El primer lunes del año visité el lugar. Hace tiempo que paso por ahí pero no me animaba a entrar porque lo veía lleno de extranjeros y pensaba no era apto para nativos. No obstante, me lo recomendaron y decidí visitarlo. Llegué después del mediodía y alcancé desayuno. Bien servido, café decente y pan dulce bastante bueno. Atendió una mesera, Judith, muy amable y simpática. Rapidez en el servicio. Quedé muy contento. Vale la pena visitarlo aunque suele llenarse bastante.

Comida muy fresca, bien servida y deliciosa Super recomendable el club de playa ,además que tiene estacionamiento propio !!!

Es una gran opción para desayunar o almorzar en Progreso. Cuenta con área en aire acondicionado, en terraza y en palapa frente a la piscina. Todos los espacios son bonitos y cómodos. Además tiene estacionamiento privado, el cual es bastante amplio. En cuanto a la comida, aconsejo pedir el paquete de desayunos que ofrece varias opciones a un precio justo. Probé los chilaquiles en salsa verde y los huevos motuleños, ambos tenían muy bien sabor.

Muy buena atención, me atendieron rápido, los platillos con muy buen sabor, precio adecuado, muy agradable el lugar. Los kibis de jaiba muy ricos calientes y recién hechos. Los camarones al coco no tienen madre. La michelada un poco distinta a lo convencional pero no está mal.

El servicio perfecto! El chico que se llama Marioni a echo un servicio de 10 atento super super educado y con una profesionalidad impecable,después de comer conocimos a Paqui la cocinera. Increíble lo que la mujer cocina lo bueno que está todo lo que comimos estaba increíble muchas gracias por todo ( no aire acondicionado si ventiladores así no te resfrías por qué fuera hace mucho calor mejor así como ellos hacen pero si quieres dentro tienes opción de aire acondicionado) (también fuera es espacio libre de humo no fuman las personas) es perfecto de verdad tienen que ir y probar la comida de Paqui nos vemos la próxima. Así da gusto salir a comer fuera un abrazo dejo alguna foto No me dio tiempo hacer más, me lo comí antes jeje.

Un lugar de muchos años ya en el malecón de Progreso, que valdría la pena alguna renovación en imagen. Pero hablando de alimentos, bastante rico y sobre todo, muy bien servidos! Hemos ido tanto a desayunar como a comer, y siempre quedamos muy satisfechos, pagando precios bastante buenos por lo que obtenemos.

El pan muy rico, el servicio excelente y definitivamente vengan por los combos de desayuno con café refill. 10/10 👌🏼

Me lo había recomendado una amiga y no habíamos podido ir y me encantó el desayuno. Hay paquetes que te dan jugo, café de refill, una mini concha de chocolate o bolita de queso (ambos son deliciosos) y el plato fuerte que pueden ser huevos al gusto, chilaquiles verdes o rojos, yo pedí el omelette de chaya con queso. También tienen huevos motuleños entre otras cosas y su menú de comida tiene buenos platillos que iré a probar. La verdad es que me encantó, el servicio excelente el chico que nos atendió siempre estuvo al pendiente y nos servía café. Espero volver pronto.

Almorzamos en este lugar. Comida muy llenadora y a excelente precio! Manejan combos qué incluye fruta, platillo, pan y café. Probamos los chilaquiles rojos, omelette, huevos motuleños. Fuimos dos días seguidos por que en verdad. Nos encantó! Pd. El pan es relleno y esta suuuper suave!!! Amamos eso.

Extremely delicious seafood in Progreso Yucatán Mexico. Nice and elegant restaurant with incredible selection of food. The staff is amazing and the chef is great. Order a hot molten mixture dinner with shrimp, octopus, steak, chicken, cheese, grilled onions, grilled cactus, and grilled Serrano peppers! This dish is amazing and the salsa is delicious! Experience Mexican cuisine that is different and enough for two people to share. The appetizers are delicious and the seafood is extremely fresh. Very nice for special occasions and holidays with the family. The restaurant has old Spanish Colonial style and you can dine on the beautiful patio. Most upscale restaurants in Progreso close at 7pm-8pm. So you will need to get there around 5-6pm to ensure you get a table before they close. The restaurant a fresh seafood restaurant and has delicious ceviche. The tortillas are hot and freshly made per your order. The salsas are authentic and perfectly made. Enjoy a beer, glass of wine, or a glass of mineral water with your meal. Most of the seafood dishes are grilled to perfection and have a excellent smoked flavor. One block from the beach and is worth the short walk!

We come here every summer and sometimes more than once. Food is alright but a bit costly on our last trip in 2023. Staff are always super nice to us and the beach is wonderful. Yes, it's a port, but the water is still blue and worth the trip. We are sure to visit here again every time we are in Merida.

I gave more than 5 stars if possible! Honestly, it's the best Mexican breakfast ever!!! I live the atmosphere, music, service, and hospitality of the staff. Food was so delicious the chilaquiles and the sweet bread with coffee in the end was super plus. I do recommend this place for everyone if you have the opportunity to go to Progreso.

Amazing food, selection, design, and staff! I am beyond impressed with the breakfast items that my mom and I got! I have had many unique dishes, here in Mexico. So far, my favourite dish has to be this strawberry/blueberry frozen yoghurt parfait! 🫐🍓it was SO good! A perfect balance of sweet and tarte. It was perfectly frozen, almost into a smoothie consistency. I will 100% be back!

WOW What a restaurant nice building, staff super corteaus, food REALLY good, good prices, bathrooms super clean, they have now beach club right on the beach with plenty staff ( so you don't have to wait for your order as other restaurants) they own a parking lot which in Progresso is kind of a pain to find a spot to park, inside the main restaurant they own. pool so you can pretty much spend a nice time when visiting Progreso! Excelente lugar para comer y pasar el rato en progreso, precios competitivos y buena atención. Tienen alberca y puedes hacer uso de ella durante tu consumo. Súper bien.

El lugar es hermoso, los platillos son muy buenos en cuanto a presentación y sabor. La situación incómoda fue el servicio, lento y no ofrecen opciones cuando algo se su carta está no disponible. Necesitan ser más atentos con las personas de la tercera edad.

A very charming place in Progreso with delicious Mexican food. My favorites are the Huevos Motuleños and the green chilaquiles. They also have great sweet bread for breakfast, and for lunch or dinner there are excellent seafood options with a traditional Mexican touch, all at very reasonable prices. The staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. A lovely spot to enjoy authentic flavors.

A truly great dining experience one block from the beach :). One of the best aspects of this restaurant is the service. You don’t get service like this many places in Mexico, and it is noticed and appreciated. Just as importantly, the next great thing about La Antigua is the food! We were greeted with an orange pate and bread plate that was a great start. A must have appetizer is the queso fundido aka heaven on earth. Entrees on our table were the camarones al coco, tostadas de loma de atun, and arrachera y pollo. One word for all the food, wow. The locals I were with are frequent visitors, and I can see why. Final touch was the margaritas, muy bueno! Volveré de nuevo!

Was looking forward to dining here as passed by many times and was curious. The place is very nice with many smaller dining rooms throughout. My partner had the pear salad which was fairly good. It had a decent amount of chicken a huge amount of lettuce and a few lumps of feta. I ordered the grilled salmon which on reflection was a mistake as this is not a local fish. The salmon came charred on the outside, but half way down was still frozen. I called the waiter over who took it back to kitchen only to return one minute later with a hot version which they microwaved for 30 seconds. It was still frozen and raw at the bottom so back it went. Twenty mins later I received a new freshly cooked piece of fish that was largely edible except for the thinner part that was too rubbery to cut. The wine list is relatively large but got the usual "we are out of that wine, how about this one" as they bring you the 1100 peso bottle. Al in all a very disappointing visit.

Pésimo servicio. AMABA este lugar y las porciones eran enormes, ahora me trajeron 5 camarones al coco solo con salsa. Tuve que esperar UNA HORA por mi comida y ya no había nadie. De verdad en mi vida vuelvo, que triste porque era muy bueno.

Pues está bonito el lugar, pero les falta mucho en servicio, tardan mucho en atender, les falta montar la mesa, llegan las entradas y sin plato ni cubiertos, les falta poner acompañamiento para los platillos en la mesas (salsa picante, sal, limón etc) la cocina es muy lenta un caldo de marisco tardo media hora en salir, el pulpo estaba duro y chicloso.

Las condiciones del lugar son bastante malas en su mantenimiento. El servicio regular. Y la comida muy ordinaria. M deje guiar por las recomendaciones de Google. Pero la verdad no vale la pena.

Lástima, en ésta tercer visita después de un año de no venir, decidimos traer familiares de fuera y en lugar de haber mantenido o mejorado la calidad con la que inició, ha empeorado, fue una pena. Ésta última ocasión pedimos de todo, entre eso, una charola mixta, esperabámos mariscos frescos (estás en la playa, en un club de playa) y va llegando un plato de mariscos congelados, sin duda el camarón, el atún y el callo, de la peor calidad posible, simplemente el sabor y la textura pésimos, se nota luego luego cuando es congelado y el aguacate con puntos negros, nada apetecible, el único aceptable el pulpo. Increíble que en Progreso donde debería haber "buenos" mariscos se batalle tanto, pero eso sí, bien cobrados (320 mxn), una decepción, última vez que venimos. Es válido que los precios sean elevados pero la calidad debe ser a la par, si no, se siente como una estafa. Adjunto foto como evidencia.

Llegamos y jamás que vayan a llevar menús ni a tomar pedido. Esperamos un montón y mejor nos fuimos, si tardan mucho solo para eso no me imagino para llevar la comida. Bye. Nos fuimos al mercado mejor, nunca fallan.
