Un lugar agradable, tranquilo, rodeado de mucha naturaleza y muy cómodo. Fuimos a desayunar un grupo grande y muy amablemente nos pidieron esperar en lo que arreglaban la mesa. No tardaron mucho y nos pasaron. Lo agradable es que tienen muchos ventiladores para que no pases calor, ya que el clima en Vallarta es muy caliente en esta temporada. Te recibe con un vaso de agua fría, y te recomiendan los platillos más ricos del lugar. Posterior, los platillos están bien servidos, los guisos son ricos y el sabor en general es rico. La verdad yo pedí chilaquiles y estaba equis, lo que sí, es que el guisado del pollo estaba muuuy rico y las salsas también. Las bebidas son ricas, el jugo de naranja muy fresco y el café rico. El lugar cuenta con bocinas que reproducen música relajante para amenizar el lugar. El postre que pedimos estaba rico, en general los meseros nos atendieron super bien, nada de contratiempos. Lo recomiendo para alguna cena o desayuno especial, o simplemente si quieren conocer el lugar. Nota: no cuentan con menú para niños.

La comida y el servicio están bien. Lo especial del lugar es la ambientación, me encantó. El risotto estaba rico, eso sí, no es un lugar precisamente barato.

Excelente atención y desayunos desde $80 pesos que no incluye bebidas. El café es de refil, es un ambiente familiar y cerca del río Cuale.

Este bello lugar se encuentra a 500 metros del mar, cerca de la isla de río Cuale, mi experiencia es de la cena de año nuevo y puedo decir que fue muy grata. Los precios fueron razonables, la comida deliciosa y la atención de gran calidad. Las instalaciones son de gran nivel y contaban con música en vivo cuando me presente. El lugar contaba con pocos comensales y puede realizar una reservación con treinta minutos de anticipación.

La cena deliciosa , y los meseros súper amables , fuimos 5 personas y todos quedamos muy satisfechos sin duda regresaremos !

This restaurant should absolutely be more of a hot spot than it is. Aesthetically it's one of the most gorgeous places to eat that I've visited. The photos do not do it justice. Besides that, the food was superb. Everything was seasoned and cooked well. Even the details were right (butter for the bread soft and flavourful w herbs; cheese baked into the center of the croissant rolls; etc.) Service was top tier. Friendly, timely, but without me ever feeling rushed. I honestly can't say enough good things about this restaurant. I'd absolutely go back.

Le Bistro is a hidden gem in the Romantic Zone of downtown Puerto Vallarta (located in the Rio Cuale "island"). Our team recently had a dinner there, and it was a lovely experience. The venue is beautiful and spacious, offering a perfect balance between classic style and lush greenery with all the trees and the river (sadly the river was dry during our visit due to the season, I imagine it would be even more stunning during the rainy season). The food was delicious, the waiters were very attentive, and the live music created a great ambiance. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a lovely spot in the area.

We had the Espresso Martini , Crème Brûlée, and another dessert I can’t remember the name Of. Delicious. Every single staff member was welcoming & invited us back for Brunch on the weekends. My wife and I have been wanting to go for a while. The restaurant is beautiful and has a great atmosphere. We had onion soup that was amazing. The beet salad was some of the best I've had anywhere. The purèe was incredible. A unique flavor not too rich but very flavorful. The red snapper filet was fresh, perfectly seasoned and cooked and the sauce and beets made it addictive. I'd have it any day. My wife loved the duck enchiladas. It really brought together the flavors. Finally, I had the Rojo atardecer cocktail which was excellent and not overpowering. The staff were very accommodating and the hostess was very friendly. The view along the river was easily the best on the Rio Cuale. I look forward to going back again!

She truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. The staff was top-notch, and you could tell they all worked seamlessly together to make our evening special. The food was absolutely outstanding. Amazing atmosphere and a beautiful place to eat. Service was great. You are definitely paying for the atmosphere and location. Food is good. Prices listed on the menu were less than on our bill were not the same, but they corrected the bills without issue.

We usually come here during lunch or dinner but today,we decided to try brunch and we were not disappointed. The place is relaxing and there are no vendors to interrupt you. The staff are friendly and you'll feel the warm welcome from them right away. The manager is always make sure that everything is in order and he makes his rounds to check on the guests. They also have breakfast pastries that are still warm and freshly made. The waiters are attentive and they keep refilling your regular coffee. The coffee they serve is also good. I had cappuccino and it was done correctly. The pancakes are light and fluffy, which is hard to find in PV. (I've tried some inedible pancakes 🥞 in town) The ceviche is really fresh and tasty. The guacamole with chicharones is not what I expected...I was thinking that it will be served with few chunks of chicharones, but it's more like a crunchy machaca and not the crispy pork rinds. But overall, it was tasty. This restaurant is really clean and so as the restroom. We will soon be back and this time for dinner.

We enjoyed Le Bistro. Beautiful setting along Cuale River. Great atmosphere for dining. We were there for lunch. It was warm, but fans were provided. Nice touch. Had enchiladas and they were awesome. Others had burgers. They were so\so and could have been cooked a little longer for our liking. Had to return. Prices were reasonable for class of establishment. Staff worked hard despite a huge group coming in without notice. We would like to go back for breakfast. Menu looked interesting.

El servicio es lo que quiza hiciera que solo le den 3 estrellas, falta de capacitación tanto hostess como meseros.

Asistí hace unos días con un grupo de amigas , celebrando el cumpleaños de una de ellas, el servicio iba bien , hasta que el mesero fue 4 veces aprox a preguntarnos si necesitábamos partir el pastel a lo cual le comentamos que aún no , fue molesto que fuera tantas veces a insistir que lo partiéramos , cuando en el restaurante permanecía con poco flujo de comensales . Y creo que es excesivo el precio del descorche de un pastel . Creo que necesitan mejorar su servicio a veces ser tan insistentes es molesto .

El lugar demasiado lindo y el servicio super bueno, pero la comida regular, pedimos un onion soup y unos por belly tacos que estaban ricos pero también pedimos un filet mignon que estaba muy malo, sobre todo por $50, nos llegó frio y eran como dos medallones que parecían pre cocidos. Fuera de eso el restaurante muy lindo.

Hate to rate you a 3 star, but, the live music with bongo drums was so offputting from the beauty and the elegance of this lovely restaurant! The food was good and the place is stunning, but we could not converse above the live music! I hope you will consider eliminating the music, as your restaurant does not need it to attract a wonderful, discerning clientele! Wishing you the best!

The food was good and the environment was nice. However, it was my wife’s 30th birthday and we made note of that in the reservation but they did not offer anything special until we had already stood up to leave. We had hoped they would have taken the time to do that before we had paid and gotten up to leave. Good restaurant, just be careful if you are going there for a special occasion.

We really wanted to love this place but... Ordered arugula and pear salad as an appetizer - big let down - mostly just arugula, no dressing, and very little flavour. Then about 1 hour after appetizers it was finally time for the main course - which ended up being the appetizers again. Another 20 minute wait for the actual mains. Red snapper was good. Duck enchiladas were not and somehow had a fish bone in the dish? Server offered another round for the table, but after already ordering multiple drinks while we waited, we could not drink more alcohol. He did not think of comping anything for this 2.5 hour dinner which really should have been an hour long in total. The place was not even that full. The table next to us ran after waiting for their mains after their appetizers for 70 minutes. No sure if this is the norm here? But overall not an experience that left us with wanting to come back.

Pidan la carta de bebidas, tienen diferentes precios de mimosas y te van a servir las más costosas, 325 pesos por cada una, y ni siquiera es champagne. Regresamos pensando q hiba a ser la misma calidad de comida q con los dueños anteriores !! El lugar y servicio muy bueno como siempre pero la comida un desastre y excesivamente cara .. el filete mignon no son más de 100 gramos cuando llega a tu mesa es ridículo el tamaño pésimamente presentado dos brócolis y tres cuadritos de papas fritas ma casi quemadas !! La calidad/precio de los alimentos no corresponden, pedimos una entrada de betabel ni si quiera era un betabel completo, mi esposo pidió huachinango y las porciones del pescado eran raquíticas y estaba pasado de cocción, no tienen opciones de postres con chocolate, los meseros estaban rebasados no sé si son pocos o porque pero el servicio era muy lento y estaban distraídos, pensaba pedir unos profiteroles de postres pero tardo mucho tiempo en aparecer un mesero y mejor ya no pedí nada, al final en su cuenta revisen que no haya cosas de más antes de pagar, mi hermana pidió una bebida, no la llevaron y estaba en la cuenta, al final hicimos la observación y llevaron su bebida. El lugar es bonito pero deben mejorar su comida, las porciones y presentación.

In Mexico for the holidays and we wanted to go somewhere for Christmas dinner with our group. Emailed ahead and asked if some people didn’t want to order off the Christmas menu would that be ok and were told yes. We got there and that turned out to be not true we could only order from the set menu. Never got a drink menu and when we asked the sever why were our options he seems un interested in telling us.as we were told we could ONLY order from the Christmas dinner menu but I saw so many items not on the fixed menu leaving the kitchen? Got my home drink but never was asked again if I wanted another one. We had too flag down a server anytime we needed something that we should have got with our meal (utensils) the brought us another tables food by accident. We waited for over an hour for our food. When it came to the bill we asked if it could be separated and they said no. So we had to figure out who got what. We were pressured into leaving a larger tip even though I could see in the screen there were different options. As the group left I was stopped by our server saying that the bills don’t add up too what the total was. He made me very uncomfortable and made me feel like I was stealing. The place felt it was targeting tourist and scamming us. For what we each paid for our meal the service was horrible and very tiny portions that some of us went and ate afterwards. Would not recommend and sadly will be a Christmas dinner I won’t forget and not for good reasons. It’s funny when you look back at old reviews that also state they felt ripped off or the service was slow and horrible or portions vs price are brought up they respond with we will address those issues and resolve them. And here we are months later from those old reviews and still the same things are going on. Avoid this place
