sat down for dinner. The ambiance inside the rustic decor of the restaurant was destroyed by the disinterested dj playing loud doof doof music all night. We were asked for drinks by one of the drinks waiters. I grabbed a beer and my wife asked for a non alcoholic cocktail. The drinks arrived shortly but the waiter didn’t pour my beer - he just left me to do this. At fine dining restaurants, you normally get your drinks poured for you. My wife’s ’ mock tail ‘ turned out to be nothing more than OJ over some ice - 25 euros - that’s ridiculous. The food was quite good. My grilled sea bass was cooked nicely and was fresh. Unfortunately it wasn’t boned thoroughly so l had to be careful as I ate to extract some pin bones that had been left in the fillet. The food quality aside , the service dropped off quickly and we began to feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Our water glasses were not refilled. When i asked for the wine list the drinks waiter disappeared and didn’t return. I asked the food waiter about ordering a lobster and the waiter said he had to check with the chef for availability He didn’t return with any lobster related news. So we ordered other dishes. During our meal the waiting staff rushed about a lot. There was no chance of having a relaxing meal. After mains we left disappointed and feeling we never should have been there. Overall a really poor experience and unprofessional performance. The food was ok but it couldn’t save the meal. We won’t be recommending this restaurant.

È un locale in cui si viene trattati molto male se non si spendono “milioni”: siamo stati trattati male per volere due bicchieri di vino della casa (presenti nel menu) e per non volere una bottiglia intera. Il cameriere voleva per forza che ordinassimo il secondo già dall’inizio e ci ha trattati male solo perché abbiamo detto di voler aspettare di vedere se fossimo pieni dopo il primo… per giunta il cameriere ci ha sbattuto il conto sul tavolo per costringerci ad andarcene, anche se il conto non lo avevamo chiesto. Il colmo è stato che ad inizio serata ci davano del lei e poi sono passati al tu… È stata un’esperienza imbarazzante, mi sono vergognata per i camerieri che hanno dimostrato solo pochezza e poca professionalità. Non ho davvero parole per descrivere quanto ci siamo trovati male: il personale è davvero maleducato. Concludo aggiungendo che ci hanno portato un Bellini non richiesto ed il cameriere voleva convincerci che lo avessimo ordinato. Se avessi saputo che si viene trattati come pezze da piedi se il cameriere non ti ritiene importante, non ci sarei mai andata. Non lo consiglio per niente come locale: mi dispiace per la posizione, perché è ottima ma il personale abbassa il livello di molti punti. Davvero deludente.

Location bellissima I camerieri eccessivamente incollati al tavolo, non siamo riusciti a fare un discorso in pace con privacy perché sbucavano da ogni dove, capisco l’intento di dare un ottimo servizio ma assolutamente eccessivo. Il cibo uno schifezza, siamo persone che amano cenare fuori, abbiamo mangiato anche in altri posti più o meno cari ma non ho mai mangiato così male. Abbiamo preso una frittura di pesce non fritta visto che la pastella si staccava visto che non era cotta, era rimasta una pasta, le patatine fritte scongelate scaldate e servite, erano bianche, immangiabili infatti abbiamo lasciato tutto. Tempo di attesa lunghissimo, siamo usciti quasi due ore dopo essere entrati e quando siamo arrivati erano occupati 3/4 tavoli quindi ritardo non dovuto alla molta gente. Attenti ai vini che prendete perché noi siamo umbri e erano presenti vini da 7€ rivenduti a 90€ ! Capisco tutto ma questa è una vera e propria presa in giro al cliente.

Qui la cortesia non è di casa! …o quanto meno sicuramente non lo è quando ci sono degli imprevisti! Dopo aver trascorso una fantastica serata a maggio (5 stelle al cibo), decido di prenotare nuovamente per altre due cene, per giornate diverse. Tuttavia nella mattinata del giorno della prima prenotazione stiamo molto male e mi trovo costretto a chiamare per disdire, sinceramente dispiaciuto del dover chiedere di cancellare la prenotazione e di non poterci godere nuovamente una bella cena da loro. Le ragazze del booking molto disponibili ma sin dal primo momento partono una serie di chiamate in quanto il manager si mostra sin da subito poco disponibile a cancellare serenamente la prenotazione senza cancellation fee, pur avendo segnalato il fatto di essere stato già cliente e di avere già altre prenotazioni per il futuro: in sintesi il messaggio era “ci siamo già stati, ci siamo trovati molto bene, non vedevamo l’ora di tornarci, ma oggi non è sicuramente la serata ideale per fare una bella cena da voi”. Niente, tutto questo non è bastato, il manager non ha voluto sentire ragioni a cancellare serenamente la prenotazione, costringendoci di fatto ad andare a cena per non vederci addebitati i 300 euro di fee di cancellazione. Una caduta di stile enorme e zero comprensione nei confronti di già clienti che stavano avendo un imprevisto, nessuna deroga alla dura legge delle cancellazioni! Credo che un locale di questo standing dovrebbe applicare la stessa cura che si ha nella preparazione di ogni piatto anche alla comprensione di una situazione imprevista di difficoltà: 300 euro di fee di cancellazione non possono altro che essere una pessimo e antipaticissimo addio, gesto in direzione totalmente opposta alla cura e fidelizzazione del cliente (cosa invece molto cara a tanti altre realtà dello stesso segmento)!

Il locale offre un'atmosfera incantevole e un cibo davvero eccellente, con una menzione speciale per i camerieri giovani, gentili e attenti, che hanno contribuito a rendere l'esperienza piacevole. Tuttavia, la serata è stata macchiata da un episodio di grave maleducazione da parte di un cameriere – presumibilmente con giacca/camicia azzurra, capelli ricci e baffetti. In un contesto già rumoroso, questo individuo ha risposto urlando con aggressività e cattiveria a una mia collega, che semplicemente non era riuscita a comprendere quali cocktail fossero stati portati. Un comportamento del genere è assolutamente inaccettabile e non professionale. Una persona che reagisce in questo modo non è idonea a lavorare a contatto con il pubblico. Questo spiacevole incidente ha rovinato un'esperienza che altrimenti sarebbe stata perfetta.

Despite spending around €250 for dinner for two, they refused to remove an appetizer we ordered and didn’t like. It was literally €35 for 4 small pieces of bite-sized zucchinis with what tasted like a fish paste filling inside. We ate one each and left the rest. The manager came to ask if we didn’t like it. After telling him we didn’t like it he took our plates away in what seemed like a “I’ll remove these from your bill sorry you didn’t like it” kind of way, and asked if we would like something else but later included it in the bill. When I asked if it could be removed he said that he would ask and came to say no (he just said he would ask but didn’t ask anyone I could tell), saying that we ate half of it and for that reason they would charge us for it (how else would we try something with 4 small pieces). Terrible experience, extremely small portions, and bad food. Don’t go here unless you want to be treated with fake and greedy hospitality.

Sad to be so overcharged for such a poor experience with food. Portions are so small that you just can’t believe what you pay for. Me and my husband are great enthusiasts of fine cuisine but the plates here have no real complexity to be so overcharged. I ate poorly in portion and paid an extortion. I couldn’t recommend this place as there are so many other better options around Porto Cervo that are worth what you pay for for. Here you are paying for a view that could be closed in a rainy day not really for a fantastic dining experience. Staff treats you like a king but that doesn’t compensate the bill at the end of the night. Treat yourself at I Fratti Rossi, not here.

Beware. I had dinner here on my first night in Sardinian and got the worst FOOD POISONING. Lots of raw fish dishes, which is what we went for but something wasn’t right and spent the next day in bed. I’m writing this as I never really leave reviews as I mentioned this to the staff via an email, and vs offer an apology, they sent what seems to be a a copy paste email defending why one couldn’t get sick at their restaurant even though the odds of this happening running a raw fish restaurant is high… beyond this, GM was quite rude, other staff were great.

Went there with a friend for a catch up dinner. We went for a early dinner. I understand that places in this area have a smaller season, two to three months max, and therefore prices will be higher. However, I spend almost double of what I spend in Zuma or Fiori Chiari. Prices of cocktails are around 35 euro (spicy margarita and litchee martini for example). Staff are well trained on upselling, asking which type of tequila for the margarita. Working in the hospitality industry, I know is that how they get you. However, the night before I spend 24/28 euro for cocktails at Zuma for a better and tastier cocktail. The view of the restaurant is stunning, nothing to complain about. However, I feel that the quality doesn’t justify this price. Let’s talk about the wine price. Having travelled a lot around and been in many restaurants with similar or higher level, I feel it was totally a rip of. We went for a bottle of rose, nothing amazing but usually a good value, chateau d’esclans Whispering Angel, which was priced at 165 euro, when retail price is around 18/22 euro (zuma was 125 euro). The food was good but nothing that special, nothing that you would not find in other place. The music, terrible. I kind justify paying a high price tag, however this needs to be justified by a quality of venue, food and ambiance. Unfortunately, only the view was good for that price point. 289€ per person spent badly

Very aggressive with their cancellation policies. If you want to cancel within 24 hours, they want to charge €150 per person. The booking email feels more like a contract than a simple reservation notice. The food is average, and the service feels rushed, with staff always in a hurry.

Absolutely outrageous! QuattroPassi al Pescatore was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The prices were insanely high, and worst of all — they charged €12 per person just to sit at the table! No explanation, no added value, just a ridiculous “cover charge” that feels like nothing more than a scam. The food was average at best, and nowhere near worth the inflated prices. This place clearly cares more about squeezing money out of customers than providing a good experience. I left feeling ripped off and furious. Avoid this place at all costs. Total tourist trap.

There’s a reason people say “a fish rots from the head”—and this restaurant proves it. The hostess is shockingly rude, and the manager? Equally disrespectful, hiding behind a fake smile that’s as inappropriate as it is condescending. If your idea of hospitality is mocking and humiliating your guests with smug grins and passive-aggressive comments, congratulations—you’re doing a stellar job. But if you actually care about your reputation, start with the basics: teach your staff how to behave like decent human beings.
