I used to be big fan of Boishaki in Astoria but ever since they opened up in Ozone Park I has become my go-to place. I live there Roast Pulao and beef tehari. Will always recommend this restaurant before any other one in ozone park as long as they keep up their good quality.

This place has very friendly vibe. Mr. Sultan is very outgoing and provides over the top customer service. I definitely recommend this place. You will find foods are as good as their service. If you ever come across it be sure to visit and you will not be dissatisfied.

This is one of the best places to get South Asian food in NYC! My and I have tried almost every Bangladeshi establishment in NYC, when we went here, we were amazed. Unlike other Bengali establishments, Boishaki prioritizes cleanliness, customer service, safety, and quality food. The staff is super friendly, you almost feel like they are old friends. I would recommend their beef biryani, chicken 65, the mouth watering desert selection (the gulab jamun is 🤩). I would definitely recommend this place if you are trying to get your friends into Bengali food or just taking your parents somewhere good.

I had the utmost privilege and pleasure of dining here with my friends few days ago....the food was divinely delicious!!!! I had the Roast and Pulao and it reminded me of the grand weddings of Old Dhaka and for a second I felt like I was transported back into my childhood eating with all my family members that I haven't seen in 12 years.....this truly is a fantastic place to savor Bangladeshi food...I am looking forward to going back and try their other dishes they passionately cook.

Seems like this business has new owner. Not a bad start. So far food quality is good and specially tea and snacks. I would recommend trying their Somosa, Shingara and piaju. Not bad.

Sorry but this place is not clean AT ALL. The workers were nice but the place needs cleaning. The food also is mediocre definitely had better.

Worst service! I ordered food but when it wasn’t ready after 20min I asked them why I haven’t get my food yet then they just placed the order to kitchen!when I said I don’t want it anymore cz it’s late already they didn’t even said sorry! I understand all people make mistakes but a simple apology can help

The prices of food does not match the quality. If you charge high prices make sure your food is not dry stale and old. Why would anyone pay for flavorless food.

Front cashier The tall lady working in evening to midnight, always overcharging and display with boy the counter that’s not really fair

Service here is horrendous. I came twice and during both experience , the staff gave me a problem. First time going there, no one was ready to serve. I waited 15 min and the lady behind the food table was talking on her phone ignoring me till I left. Second time I go there, they claim that I didn’t pay for my food. Told them to check their cameras because I DID pay for it. Had me wait in the store for 20 min before they let me go. Honestly I’m very disappointed and disgusted at how the staff threats their customers. Won’t be coming around anymore and I will be spreading this update to the locals and my neighbors.

Called to ask a simple question and lady yelled at me and hung up. Food was buns as well.

This is my 2 nd time to eat there..their chef who making food all food are real salty and no taste..another thing their restaurant are too tiny but they have three waiters but they are not serving food they always standing cash area and they told us for self service

I’m writing this review after trying the food 3 times . Every-time I order they never close the biryani box properly, it stays half open . Also the restaurant staff doesn’t follow CDC guidelines. They take order without wearing mask. Too many people ( customers)inside the store at the same time. Today I bought a chicken biryani and found a tiny hair. I don’t understand why its so hard for people to give quality service. This is not acceptable. This shows how careless and inexperience staff working there !

Wish I could give them zero. I bought 10 boxes Biriyani and 5 pieces Roast for my guests just 2 days before Eid - Ul fitar my Eid festival. They nicely packed Biriyani boxes and Roasts. When at home I open all food I found smells . I took out for warm up !! Really shocked !!! ALL BIRIYANI WAS BADLY ROTTEN AND VAD STRONG SMELKS . ALL FOOD WAS BADLY ROTTEN , same as chicken Roasts !! Every food was soggy, chicken roasts color changed for rotten . All 10 pack Biriyani was so so rotten forget about eat could even touch them ! $130 wasted . I was so embarrassed and helpless , I ordered food for my guests! Was big mess . This people should get punished and should proper lesson for selling rotten food . It’s a big Sin. Making fool customers! I will take proper action against this store definitely.

I ordered chicken biryani yesterday, the worst I hv ever tasted, they put a chicken neck bone in it, I've been eating Indian food fr different restaurants since 1983, no one puts chicken neck bones in it!
