Delicious food with very fast service and very nice servers ! And the prices are super reasonable, one of the less expensive restaurants in Aldea Zama. You really get a bang for your buck ! Would definitely recommend to stop here during your stay !

Excellent food and super professional staff, in particular pizza made by Davide are awesome, the best pizza maker in the area. The restaurant is cool, I tried a cocktail, Negroni Sbagliato, and it was perfect, like in Italy. All ingredients are 1st choice. Amazing experience.

Great Italian in the Aldea Zama. Stephano was a great host. Had two dinners with friends during our trip. Both meals were excellent. Wood fired Pizza oven makes a great thin crust pizza and stromboli. Wife had a fantastic Lasagna. Cool setting and excellent service.

Was delicious. They didn’t have some of the items that they have on the menu in La veleta, like the langosta pasta and steak with potatoes and cherry tomatoes but it was still very very delicious. Get the scallops you won’t regret it!

El.lugar se encuentra en un rincón de Aldea Zama , íntimo, y elegante La.comida esta increíble , Platos tradicionales de la cocina italiana revisitado en clabe gourmet y con un toque orientales ..una explosión de sabores que te deja en un viaje sensoriales entre Italia y Oriente. Los recomendó como el lugar más gourmet de Tulum.

Ya hemos probado Canova en la veleta, así que queriamos probar en Zama. El lugar muy bello, el servicio excelente, nos atendieron calidamente Tania y Leo, la comida estuvo excelente! Volveremos. La pasta con camarones estuvo deli.

Buscábamos en google alguna cantina italiana por tulum y encontramos Canova Zama. Nos encantó la comida. Pedí Milanesas de pollo y no solo son las más ricas que comí sino que ademas las porciones son super abundantes, la lasagna también estaba muy rica, buena relación precio-calidad. Muy recomendable!

Pedimos tagliatelle con camarones y creapella de salmón! Delicioso! El servicio buenísimo. Pocas veces te sirven el vino a la temperatura perfecta! ❤️❤️

Fui con mi novio y tuvimos una excelente experiencia desde el momento en el que llegamos y nos recibieron muy amablemente. El lugar esta ubicado en el centro de una manzana principal en Aldea Zama, muy tranquilo y poco concurrido, fuimos por la tarde y nos abrieron una sombrilla. Pedimos unos tragos y luego comimos una entrada de crepas y como plato secundario pasta italiana. Es un negocio atendido por sus propios dueños. Volveremos :) es el lugar que mas nos gusta de Tulum!

Esta es la segunda sucursal de Canova pero ahora ubicada en el corazón de Aldea Zama manteniendo la esencia de Canova en la Veleta. Es un buen lugar para cenar, en un plan tranquilo y relajado. La comida es excepcional, variedad de pastas y ensaladas, tienen una correcta relación calidad precio con porciones generosas y diferentes opciones para maridar

La comida es excelente y los precios son acordes. Pedimos la lasagna y la entraña de angus con salsa de remoulade y papas y estaba delicioso. Ambiente tranquilo, muy buena atención

Canova es uno de los mejores restaurantes de Tulum. Sus tres restaurantes, elnde La Veleta, el de Aldea Zama y el de la playa son excelentes. La mejor comida italiana de Tulum y a un precio increíble!!!!

Después de un día largo de paseo, Canova Zama fue lo mejor que nos sucedió en Tulum. Fui con mi hijo, y pedimos una lasagna bolognesa y un fritto di mare misto ambos deliciosos. Cerramos con un brownie con helado que fue la cereza en el pastel. El personal súper atento y amable. El precio es inmejorable para estar en una zona tan distinguida en Tulum. Comes delicioso y pagas lo justo. El ambiente es precioso. Recomiendo mucho este lugar.

Las milanesas son deliciosas y en general la comida es muy rica. El servicio bien aunque depende del día.

We’ve dined at Canova Zamá several times and it just keeps getting better and better. The pasta dishes are excellent and the milanesa with potatoes is delicious. Service is attentive yet not intrusive, and the atmosphere on the patio is lovely. Very reasonable pricing too!

We have been going to the La Valeta Canova since our first time in Tulum years ago. This new location is so beautiful and the service was excellent. The quality of the food is just as good as the first time! Our favorite pizza is the La Diavola and our favorite dish is the steak and mashed potatoes. You really can’t go wrong though. This is our favorite place to recommend people to eat in Tulum!

Very lovely restaurant with an amazing ambiance and beautiful outside patio (just gorgeous so unique!!) and friendly service and a good bartender. The food was amazing. I had chicken malenesa and my husband had the steak. Both very delicious. Mush potato was amazing. The eggplant parmigiana as an appetizer was out of this world. New take on a traditional dish and very healthy. We should have ordered vegetables as a side dish because the steak didn’t come with any.

I’ve been meaning to try this place for ages, and coming here was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I ordered the skirt steak, and for the first time in a long while, it tasted truly authentic and was cooked to perfection. I chose mashed potatoes as my side, and they were absolutely delicious—you could really taste the freshness. For dessert, I had the tiramisu, which was equally delightful. The best part is the price. Considering the often exorbitant prices at restaurants in Tulum, the quality and portion sizes here offer excellent value. I returned the next day and tried the burrata and salmon. Out of everything I’ve had so far, the skirt steak and mashed potatoes remain the standout. The must-try dishes here are the eggplant parmigiana as a starter and the skirt steak as the main course.

Such a good restaurant! Value for money is amazing! The drinks and food were so cheap compared to other spots in Tulum and the quality was there!! We had the burrata, it was okay. A good friend and I met her for dinner. Love the atmosphere at night, great customer service off season here in Tulum. We had had the Salmon crepe like dinner and schnitzel(chicken) both were excellent. I preferred the chicken schnitzel. Their version of schnitzel is a very large thin chicken breast breaded and comes with a wonderful dipping sauce, highly recommended! The restaurant is located in the shopping district of Aldean Zama. Prices are reasonable for the quality of food!! Try this place. You will like it!

Alors la pizza sans gout, la lasagne, ca peut aller. Les spaghetti al vongole avec tomates. Je les ai compté, j en avais 2... et niveau gout, ce n est pas trop ca. Attente sans cesse que l on termine de manger... je ne comprend pas que ce resto ai une si bonne note. Il n y avait personnes...

Canova tiene un agradable entorno natural pero nuestra experiencia en el lugar fue decepcionante. El servicio al cliente dejó mucho que desear, y la espera por la comida fue excesivamente larga. Decidimos visitar Canova para una cena especial; yo misma quería sorprender a mi novio como anfitriona. Sin embargo, lamentablemente, todo salió mal. Ordenamos entrada y dos platos: camarones blancos envueltos en kataifi y filete mignon a término medio. El segundo plato resultó ser una decepción, ya que la carne estaba demasiado cocida y la mayoría de los platillos carecían de sazón. Esperábamos recibir un servicio de mayor calidad, el lugar tiene potencial espero que evolucione pronto!

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here, the first night I got sick as I am very sensitive to food that are old and not fresh, but we came here for the second night because my husband really wanted steak, we waited more than 1 hr to even get a spring salad on the table and we didn’t even have time to finish the salad and we got our main meal. Worse than that, if the lady who was serving us was a little bit nicer and would come to us to check in, maybe I wouldn’t be so pissed off but she completely ignored us for the one hour we waited for the food and her attitude did no suit a the kind of restaurant we thought we wanted to dine in. Yes, they were busy but a nice polite attitude could have gone a long way. The food was ok, salad was very very boring with zero dressing so we added our own salt and pepper that we had to get up and get from another table ourselves and the olive oil but the gnocchi and the steak were ok but, by the time we got the food we were too hungry to make any judgment for the taste. It did look like if we ordered pizza, we would have gotten much faster serving. I wouldn’t wanna go back.

¿Para que ofrecen pizza si nunca tienen? Ahórrense la molestia y no vayan…. Nunca hay nada … a ninguna hora , hay mas lugares, con más gente, y más rico.
