1era sucursal en Querétaro pero tenga cuidado porque el personal deja mucho que desear (ni te dan las gracias),no recomiendo los paninis son muy pequeños pero lo demás sí,solo ignoren el trato del personal,lo demás está muy bien.

I really had high expectations for this place; friends had talked about it. It's not bad, but nothing special. Even though there weren't many other customers, the service was slow. I ordered a small roll, and they asked if they'd heat it up, which I agreed to. The problem was that it took ages to arrive, and the three girls whispering in the kitchen gave a bad impression. The flavor was okay, again, nothing extraordinary. However, it was expensive for a small roll that I devoured in three bites. I won't be back.

Yo los probé y la verdad el sabor dejo mucho que desear, sé sentian como los roles de Bimbo solo que sin pasas, nada nuevo. A todos los que no les han gustado, les recomiendo buscar Cinnirolls en el mapa, muy cerca de candiles y son mejor opción. Caseros, más económicos y sobre todo, más deliciosos.

I ordered a chai tea. As you can see, I've been craving chai tea lately. Here at this establishment, they don't know that they only offer original chai tea. If you want a flavor, there's no unknown flavor. We bought some bread cookies. I don't know what they are, but they felt hard. I don't know if that's the case. I didn't like it, and considering the price, the flavor isn't worth it. The rolls didn't catch my attention, so, mmm, I didn't like it, at least not at this branch.

Los rollos de canela están buenos pero la bebidas son terribles! El café peor que el de Oxxo y el chai pésimo!!

Lugar bonito. Me tocó pan medio duro. Parecía de días previos. Sabor: Demasiado dulces, empalagan antes de terminarlos. Precio: Demasiado caro para lo que es. No lo recomiendo.

Fui a probarlos pero realmente se me hacen costosos y no tienen la calidad que prometen me gustan más los de Miroll aunque ellos tienen que ser por encargo pero su sabor es muy natural

Al lugar le hace falta iluminación, está todo el ambiente depresivo no invita a quedarse a disfrutar del momento. Los roles no tienen mal sabor pero no volvería a comprarlos, el café es malísimo y la experiencia en general mala.

I mean, they did, because the establishment obviously occupies one. But the lady wasn't kind enough to give it to me. It's a great plaza, but the short, gray-haired security guard is quite a nuisance, even though he sees you drinking there. I assume he has some paranoia. The only thing he should be watching is the vehicles, which have been vandalized.

I was served at the Antea Plaza location, but it's not showing up on Maps yet. As a recommendation, they should wear hairnets and masks. The girls were chatting and laughing while preparing the cinnamon rolls, and saliva was dripping into the food... and without hairnets, forget about the hair. They also need more staff and should take turns handling payments and preparing the rolls, since they were handling cards and money and then moving on to preparing the rolls. The food tasted stale; it was more like puff pastry than bread. I love cinnamon rolls and was hoping for good service at the Antea location, but I don't think I'll be back or recommend it.

They're chewy, and in my opinion, they shouldn't be reheated in the microwave. I expect them freshly baked or at least reheated in a toaster oven. Besides, they're already out of the classic mini size. Shouldn't they have enough stock of the only thing they sell?

Cuando me preguntaron si queria los mini panes calientes supuse que lo harian en un horno, fueron por ellos le pusieron el chocolate, fresa, caramelo y tradicional y lo metieron al horno de microondas, obvio salió todo batido, exageradamente caliente y tuvimos que esperar a que enfriará para comerlos, pero tampoco pudimos, ya estaban duros y exageradamente dulces. Habia visto el lugar muchas veces vacio pero, quise darle la oportunidad, sin embargo , a mi me parece exageradamente caro lo que paga uno por lo que recibe, si bien es cierto el empaque y la bolsita estan muy lindas, eso no te lo comes y lo que debería darle valor seria el sabor y servicio. Yo no vuelvo.

No hay teléfono para confirmar el horario y el horario no coincide con el que viene en Google. Literal venimos desde el otro extremo de la ciudad para que estuviera cerrado.

El servicio súper deficiente Me hicieron esperar 10 min para querer atenderme. Cuando por fin lo hicieron de mala gana, cortante y no tenían casi nada. Me senté y me preguntaron “te debo algo” y me veían constantemente a ver si me iba y hasta apagaron el aire acondicionado para correrme. Mejor vayan a otra parte.

I ordered a classic roll-on-the-go and the bread tasted old, plus it was extremely sweet and dry, and I love sweets! I was very disappointed :( Instagram failed again, expectation-reality. I couldn't finish the cup, and that's because it's a mini one.

I ordered one of the rolls listed on their menu and they told me they no longer carry it, yet they're still advertising it??? The older woman had a terrible attitude, was angry, answered rudely, and got upset because she didn't have change. The service was awful, and it wasn't even good. Save yourself the trouble!

I bought the mini cinnamon rolls in different flavors. They weren't bad, but they tasted stale. You'd expect a place that specializes in cinnamon rolls to have good cinnamon rolls. The coffee wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. It's more understandable that they don't make good frappes in a place that doesn't specialize in them. The service wasn't bad, but I was surprised that a woman who had been sitting there since I arrived was the last to receive her order. This was because the employee forgot her order. It's an understandable mistake, but what I found appalling was the lack of an apology or any comment about the error. He just put it in the oven and gave it to her after a few minutes. There was no apology or explanation; they just ignored the woman's comments. She was frustrated, but never rude. In that case, it wasn't me, but I thought it was terrible of the employees not to acknowledge their mistake and apologize, instead acting as if nothing had happened and that their oversight wasn't a problem.
