Absolutely love the cheesecake milkshakes and Adriana I think her name is badass employee, I went to the Evansville one, but also went to Princeton's a week later and they have areas to work on. Evansville killed it for sure playerrr too

Got the peanut butter bacon burger and the garlic butter burger. The garlic butter burger was my favorite. I loved the flavor. I tried the pb bacon burger, truly expecting it to be trash, but being pleasantly surprised. Don't sleep on it.
The food is always good but Sonic needs to add a way to give the waitress/waiter a tip when paying with a card. Sometimes I forget to bring cash and I can't tip. That's not how I do business. I always give a tip.... except when I pay with a credit card at Sonic. Send this to corporate please!

We ordered two chocolate chip cookie dough blasts with added brownie bites. They were AMAZING. The service was friendly and quick and they made sure our order was correct.
I love their tater tots! I haven’t had a bad one yet. It’s so easy to use the app as well. It was so quick and easy I couldn’t be more pleased! Customer service was great, time was good & the food was fabulous!
I come here often for the cold brew iced coffee and a breakfast sandwich and both are always fresh and SO good, jadeyn is usually my car hop or Brandon and they are both SO nice and provide excellent customer service.
Service was courteous, prompt. Food arrived quickly and hot. New soft pretzels with cheesy sauce are delicious! Burgers, chicken, tots, etc. etc. Good fast food. 3 months later.....we had to leave because we were never acknowledged after we pushed the button for service.
There smashburgers are really good. Most days they have something on sale. Love there shakes they are so good. Happy hour is 1/2 pricea drinks cant beat that. The only thing is there App is junk never works so the deals they have thru the app arent accessible and ordering food ahead of time to pickup is impossible.
When they're not busy you can get waited on real quick. If they're busy you'll have to wait a bit. But it's worth it. Have only had to send food back a couple of times. My boyfriend really likes it!!

I had to wait almost an hour because they were busy. One grilled cheese and 2 fries. Order was forgotten on accident.Had a staff member ask if I was waiting on a order. The staff member was extremely nice and offered a free drink for the wait. I didn't take the drink because I felt bad that he was the only one doing orders at the time.
We had Danny and he was super nice and helpful. We had an issue with the machine and he was so helpful and ready to help us order. He was so kind.
Awesome service. Always fast and friendly. Will be busy no matter what time you go. Order online and pickup---watch others throw their arms up that you got food and just got there. "J" also does a good job of making the new "scan my qr code" survey less awkward. Very personable and did not judge me for my 4 corn dog, two burgers, and a large mozzarella sticks. Yes J, I ate it all 🤣🤣

Well most people would consider this a little bit biased but I do think the Sonic's in Princeton has a customer friendly admisphere and good food and we're there for the customer and the only bad part about this review is I work there one of the opener but right at the moment I'm down because I had surgery on my neck
It's always good. It's usually fast. They have a few hundred different ways to mix a soft drink. This particular Sonic is pretty decent.
Always gets my order correct and out in decent time no matter how busy they are. REMEMBER TO TIP YOUR CARHOP!!
The only reason I would not give them five stars is their app seems to never work. I order on my way home from work and more than 50% of the time I cannot place an order because the app doesn’t work.
The Saucy BBQ Chicken meal was really good! The Chili Cheese Coney Dog meal was delicious and the Cheeseburger hit the spot! I didn't eat them all but, I sure tried them!
After all the Sonics in Indy were shut down, I was so excited to see one on my way to visiting a friend. It was just as I remember. I got a cheeseburger and cherry limeade. Maybe it's a good thing there aren't any close to me anymore because I'd probably be there every week.
They make a pretty good burger! I also like the Ocean Water.
I cream is thick and enjoyable, sizes are bigger than expected, and prices are as well. Always a good family experience with great service.
Great food and endless drink combinations. The onions rings taste like the fair. What's not to like? Oh yeah: THE SERVERS AREN'T WEARING ROLLER SKATES. Dafuuuuuuqqq?!
Cassidy is great! She is always helpful and gets your food and drinks out in a hurry. She is very professional and always friendly service with a smile. I am there almost every day for my Sonic coke with their delicious ice! I usually don't order food for myself, but my kids do, and we rarely have any problems. Great drinks. Sometimes the app doesn't work right or the pay with app, which is probably something corporate needs to look into. It's not this particular location's fault.
The food & the service is always polite & delicious however, make sure to bring a book cuz you're probably going to wait for what feels like forever lol. This location can get pretty busy & the push notification order buttons can take a really long time to be received in the kitchen. although the weight is this long I give these guys four stars cuz I don't believe it's by fault of their own but rather a lack of employees due to covid & the need for up-to-date software.
Decent food for a decent price. They usually have a long wait but this time it was a lot faster. Hopefully they can keep it up!
We just ordered drinks but they were good, service was quick and friendly. They were pretty busy on this day also, but it seems they always are busy and have few working. They were hustling! Dang birds chirping away....
Having grown up not having a sonic or knowing about it. I like it's foods. *Grins* my kinda eatings burgers fries tots hot dogs fare. Good for you? Maybe not but sometimes you just gotta wrap yourself around something hot and tasty.then wash it down with one of a very nice selection of drinks or shakes:p
service was better than last time. Most businesses are shorthanded right now making it tough. I think everyone is forgetting the shortage when we get mad. Businesses can't use this forever, cut capacity or limit menu.
The food was good, but if I'm paying $10 for a combo, I want refills. They said they stopped refills during COVID. It's over. Refill my cup please.

What I ordered was fast and good, but they forgot the syrup for the French toast sticks and one of them was burnt.
They over charged me 29.93. Be careful using the order board to pay, it never showed I paid so we just pd in cash, I was over charged and it was refunded. the food was delicious and reasonable, just watch using the order board to pay ..
The food is usually cooked pretty well, depending in the day and what time you show up, the morning / afternoon is the best time for the freshest food, including, iv never once had a order made incorrectly, it just usually takes a few moments before you get your order, but quality isn't rushed!
I'm convinced this is the place to use the mobile app. If the order machine isn't broken, response times are. Still some good food though!
The order screens never seem to work properly and the speakers are awful, too. It's a miracle that they get the order right. But somehow they do and it's always good. However, sometimes it seems service is slow.
2 burgers and 3 corn dogs ordered. "Add jalapeños to burgers" doesn't mean to only have peppers. Got 2 corn dogs instead of 3, no mustard nor salt and pepper as ordered. App hasn't worked here in several weeks
Service was slow and the order was not correct they missed 1 of our sandwiches and messed up the size on one of our drinks
I love the sonic restaurants. Food is always great and fresh. But for some reason we had an extended wait period for our food. The car hop was very friendly.
Typical Sonic. Drive up to menu, park, push button to order, food is brought to your car. Food is average in my opinion. Slushies, shakes, and ice cream are delicious. Lots of flavors and add ins to choose from.
Lately they've been pretty slow to get orders out. Don't intend to give them heat over it, but when you have to wait more than half an hour because they took other people's orders, its a problem. Especially when they somehow forgot you were there.
It was very unimpressive for several reasons. It took 15 minutes to order, however, our food came out promptly. The carhop was gone before you could ask for anything. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, it was cold, rubbery, and had no flavor. I only took a couple bites. Though I have had plenty of good experiences at Sonic!
Their fries and tots taste very good and they have good shakes but they take a lot of time to give you your meal, so don't espect to be out of there fast if you are in a hurry. You won't get "fast food" there. xD
Their fries and tots have not been fresh or even semi-fresh the last few times of going there. Also, I ordered cheese sticks that were crunchy, yet not fresh enough to have served them.
Update: It gets better for a while then gets worse. Like I said before it's really inconsistent. Old review: After pushing the button, 3 cars that arrived after me ordered and got their orders before they even answered to take my order. Now their mobile ordering is disabled and you can't even get them answer when you're trying to place an order. This place is really inconstant. Sometimes the food is good, others it tastes like they refried food that set out and got cold. Got sick for 2 days after eating there. Kinda mad I paid for 6 boneless wings, because they're expensive. The first one was stale tasting. Like they had set out then got refried and sauced. The second one wasn't even meat it was all chewy like a big pice of gristle. I didn't eat any more after that. I had an upset stomach, got sick, and more the next two days. I only give 2 stars because the carhop was very nice and I don't think the issues were her fault.
It's ridiculous when a car hop hands you a cup that visually has red soda ALL over the cup and when you say something she gives you a dirty look. Then the manager makes excuses. This is unacceptable!!!!
They burnt the chicken strip, no longer have chicago dogs, the person put our order in wrong there was only one food delivery girl and she was wondering around with our food at two cars before finding us because the person put our order number in wrong. *Edit if you so sorry MR. SONIC THEN EMAIL ME A REFUND. 🤷🏽♀️[email protected]
While the burgers are always to par, every time I've been to Sonic recently the ice cream has been putrid. I love the Oreo Cake Batter shake, but recently the shakes have made my stomach turn. I've been disappointed countless times, and today really destroyed my view on this Sonic. I ordered the Oreo Cake Batter today as a final chance, and they gave me an Oreo Cheesecake shake. While I recommend their burgers, they've lost my service on their shakes and ice cream.
Order a peanut butter and cookie dough dream master blast. A complete waste of 4 dollars. Basically was vanilla ice cream with a little bit of cookie dough on top. It had no peanut butter flavor. Only reason I gave it two because my wife liked hers. Very disappointed.
Sonic has now been "open" for half an hour. I still have yet to have my order taken, as far as I can tell the other people around me haven't either. Instead of letting people know what's going on the Sonic employees are shutting the buttons off as soon as they are hit. I'm determined to get my burrito and see if the food is as bad as the service today; I'm being nice enough to give two stars because this is the first time I have had a problem and the food is hard to beat.
They really need to clean the premises, the concrete was sticky. There was also a table that was a death trap as it was supposed to be bolted to the ground but was not. My wife sat on it and the whole things typed dumping her on the ground
This is twice that I've been there and they were out of onion rings and one hamburger looked like it had been sitting for a long time. Hamburger bun was real hard and they got the order wrong. I really like Sonic but this was probably the worse experience I've had there.
Food was good but order was wrong, paid for a 5 piece chicken strip dinner and got a 3 piece, no ranch even though I asked for it. Ordered a large Dr. Pepper and was given a diet coke with vanilla.
Always rude. My experience this past time though set me off. Gave my money plus some to get back two five dollar bills or a ten dollar bill. Gave me my change and only some of my money back then ran off inside while I'm trying to explain to her that I want me cash back. Our food wasn't fresh. We didn't have to wait long. But would have rather waited for fresh food.
I arrived about 6:45 and there were half or more of the parking spots vacant and by my judgement didn't seem to have more customers than what I've typically seen at a sonic. I ordered and the wait for my food was just a little longer than average but not bad. I ordered a burger, fries, and a milk shake. Though the milk shake was fine, my burger was burnt and had the condiments sloppily piled on it with the sauces being way in excess.... I'm not picky and this was the worst burger I've ever gotten at a sonic, without a doubt.
Eat food am yummy! Stomach no grow grow now. Am full of meat and dead cow. Me go here not long ago. Now burgers taste like grill cleaner. Not even hotdogs cooked all way through. Not even dog want burger and he lick groin all day long. Dead meat still chew chew though.
Ordered 2 drinks with one being a Rt. 44 ice water and waited OVER 15 minutes for it!!
Slow to respond. Usually wait 5-10 minutes just to order. Staff is inside talking and laughing, but not taking orders. Gave 2 star because once you finally order they quickly bring it out.
I have ate at several sonics but this one has to be the worst. Everything from the order being messed up to them trying to charge me again for that same order. The cheese burgers were not the best and the chilli dog was semi cold. The milk shake was good lol. 2 stars and that is only for the service after the mess up was fixed. Not going here again anytime soon.
The walk-up Keyosk wouldn't work , pushed the screen multiple times , before it would function. Finally got order placed and paid for with a tip. Only ordered a large strawberry lemonade, should have tried it before I left. It was so full of ice I couldn't get the straw into the cup. There was barely any liquid in the drink, it was all ice. They should rename it strawberry lemonade flavored ice. Sadly disappointed was really looking forward to enjoying a cold drink after a long hot day at work.
This is the third time I havent got waited on. This time I only waited 8 minutes befor I left, I have waited 15 minutes befor without being waited on.People were standing around inside not working. Over half of the stalls were empty. No reason for this.Not good!
I always order ahead. I don't know if they are short staffed but I've never have waited so long for food. This is turning into a complete joke
Totally messed up the orders and then blamed each other. Waited a long time just not to get it right.
Went to 2 different stalls and never got waited on.so we left and went home.first stall was 12 and waited 10 minutes.and then moved to 24 stall and waited 7 minutes and still didn't get waited on .bad serves for you guys.
This was terrible. I rolled up to the sonic pressed, the red button, and before I even got to say anything, the rude lady cut me off and said whenever you’re ready to order, please press the red button. I then waited another 15 minutes before they decided to answer again. I then proceeded to wait 30 minutes just for two slushies. Ridiculous service.
When it came to paying for our food with our card, our order went away. So we couldn't pay for our food. We pushed the button to talked and told then what happen. They didn't try to help so we told them we would reorder. When we tried, they acted like they couldn't hear us, then asked us about our 2nd order, which we didn't have one. Then they left us, we pushed the button again and a lady said they would try to help us. 10 minutes go by and nothing, so we left. Bad service!
Third time in a row they got my order wrong. Told the girl 3 times just to make sure order was correct to avoid the mistake of the last 2 times I ate here, and they still got order wrong.
Last 2 times I attempted to order there, I sat and waited for almost 20 minutes and never even had my order taken. Granted the one time, they were really busy, but this last time I went, there were only 3 other vehicles. Absolutely ridiculous!! Will not be going back.
Every time I go there it does not matter who is working or how many times I say hamburger not cheeseburger or no cheese on my hamburger it never fails that it always comes out with cheese on it and then I have to deal with rude employees that act like I am making their jobs so much harder by fixing my order! I've worked at fast food places and it is hard but read the ticket! It clearly says on there no cheese!
I wish I could give it less than one star. Absolutely terrible. Needs to be shut down if this is how an establishment is ran. Sent car hop back twice for food not being in bag or wrong. The person on the menu board was so rude that we should have driven off! DO BETTER!!!
Ordered a burger meal with no bun, extra lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, and mustard on the app. I recieved, 2 patties, with a stack of pickles. 0 out of 10. Cant believe how unreliable this business is now. Very disappointing.
First, we waited over 30 mins to order. Then another 30 for our food. They said that the new sandwich that was posted everywhere(the big dill cheeseburger) wasn't longer being made, then they told us that their shake machine was down and couldn't make shakes...when we got our food, it was all cold. My burger didn't even have the cheese melted! It was all horrible. We love Sonic, and usually don't ever complain, but my gosh! Get it together!
Placed an order last night for our family of four. I got home to find that our corndogs were nearly black, hard, and completely inedible. Our tots, onion rings, mozz sticks and fries were all undercooked and cold. Burgers were made incorrectly. Our chicken fingers were rock hard like they had been sitting out for hours. And we got no sauces to even go with anything had it even been edible to begin with. I tried calling the store multiple times with no answer and even waited until after dinner rush to try calling again. No answer again. This has happened multiple times and each time I have called, no one will answer. Hopefully since I followed up by calling corporate this time something will be done.
Edit to say there was only 2 other cars there when I got there. Over the past 6 months or so, no matter what time I went to Sonic, it takes forever for them to even take your order. I'm talking 10-20 mins. They will tell you I'll be right with you, then deactivate the button and that's it. You will have to repuch it and same process. No matter how busy! So I thought by downloading the app I could cut some of that time off. It takes 15 mins for me to drive there anyways. I've used the app before with little to no issues. Today I order 2 grilled cheese and a large root beer. I ordered it at 1:50pm, before I left my house. The estimates time stated 5-7 mins. I get there at 2, check in. Then I waited for 25 minutes! I had to push the red button!! Guess what happened...they said "I'll be right with you"....then nothing for another 5 minutes. I had to purch it again and then wait AGAIN! This place is ridiculous. Dont waste your time.
I placed my order with an employee over the intercom and saw it on the display board. I waited for over 35 minutes after seeing customers getting their order that came after me. So I inquired about my order and the same employee that took m order said that there was no order from my stall! I waited over half an hour for nothing thinking my order was being prepared. I drove off upset. This establishment needs to get their act together!
Went today for a welcome home treat from my husband. Very, very disappointed. His grilled chicken wrap was cold. My sonic burger was a mess on a soggy bun. His tatar tots and my onion rings looked and tasted like they were made last week. And he ordered an unsweet strawberry tea that ended up being a sweet tea with no strawberry. This location needs a major overhaul.
Over the last few times I have ordered drinks off the app and then received them, they are not quality. Ordered a cherry limeade and got red dye with sprite is what it basically amounted too.
We love sonic but this one is extremely slow. The average time to get an order is at least 25-30 minutes (that’s if you order ahead on the app). Don’t even try to role in and press the order button, they won’t answer for at least 10-15 minutes. To bad their app system is usually down and that’s the only way to order. Every time we are here customers walk up to the front door of the kitchen (many going inside) because they aren’t getting their order. The employees are also rude and indifferent about the time you are waiting. The drinks are often messy and sticky where they’ve been spilled. This sonic needs a new manager and staff! I hardly ever leave a review but this is a regular occurrence with them. We have been here over 30 minutes and we ordered on the app. Sonic, do better!!!
My husband and I waited almost 30 minutes for our order. Our screen said our order was coming out but nothing.Never even seen anyone getting their food. There were only about 8 cars there. We left!
First time ever in years drove away after a half-hour of waiting with NO response to the red button, even trying 2 different stalls (just in case one was broken). Calling manager just resulted in lame excuses. They normally (over years of patronage) have great food and service. Tonight's staff dropped the ball.
This the second I go there and I get attitude when I’m asking questions about food and prices or how I want things made. When I get my food they over pour my dressings or my food is just warm and the place is dead and I’m eating there.
Waited over 30 min for two sandwiches and a shake. Never received our food. Of course I was told I would have to wait 5-7 business days to get my money back. After all was said and done an hour of time wasted ... We will see if I get my money back. 😡

Never had a problem at this sonic, but out of the 3 orders that placed only half of 1 came out correct. Somehow they messed up a root beer by giving me sweet tea which I can't drink. But I was already back across town at work before I realized it. Ordered 2 oreo cheese cake shakes and I got 1 oreo and 1 strawberry. The girl that brought it out didn't look like she even knew where she was. Probably wont go back for quite a while, which sucks because I work right down the street and went there at least once a week sometimes more
Waited almost 1/2 hr and they kept shutting the ordet light button off. Never got to order. Others who arrived after us were served and eating when we finally gave up and left. Not going back!!
$72.47 was spent. Burgers were smashed, burnt, and dogs not look like they were even worth eating. Chicken bites were not fresh at all, along with the fries that came with the bites. To top that they didn't combo orders they were supposed to. I have never had such a bad experience Sonic. You're employees though when they don't do jobs correctly it creates bad experiences. Sonic your Princeton location needs attention.
This place is literally a hot mess. I've been here 6 times in the past year and every single time my order is incorrect or missing something. I've even tried using the app to order and even then it's all messed up. One time I pulled in to order and pressed the button and was asked to pull up closer to the building. Um, ok? Why? I hate parking and sitting with others people's headlights in my face. I just think that the staff is constantly revolving and training isn't thorough enough here or either everyone working here just does not care at all. For the prices on their food and expectation to tip, you would think the place wouldn't have such a hard time keeping workers or having workers that actually cared.
Waited over 30 minutes to get my food. Fries hot burger not. Got the wrong order the first time. Guess I got put on the back burner after that. All the lady says was wow that took so long... like seriously? I know that. And I don't think she really cares because all I see is her taking wrong orders to the other people and vaping. Not impressed
My wife and I went there tonight just for a couple of milkshakes. We ordered online and were expecting to have our shakes handed to us by the time we arrived. We pulled into stall 13, checked-in and waited. The display showed that our shakes were in the kitchen and showed my wife's name as being logged in. After about 20 minutes, the display no longer showed my wife's name, the app showed that our order had been completed but we still hadn't received our shakes so we used the call button and explained everything to the employee. He apologized and brought our shakes out to us which would've been fine but the shakes weren't even what we ordered and they were completely melted.
I love the milkshakes. I think they are better than any I've tried. But it has been taking over 30 minutes to get one. I ordered 2 small milkshakes last night. We had to leave. That has been 3 times this has happened.
Ordered a double cheese burger with ketchup and mustard. Drove 20 minutes to get food for the family and this is what I received. HALF A PATTY ONLY. No cheese no ketchup or mustard. Fast food workers want $15 an hour but can get an order rite. If I only did a quarter of my job I would be fired. Maybe if they took pride in their work maybe it would be worth it to pay them more.
