This restaurant is only small so can get busy but the food is excellent. I visited with 2 friends and we were all really pleased with our meals. I had the mixed kebab skewer which was so tender with the Canadian potatoes and mojo sauce. Waiter was very helpful and friendly.

Lekkere paella gegeten en een ijsdessert. Kwaliteit prima. Service uitstekend. Vooraf een amuse en bij het afrekenen een drankje van de zaak. Het was niet druk wat ons verbaasde. Niet voor de laatste keer dat we hier gegeten hebben.

Food: great, fresh, beautifully presented! Friendly nice staff (from Nepal, Ecuador and Morocco), not intrusive, not imposing! Just great! Great service, little something on the house- croquettes, delicious ones at that. Fresh fish (catch of the day) with Canary potatoes. Loved my salad too. We finished our dinner with homemade tiramisu. These guys deserve so much more customers than they get up that shopping center. If you're around Puerto Rico shopping center, go to the first floor and give them a go. It's worth it.

A great wee find ... Despite its quiet rooftop location (we ate earlier), this restaurant truly stands out. The food was delicious, complemented by top-notch service. While we thoroughly enjoyed our starters and main courses, we couldn't quite finish them due to the incredibly generous portion sizes. To cap it all off, the coffee was great, and the drinks were reasonably priced. A truly excellent meal!

We zitten er nog steeds net heerlijk gegeten. Fijn is dat je wat side dishes bij het eten kunt bestellen. Je zit heerlijk koel op het dakterras. Heerlijke frites een kip speler met heerlijke sausjes. Mooie kaart met voor ieder wat wils.

Greatest food I ate in Puerto Rico. Garlic prawns are outstanding - the best prawns I ever had. Finally Canarian potatoes with mojo I waited for. We also had sorloin and fillet steak and event though I preferred fillet steak (because sorloin had some fat) meat was really awesome. Also great wines variety. Service was top notch. Also exceptional atmosphere - this restaurant is on the first floor and is smaller than some other in shopping center, but it still gives great vibes. Highly recommended.

Me and my family have eaten here on two occasions during our holiday and on both occasions we couldn’t fault anything during both visits. The food is amazing along with service being 1st class. Recommendations:- Dynamite prawns Caprese salad Buffalo wings Fillet steak Sirloin steak Grilled Sea Bass (Fish of the day) Busy bee smokehouse burger.

What an incredible find. Well worth venturing up to this quiet rooftop location. The food was absolutely delicious washed down with a lovely bottle of wine. The staff are amazing and i had to seek out the chef to compliment him on amazing culinery skills. Very generous portions and i would urge you to seek out this little hidden gem. You wont be disappointed.

Had lunch at Busy Bee and really enjoyed it. The food was really good and I was honestly shocked at how amazing and well priced it was. Portions are big and everything was well cooked. I had the chicken parm with cheese and pasta and it was filling. The burger was also very good, really juicy, with plenty of bacon and cheese. Service was friendly and quick, and the place has a relaxed atmosphere. Good value for money. Would happily go back.

Amazing tapas at Busy Bee, and the homemade lemonade was great too. The dynamite prawns were fantastic, and the service was excellent throughout.

One of the best places in Puerto Rico to eat. Fresh grilled fish, cooked to perfection seasoned perfectly and with olive oil garlic and lemon. The staff were extremely friendly and polite with great service. Updating this as visited a second time and food was even better than the first. This is so far the best restaurant I’ve visited in Puerto Rico, food is outstanding and great value. Ended up visiting twice for lunch and twice for dinner each. In terms of quality, value and service I think this is the best in Puerto Rico.

We looked for the restaurant because of the good reviews it had and where not disappointed. My husband had the bulabese soup (fish and seafood) and we shared a huge plate of tapas havind all kind of meat (chicken, pork ribs) as well as fish, prawns, fried squid and a lot of side dishes and sauces. Couldn’t finish it all even if we would have been starving! Service was quick and very attentive.

Ate at The Busy Bee restaurant twice across our 10 day holiday (not to be confused with Tipsy Bee) and it definitely served the best food and quality value at the same time. Both times the restaurant was quiet so hoping to spread the word as it would be a shame for these guys to close. Won’t hesitate to come back and recommend to others.

I don’t usually write reviews until I get home and sort through my photos, but for this restaurant I will make an exception. We were looking for some nice tapas and found this place. As soon as we sat down we could tell that above the usual standard: real napkins, well presented and immaculate menus. We shared the mixed tapas for 2, and sangria. Everything was beautifully presented and cooked perfectly. The sangria was fruity and delicious, and the service we enjoyed was exemplary. The manager is rightfully proud of the restaurant and the dishes they serve. There was a young lad who was obviously new and nervous, as he was learning on the spot, but he was friendly and I hope his confidence builds and continues to work there. It’s one of the best restaurants in Puerto Rico, we’ll definitely visit again.

Absolutely stunning food. As a family of 4 we all had a different meal each and we couldn't fault any of the food served to us. My Fillet of steak was actual perfection, as were the vegetables and canarian potatoes! My husband had the burger, again 10/10 My daughters chicken caeser salad was fresh and well flavoured. My son was happy with his Sirloin steak meal. All for the grand total of €76 with 5 drinks which is £66. Absolute bargain!! Do not hesitate to eat here.

Om ni funderar på att äta någonstans i Puerto Rico så måste ni besöka denna restaurang. Av alla de ställen vi provade här under vår vistelse, så var denna restaurangen den bästa. Jag åt entrecote och min fru tog grillspett med räkor. Välpresenterad, smakrikt, perfekt tillagat och fräscht där allt kändes hemlagat mycket gott! Trevlig och personlig service gjorde det till en mycket trevlig kväll för oss. 5/5 - Tyvärr så hade vi börjat äta innan vi tog bilder, och därav så är bilderna inte rättvist presenterade -

Wir sind durch Zufall hier gelandet und waren sehr zufrieden. Service war sehr sehr nett und aufmerksam. Das Essen war auch sehr lecker! Wir hatten gegrillte Paprika, frittierte Tintenfische, Caesar Salat, Pizza Margherita und Pizza Hawaii. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! :)

We found this place via Google reviews and we weren’t disappointed. Ali ( our waiter ) was friendly, welcoming and absolutely loved his job. The food was tasty and the best fish I have had in Puerto Rico. This is a fairly new restaurant. They are working hard to stand out from the crowd. Highly recommend.

Found this place via a Google search and was keen to visit given the 5 star reviews. A little tricky to find, but it's on the top floor of the precinct above the Planet Steak House. We were greeted with a very warm welcome. A little dubious at first as only one other table dinning. But instantly we were made to feel very welcome. The food was amazing - genuinely. The service was a little slow but it wasn't a problem as we were in no rush. Wasn't much of an atmosphere as where we were was quite quiet, but you could hear the buzz from nearby restaurants. Don't let any of this put you off though. Its a newly established business so the owner would be very grateful of your support. A family for 4 ate for under £70e, main courses and drinks. Would definitely recommend visiting.

Really good food :) very nice stuff and don’t suggest about low amounts of opposition because 80% people around it’s just old, restaurant it’s on the first floor so go up by the stairs and just taste it :)

Absolut det bedste mad vi har fået I Puerto Rico, ud af de 4 steder vi har spist der. Venlig og imødekommende tjener, der kom en tapas med det samme efter drinks, og vi fik en lille likør på huset, sønnen fik en alkoholfri, efter middagen. Frisklavet mad, grillet fisk, dejlig og smagfuld. Sønnen fik orange chicken og den var både saftig og havde god smag. Stille og roligt sted da det ikke er så stort, på 1.sal, men dejligt at man kan sidde helt ude på terrassen med god luft og kigge ned på folk i centret. Vi betalte 45€ for 2 juice, 1 øl, og 2 hovedretter inkl. Lækre Hvidløgsbrød.

Calm and serviceminded owners, very nice food. We were blown away already at the starter. Main was perfect. So much taste and really good composition. Well worth visit, we'll be back for sure.

Anmeldelse av The Busy Bee – Puerto Rico (“God mat midt i kaoset – og en Mohito med identitetskrise”) Hvis du noen gang har tenkt: “Jeg har lyst på god mat midt i et partysenter som lukter litt som 90-tallets barklubber”, så er The Busy Bee stedet for deg. La oss starte med det viktigste: maten. Reker i hvitløk og chili kom syngende inn i en glovarm jernpanne og luktet så godt at jeg nesten ga servitøren en high-five. Nydelig smak, passe styrke og rause porsjoner – akkurat slik det skal være. Biffen? Tja. Jeg bestilte medium, men den landet et sted mellom medium og well done. Litt for lenge på grillen altså – men fortsatt smakfull og mør nok til at jeg ikke vurderte å skrive klagebrev med en gang. Pommes fritesen kom i et lite metallbur, som om de satt i fengsel og ropte “slipp oss fri og dypp oss i béarnaise!”. Béarnaisen, forresten, var faktisk kjempegod. Den hadde både smak, fylde og det lille hintet av “dette laget vi selv” – og ikke rett fra pose. Så spurte jeg, litt håpefullt: “Er dere gode på Mohito?” – og fikk et selvsikkert “Oh yes, very!”. Og joda – den smakte godt. Men her kommer et lite mojito-hjerteknust sukk: de brukte sitron i stedet for lime. Det er som å spille Beach Boys uten sand og bølger – det funker, men det føles litt feil. Smaken var frisk og god, men det visuelle tok en liten hit. Gule sitronskiver i stedet for grønne limebåter er som shorts i desember – det ser rart ut, selv om det teknisk sett fungerer. Atmosfæren? Vel… her har The Busy Bee litt å jobbe med. De ligger i et senter som best kan beskrives som en blanding av chartertur og nattklubb fra 2004. Det kan de nok ikke gjøre så mye med. Men egne bord og stoler kan de faktisk gjøre noe med – og det burde de. Litt stiligere møbler, noen nye duker og kanskje en lampe eller to med personlighet, så kunne stedet løftet seg flere hakk. Oppsummert: • Maten: solid 4 – spesielt rekene! • Biffen: smakfull, men over den medium-grensen. • Mohitoen: god, men gi oss lime neste gang, please. • Atmosfæren: partysenter-vibber og møbler som skriker “vi prøver, men vi trenger hjelp”. Terningkast: 4 – med en liten advarsel til limepolitiet.

Overall very pleased with the dining. We ordered pasta chicken and pasta da winci. Both very good dishes, but the price was abit high for a pasta dish.

Food was mediocre… service was extremely slow and the menu is over-priced compared for what we were served with. Would recommend as an average restaurant, but beware it’s over-priced and the service is slow.

The food was okay, nothing special. The service was quite good. The atmosphere was okay. Behind us there was a group of people who were a bit loud. Otherwise, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend the restaurant.

In a party os 5. Service was slow. One mains of salmon was very poor. It was cold when it came to table and when heated it was very dry. Not good. Pork ribs were generous but not warm enough. Vegetables were actually cold. None of the 5 was really happy with the food. Won't be returning.

Wat een ramp, naar aanleiding van ons bezoek in mei 2025 en de goede recensies vol goede moed hier naar toe gegaan. Wat een ramp het duurde 15 minuten voordat ons drinken kwam, na ruim een half uur kwam de ober vertellen dat ons voorgerecht er niet was, na 45 minuten nog niets dus drinken betaald en weggegaan. This evening, we decided to have dinner at this restaurant. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with the quality, freshness, ambiance, and service. Compared to other restaurants in Puerto Rico, the food was genuinely poor, which makes the positive reviews difficult to understand. The “fresh grilled fish” we ordered turned out to be oven-baked rather than grilled. The beef filet medallions resembled more of a goulash or stroganoff-style dish rather than properly prepared medallions. The burger was inedible, especially the patty. Only the spaghetti Bolognese my daughter ordered was reasonably acceptable. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant, particularly if you value good quality and a fair price-performance ratio. We certainly will not be returning.
