It's a great place for fast food as far as Mexican food goes. They pretty much like the place and I would stop there again.

Best breakfast burrito I've had in awhile, the tortilla was so soft/fresh! I got the sausage breakfast burrito and asked them to add beans to it. It wasn't greasy and it was bigger than most. The potatoes were perfectly cooked and their green salsa is fire 🔥 👌

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. I saw this place for many years but haven't tried it. Had a chance tonight so I ordered my favorite foods burrito and 3 rolled tacos. These are what I always judge the quaility of the restaurant on. Food tasted good. Looking forward to going back. Dine in area is old, outdated.

I had the two hard-shell beef taco plate. Plenty of beef. Fryer oil was fresh resulting in a crispy, tasty traditional beef taco. The beans were rather bland and bitter. White beans would have been a better choice to serve customers. Rice was ok. Red salsa was ok.

If you find yourself on poway road and hungry for Mexican food you'll notice about 15 places to eat. The only place that you should consider is Oscar's. The quality of food is better, the portion are bigger and the prices won't kill your wallet. The carne asada fries are the best

It was a strange millennial moment with the lady working there. Carne Asada burrito was full of cartilage rubbery fat. Not my favorite place.

This is as subpar as you can get, if underwhelming was a restaurant lookin ahhh. Cashier rude talking on the phone to her baby daddy or something, food looks like it came out of a tv dinner ahh container. I've been here like 4 times each time has been garbage.... I only came here cuz my car is getting new tires.... never again will I waste any of my time or money here. It's just so trash, I really don't understand how this place stays in business with other great mexican spots in thd area. El Ranchito taco shop blows this place outta the universe, Don Pollo, Salsa shop, so many better options. Wow do better. Signed a male Karen....oh yea and rude, did I say that 🙃

I haven't had Sea food from California for a few years now that I have resided in Arizona for over 12 years. I was very disappointed in my meal. I had the 7 Sea Soup. There wasn't enough octopus, maybe 3 small pieces. Could have been more shrimp and clams. The texture of the soup had too much tomato paste. I like more of a bisk. I also wish a tool for the crab legs were given.

Food is always good but our service today was the worst we've had. Been coming here for years and tonight my boyfriend asked for extra red sauce because they didn't ask us if we want red or green ( which they usually do). They gave us both but we nly like the red and there's not enough for 3 burritos and a Carne asada fries. He went in after going through the drive thru and asked for more. They said they couldn't give us more hot sauce unless we pay for it. If this the case I would not come here anymore. This is BS, I'm sorry but it's just hot sauce and they're in the tiny little soufflé cups.

They had a special the night i went for adobada nachos. I enjoy adobada so i decided to try it out. The meat had minimal taste and made my stomach a mess the day after... Overall not an pleasurable experience. Sucks because i usually enjoy eating here. They have a diverse salsa bar which was a big plus. My opinion... Dont get anything on special but try this taco shop out at least once.

My cheese enchiladas, the cheese wasn’t even cooked, was just thrown around a tortilla and cooked for like a minute. My Dad had a taco bowl and that was great. I ended up eating off his plate. Trash was overflowing and tables weren’t cleaned. Won’t return

Carne asada burrito meat was over cooked and very hard. Good size but burrito was mostly tortilla. Chicken burrito was just chicken and extremely salty. No veggies, not grilled, just boiled chicken. It looked like canned chicken. I would not recommend this place, when there are so many other options.

Ordered on door dash. Item received was not what was described on menu. When does a Cali burrito just consist of meat and cheese? When I called, they said that's how all the Cali burritos are made, even though the menu says it has guac and sour cream. They need to fix the menu to accurately describe the food you are getting. Very disappointed.

Used to be good . I ordered a tostada shell wasn’t cooked beans were cold I ordered a plain tamale and a drink I went to pay and the girl said $21 when she gave me my receipt I noticed that it said no 19. I asked about it and she was so rude and was making a big deal out of nothing . I didn’t order no 19 I ordered a plain tamale only one. She took my receipt and gave me a few dollars back never got another receipt and I was only person in drive through and saw about 4 workers inside order took 15 min. I asked if she put red hit sauce in bag and she said yes. There was zero hot sauce in my bag it was so gross I will go back.

The cashier at the drive thru is very rude. I am a mom of NINE children. NiNE. I have a lot of patience and I'm a very nice person. I asked her for extra red hot sauce and she huffed and rolled her eyes. She walked away without saying anything and I saw her grabbing the person behind me order and didn't see my red hot sauce so I waited for her yo come back to the window. She tries to hand me the green sauce she grabbed that I saw her grab thinking it was for the other order and I said, I'm sorry, I said red. And she had a very pissy/poor attitude. I haven't come back here in months because she had an attitude last time I was here also. There are plenty of other Mexican food places around town and I will take my business elsewhere from now on. Please fix your attitude young lady. Not our fault you chose a career you're unhappy with!

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this place has really gone downhill. The last three times I’ve visited, they’ve completely ignored the drive-thru. Last night, the car in front of me waited for 10 minutes before finally giving up and driving off. I was stuck in the drive-thru the entire time. I don’t understand why this keeps happening lately.

Came to this restaurant as it was recommended as a place to go while in San Diego. Service was abysmal, staff was not helpful, fish taco was not bad, but other tacos were flavourless, C/A fries were disgusting, dining room was hot with flies flying around. Would not recommend this location.

I’ve been coming to this place for over 10 years and spend a decent amount every time. Just experienced the worst service possible. They gave me the wrong order and when I got home I called to let them know she said they don’t remember and just hung up. Tried to reach them again and she pretended she didn’t speak English and disconnected their phone. Safe to say they lost a good customer.

I've been coming here for a few years now and they've always got rude employees. Their food was great at first but each year that goes by it gets worse. My most recent visit, the fries on my food have tasted burnt.

Absolutely dispicable staff here. I have always ordered the same thing, egg, ham and cheese burrito. Tonight they left off the ham and when I went back they denied that they even served ham. Funny considering it's on the menu. Awhile back I also tried a California burrito and ordered a side of fries and they added a ton of fries into the burrito itself, not a side of fries. They should own up to their mistakes. Definitely will never come back. I suggest you remove ham from your menu as well, since you want to deny your mistakes. Rather than addressing them they say bye and turn the head set off. Good luck to anyone who ever has a mistake in their order. Waste of $9.50!!!

I’ve tried to order a regular cali burrito with guac. And some guac on the side. They’ve given me 4 different orders now of different variations. No guac. Yes pico. No pico yes guac. Guac on side, no pico. I’ve tipped so many times and just forgot about it. After the third time is when I can get frustrated. Just want extra guac. Period.

Oscars is not the same! We have been going to Oscars in Poway for many years. Something has changed in the last few months and it's not even close to what it was. Service is terrible, food is not nearly as good and they are always out of something such as beans. Really?! Will not be returning after many years of our go to for Mexican food.

This place is horrible. DO NOT GO HERE. It was late night snack so I ordered 3 rolled tacos. No taste at all for the beef. The red salsa tasted like water. How can you ruin rolled tacos?

Beware of extremely rude customer service! Lady behind the counter will bluntly talk about you in Spanish to coworkers. My wife ordered 3 plates from here and the lady got our order wrong and forgot to give us a dish (not the first time) and didn’t apologize or try to make it better. The worst thing is this happens 1/2 the time how many f ups can you make.

Jesus Christ literally disgusting I ordered a quesadilla and a rice and they gave me fries instead of rice and the nastiest most undercooked, leaking pounds of oil RAW quesadilla FOR 20 DOLLARS. I wouldn’t feed this to my dog.

I tried to get a refund and they laughed in my face and said they couldn't do anything. So basically, they stole my money and laughed at me. Disgusting restaurant!

She is extremely rude and always gets my orders wrong it has made my experience unpleasant (I’m sorry about the description but I don’t know their names but the other girl with the braces has always been the sweetest)

I was really upset that they didn't cook the meat and threw everything in the trash. I recommend that you don't come here at night. The air tastes better than the food they offer here.

My Chile relleno burrito was disgusting. The enchilada sauce inside was sour, the cheese tasted moldy, the Chile itself even tasted nasty. Their red and green salsas were not good either and tasted old. Very disappointed. Only perk is that it’s has a drive thru. Will not return.i challenge the owner or the workers to taste their own food. I have a feeling they don’t know what they are serving.
