A small place in the arcades of the historic center, with a lovely atmosphere. The food is beautifully presented, generously portioned, and full of flavor. The service is good and friendly. I recommend it to enjoy the view of the cathedral while sampling their specialties. They have very reasonable prices.

One of the best meals we had during our work conference in Puebla! This Italian restaurant was great! Every dish was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, making for a great dining experience. The only small downside was that one pasta dish ordered with shrimp only had a couple of shrimp, but everything else was so good, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Highly recommend if you’re in Puebla and craving Italian!

I can't tell you what it's like to dine in at the Italy Lounge. That's because I took advantage of the window on the side of the building for slices to go. Cash only, several toppings to choose from, and they just warm it up in the oven right then, and you're off. Walk 50 m to the Zocalo and find a bench in the shade. Combine your slice with a Coke Zero from Oxxo, and you've got yourself a wonderful Italian picnic! The pepperoni was authentic, the crust was done perfectly, and the cheese flavorful. At this point, I would take a to-go slice from Italy Lounge over any pizza in a local sit-down restaurant.

RE-POST - There seem to be two locations on the map, but it's the same place*** Pizza is usually an on-the-go meal in NY, which is where I'm from. I know good pizza. Also, as a New Yorker, it is annoying to wait for something you know to be an on the go meal. We waited about 10-15 minutes. My Mom and I were pleasantly surprised, because the pizza was DELICIOUS. No lie, it was fresh, tasty, not too much of any ingredient, and the crust was too good not to eat. We could tell they were quality ingredients. If you're from the U.S. and need a little comfort food, this pizza is IT. Enjoy :)

The BEST PIZZA I’ve ever had in Mexico. The crust was phenomenal and the ingredients were fresh. The sauce was on point. There was a chili oil that complimented the dish fantastically. Not sure about any other dishes but GET THE PIZZA. Then go next door to Santa Clara and get ice cream.

Nos gustó la pizza solo que traía mucha grasita porque lo que no es una comida del todo ligera. Buenas bebidas y servicio.

La comida es muy buena a un precio considerable. El lugar es un tanto pequeño pero si eres amante de la pizza este es tu sitio ideal. En cuanto al servicio se podría mejorar un poco más, de ahí en fuera todo muy bien.

Servicio, costo calidad de los desayunos. Instalaciones agradables y lo principal una atención esmerada por parte de su personal. Valor muy importante, el sazón se encuentra en cada uno de sus alimentos Felicidades continúen asi.

Excellent service. Our waiter Raul was so attentive and helpful. The fettuccine was delicious and so was the cheese pizza. The location was perfect as it's right by the Zocolo. A memorable evening on Christmas Day when a lot of restaurants were closed.

It's a pizza with nothing special to write home about; it's not bad, but it's not the best either. We also ordered a salad with Serrano ham, which was better than the pizza. Excellent service, with a very attentive waiter.

The pizza is really good! The service was incredibly slow, waiter talking to friends outside for 5 minutes, talking to chef in kitchen who luckily was paying attention enough to the outside area to send the waiter out to give us the bill. Hopefully just the one waiter...

Me encantó la pasta 👌 aunque la pizza es regular, todo venía empanizado en orégano. El lugar no es el mejor si quieres algo tranquilo, pues es muy pequeño y de entrada uno ya sabe que se atiene a cantantes y vendedores. El servicio dejo mucho que desear, el mesero se enfoco tanto en su otra mesa que la única vez que se apareció fue para tomar la orden y ni siquiera pregunto ni ofreció nada, pero eso sí, ya te incluyen la propina sin preguntar, ojo 👀

La pizza está buena, pero el servicio deja mucho que desear.

An Italian would be embarrassed ... We had Fetuccine with artichoke hearts (I added shrimp). Fettuccine extremely overcooked to point of clumps Indiscernable if there was any artichoke in it Sauce was obviously out of a can... Nearly zero flavor... It was an error stopping here...

La primera vez que comí la pizza tenía buen sabor, con esta ya son dos veces que me dan la pizza quemada, definitivamente no volvería a ir a comprar ahí, no lo recomiendo
