They feature a wide selection of the brand's traditional pastries, cakes, and bakery items. I personally love the traditional Garibaldi, the guava and tiramisu cakes, and the seasonal panettones. In general, as it's a chain, the processes and products are fairly standardized, allowing you to have a familiar experience no matter what city you choose to purchase their products in. Of course, there are unfortunate exceptions, but fortunately, this branch isn't one of them. Okay.

It was my first time visiting this branch. I went with my boyfriend. I was very pleased with the variety of bread and drinks; the tiramisu I tried was delicious, and the caramel macchiato was also 10/10, as was the cappuccino. However, the staff's service left something to be desired. From the moment we walked in, the staff just stared at us in a rather unfriendly way. Instead of a warm welcome, it was the opposite. When they took our coffee order, their response wasn't pleasant either. Honestly, with that kind of service, you don't really want to go back. Only one young woman (the one who made our coffees) gave us good service, and that was much appreciated. I hope they improve in that area.

I asked the young man who served us how many days this cake had been on the counter, and he told me it had been made yesterday, April 19, 2024. When I cut and tasted the cake, it turned out the dough was completely dry around the edges, it looked like it was several days old, and it was watery in the center, with a rancid taste, the whole cake itself. And in the end, I had to throw it away. What a disappointment because the cake is expensive, and it's not fair to be sold a piece of junk! Be very careful when you buy a cake because the employees will surely tell you the same thing they told me, since there's no honesty on their part, nor on the chain's part, when they say they sell fresh, quality products.
