Terrible service, awful food with no flavor, the owner and employees are always gossiping. They don't even know what food they have, they give you one price and then raise it at the end. And they're incredibly slow to serve you. There's no water in the bathrooms, and the owner hadn't noticed and just had bottled water brought in.

It's disgusting. I placed an order and it was supposed to be delivered in 20 minutes. 2 hours passed, and I called to ask about it. The owner's daughter answered and hung up on me. I called back and she said, "You're not the only customer. There are people who wait more than 2 hours, and if you don't want to wait, I'll cancel your order, and that's it. We have too many customers." I told her her attitude was very rude and that she should be embarrassed that the order didn't arrive or try to fix it. She said, "Do you want the order or not?" And I said, "Well, that's why I'm calling," but you don't have to have that attitude, and she hung up on me. I called back to ask her to put me through to her mom, and she said, "We have 2 branches full of customers, we're not interested in your opinion. Your order will be delivered in half an hour if you want it," and she hung up on me again. If they ever ship the order, I won't receive anything." The treatment given by the owner and her daughter is never friendly or kind, but today was the last straw. I've seen them have had altercations with some customers, and I can see why. I only shop there when I'm in a hurry because they offer delivery service, but the food isn't that great either, much less waiting more than two hours for an ordinary, simple, and cold dish. She's the rudest person I've ever had to deal with. I will never shop there again, and I will even recommend to my friends and family not to shop at either of the two locations. Disgusting.

We'd been there a few times, having had a rather favorable experience, with filling and tasty food and a practically empty dining area, because their service is more of a takeout option. On this occasion, with only four tables occupied, it proved to be too much for them, and when I went to ask about the missing items from a totally subpar service, the owner, in a very rude manner, told me: You have to wait everywhere. If you don't like it, go somewhere where they serve you. However you want... With so much competition in every business, it's service that makes the difference these days. Anyway.
