We were in the area to pick chestnuts nearby and stopped for a bite to eat. This is our second time there, and we'll definitely be back again. The welcome was excellent, the staff courteous, and the service fast. We had a great meal, and it was excellent value. I recommend it.
What I immediately highlighted was the service provided. The waiters were prompt and well-trained to take orders. The dishes we selected arrived promptly. I can only speak highly of their deliciousness. We ate game-based first and second courses. Everything was sublimely prepared according to the finest mountain traditions.
What can I say? Excellent dishes in the middle of the Valsassina mountains 👍
Good food, family atmosphere. Eating in complete relaxation surrounded by nature is unparalleled. The grandmother's cake is fabulous ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Beautiful location, on the banks of the river from which it takes its name, a very clean and welcoming place. You can choose to eat inside or outside; there are two indoor dining rooms, plus a large, bright veranda and two outdoor spaces, one of which is surrounded by greenery and has a lovely children's playground (I think it's a great idea; you can eat calmly while the kids play and you can enjoy your food in peace). Speaking of the food, it's a delight! So many choices, local dishes, and a wide variety of pizzas! Quality food for a truly memorable culinary experience, and I'm not exaggerating! Not to mention the quality/price ratio, which is absolutely average! In any case, you can choose from different menus, including a work menu during the week... The only thing missing is the staff, which is incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful! A truly excellent restaurant/pizzeria!!!!! I recommend it without a doubt! Excellent, it truly deserves its 5 stars!
Very good service great food
Very quiet and welcoming place. I also really liked the bar area, which has billiards, pinball, and a TV to watch Serie A games. The cuisine is very traditional, but the dishes are good and the prices reasonable. I had a lovely evening.
Business lunch. A lovely surprise. Two tourist menus, €15 and €23. We tried the €23 one with pizzoccheri and polenta with stew, and I have to say, it was truly delicious and home-cooked. Well done!
We like this place. For a good price, you can have a tourist menu with nice portions, wine and coffee. The food was very nice, the service and the atmosphere too!

A simple place, good service, reasonable prices, and good food. We ordered platters, pizzoccheri, and pasta with venison ragù and tiramisu—all good. They also do pizza, but we didn't order that.
Good both as a pizzeria and as a traditional restaurant, especially when there aren't many people. Otherwise, it can get a bit crowded. The location, with its playground and immediate surroundings, is excellent. In the evening, some insect repellent outside would be desirable. The pinsa dough is very good. It's also a beautiful place visually.
We had two good pizzas and a truly delicious pasta dish with hare ragù. The desserts were also quite good. The service was friendly and courteous.
Second time eating here. As soon as I sat down on the veranda (dining area), I felt a bit cold. I was happy to keep my jacket on, but once the food arrived, it warmed my heart... ☺️ especially today. The food isn't exactly light, but it's very good. The service was also friendly and quick.
This is my second time back in a couple of years, and honestly, this time I wasn't very happy. The food isn't anything special, but the meat, both the ribs and the stew, was very tough. The prices are good, the location is nice, and the service is good. But if I go out to eat, good food would be equally important!

A disaster! After a group reservation, when they requested the business menu, after ordering, notices started arriving that the dishes were sold out, completely sold out, not two out of five left, etc. In the end, even the polenta was missing. 😭 Furthermore, those who opted for the salami found them charred. Except for the poor waitress who tried to justify it by saying it was Monday, a day when there weren't usually many customers and therefore they hadn't prepared much. Everything else was forgettable. 😞
