We visit this place frequently. The service is good, as is the quality of the ice cream. Today we went for their Thursday special, which consists of two large iced coffees. Instead, we received a large cup with more ice. Truth be told, we were very disappointed because this drink had never happened to us at any other location. Today we visited the Topolino in Angelopolis, and the difference in our coffee was quite noticeable between this location and other locations.

I went with my daughter last Thursday, during the morning shift. We were alone upstairs, where the games are. There was only one guy serving. Well, I rang the pager (so the guy would come and take our order), once, twice, but he didn't come. I went downstairs to place the order (we were still the only customers). The guy came to deliver the order, and I asked him to turn down the music because it was too loud, too loud, and I think it was just his own taste. Anyway, he turned it down... but only for a few minutes. He never came back to ask if I needed anything else or if everything was okay. At one point, I went down to the bathroom, and he was still alone, sitting at a table with nothing but looking at his phone. The music was again very loud... it made the place an unpleasant experience.

The ice cream is very good, the cakes are too sweet and don't taste good, the drinks are not prepared well, sometimes they don't even put what the menu specifies and they take a long time to prepare them, but the worst thing about this place is the service, all the people who serve you are young people without a single idea how to treat customers, from the moment you walk in the place, saying hello and if you're lucky, they answer you, serious, with a face of disgust, you tell them what you want to order and you have to repeat it several times, I don't know if they are deaf or don't know the menu. Yesterday we ordered a mini cake, the employee opened it in front of us and turned around, I don't know what she did to it, she took it to the back and then returned it to us. It was my mistake to accept it, we had stomach problems. I will never return to this branch.

A few minutes ago I ordered my tarufo to go, they took a while to prepare it, and out of 3 scoops only one came out, and it was just ground crackers, they didn't even add the liquor... Terrible service‼️ If you thought I wouldn't come back, well I won't, there are many branches... That's what they force us to do, I went at least twice a month.

Dissatisfied with the service, the guys are constantly on their phones. My son ordered a Ferrero crepe, and the picture shows how it's supposed to be offered, and they give it to you the amount of ice cream you want, and he thought it was 240. They only gave him one scoop of ice cream, and he thought it was on a plate. Nothing like what the menu says. My daughter ordered a special double ice cream of 170g, and obviously it was more ice cream than my son's. Disappointed. I won't return to this place.
