It's incredible how far this franchise has come. I remember it used to be just an ordinary chicken place, not the kind of place you'd want to go and enjoy your meal. It was usually just a takeout. They renovated a while ago, and now it's a very attractive restaurant. Everything is spotless, clean, organized, and well-maintained. The staff is equally attentive, and everything arrives quickly. The food has remained the same for years, with excellent flavor, and I think it's still reasonably priced. The sides are generously portioned and delicious. What surprised me most was that my meal with all the sides arrived in less than five minutes. The only thing I would change is the aguas frescas; they were lukewarm, and the horchata was very weak. I think that's something that could easily be improved. The restaurant has a lovely children's play area. If you want good, tasty chicken, great sides, and a nice place to hang out, I highly recommend it.
