I ordered a Pepperoni pizza, which they told me would be ready in 20 minutes. I told them I'd wait, and they insisted on giving me more options. I also wanted to sit down, but they wouldn't let me. I think they should remove those chairs, as they're just in the way and not serving their purpose.

It needs a looooot of organization, every time I go for a pizza (and I think many will agree with me) first you have to line up to order and then wait like 15 to 20 minutes for the pizza to be delivered because they never have any, their marketing is to have the pizzas that are convenient for them to sell and "that you take those" or wait for them to make you the one you want, then you don't buy what you want but what they offer you and I think that's not how it should be, personally I don't like going there anymore, but to please a person I love so much I go and buy it, also divers when you pay with credit or debit card (if you are in a hurry, don't let the rush confuse you and you forget to ask for your card) because they won't come back, bad experience in that regard.

First time at this branch, I ordered three items and Zzzzz... "Wait or change the item..." I decided to wait 20-25 minutes... Time passed and it took 36 minutes for the item to arrive. The manager showed no leadership. I'll return and assess their efficiency; for now, 3 stars.

I rectify my good opinion regarding the schedule according to a young lady who works told me that they close at 10 p.m. and I arrived at the place and ordered pizzas and she told me that they no longer have dough to make more and I told her that then all that flour that is seen there, I love that she tells me that they only make a certain amount of dough a day and can't make more. The truth is that I was very disappointed and killed all the good expectations I had about it. What a disappointment I want to add, apart from all this, unfortunately they no longer have customers because they don't have the pizzas of pero i and even worse, for justifying themselves by saying that the ovens are not working.

They charged me 2 extra and gave me two of 99. I realized this when I got home and I live 20 minutes away. I didn't come back to complain because of the distance. This is in Purisima del Rincon.
