This location got a lot better over the past couple of years. A lot of kids during after school hours, but otherwise nice spot. Kitchen can be a little on the slow end, depending which manager is on.

I receive my order very quickly, the food is fresh. I've actually sat down to eat, and so far it's peaceful. Usually I don't stay around, but so far so good. The only con so far is the use of bleach as a cleaner. Once I started smelling it, it was making me sick so I had to leave. Not good while or after eating. Please consider using a non toxic cleaner as bleach is highly toxic.

It's a solid BK in Rego Park with very clean spacious seating and fast service. Plus the redeem offers in store function actually works on the app so an extra star for that.

Owner of this BK (Rego Park), At this restaurant, you can't enter your e-gift card number manually to redeem. It will not work or it will not accept. You keep getting an error message. Yes, I've tried several times already. Please fix this issue. Since it's not a physical gift card, you can't swipe it. FYI, at other fast-food restaurants, you "scan" the barcode or QR Code = easier for customers & BK employees. Thank you.

I always liked this Burger King. Good food and it use to be ran pretty decently. Unfortunately since they added the mobile / walk up window after closing. Drive through can take 20+ minutes. I ordered a burger on the app with the option “Low Carb” bread, thinking it was keto bread because that’s what low carb means… they proceed to give me NO bread. The food here is as expected. It's always made fresh, hot, and to order. Thankfully, they are not stingy with condiments/napkins either. If you are dining in, however, be warned that the seating area is a makeshift homeless hangout. People come in and beg for money/food, you have people digging through the trash cans for cups to refill, non-customers will come in to use the bathroom and refill water bottles with soda. The icing on the cake, there are "regulars" here that will stay with their bags/belongings at a booth or table. Went for the Bikini Bottom Bundle, the cashier told me they had no more yellow bun, ok fine. For the drink she told me they had the pineapple drink but with no foam, whatever. Now, when she came and gave me my food she proceeded to say "did they tell you we don't have anymore pineapple drink?" Acting like she wasn't the one who told me they DID have it (mind you there weren't many customers), so I had to settle for a freaking sprite. What's the point of selling the bundle if you dont have the available items but still sell it for the full price? Horrible customer service. Plus there was a questionable person roaming the store asking for food and such so the environment is not that comfortable either. Never coming back again.

We received food and it was not cooked correctly it had raw meat. The staff all seem to hate working there the way they talk the way they act the way they look at customers and the way they work. The only thing I can honestly say is that one of the older ladies that worked there she’s always cleaning and the place is always spotless, clean bathrooms, clean floors, clean tables and clean station where you go get your soda.
