Great food and great atmosphere! Perfect place to take your kids! Great service and very friendly workers! Hot food always! They haven't ever messed up our order as thats usually hard to find in a fast food joint now days. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

The service was friendly, fast, and polite. I wasn't able to get the card reader to work and my carhop was sweet about it and took my card in for me. Food was delicious. I order Mozz sticks often at Sonic franchises all over the state. I ALWAYS ask for extra marinara and MOST of the time I'm given 1 or none. Today I was well compensated by the lunch shift here at Quitman Sonic. I thank you all for a great experience.

Out of all the sonics in the state, this is BY FAR THE CLEANEST one. I get to see inside of them all and the rest should be shut down by health dept. The staff is very sweet. Parking lot clean.

I guess it just depends on how a person's day is going for them. I saw a really sweet smile on one of the girls, every time she came out. Another one was friendly enough she seemed, but the one that brought me my food, seemed to just be there. Like,"I'm just doing my job and that's all." She didn't say that of course, but it's the way she seemed.

This trip we wasn't as satisfied. Our carhop was rude. We asked twice for ketchup and she just ignored us and went back in the building. Will loose customers with employees with attitudes like that. Our visit 11/6/2022 was great service was good as well as the food. Our carhop was very nice and friendly. We ordered ahead on the app so wait time was good. Overall great experience this visit.

I did not like that I didn't get the half off drink in the app. I didn't realize that they didn't participate in this feature. The strawberry shake was good and the tots were perfect. The small double burger was not fresh, and I think the syrup was going out on the Fanta. Still a good place to eat.

I’m so glad I only ordered tots! My wife and I stopped on our way back to LittleRock for breakfast. I had a large tots and she got a super sonic burrito meal, within about an hour after eating my wife become very ill. Bad case of food poisoning!!

It's a smash burger. But someone should call the cops if you are going to assault the meat like that. Maybe get some therapy. Talk to whomever it is you are thinking about while making this burger and try to resolve whatever is wrong. That burger didn't do anything to you. I ate most of it, but clearly a hate crime had been committed and we both have to live with that.

I thought about this for a long time, and finally decided to post a review after countless times this Sonic has screwed me out of food that I paid for. Today it was 2 orders of chicken bites. I live 15 minutes away and don’t feel like making a 30 min trip there and back to get them. This happens all the time, and I guess I should pull everything out of the bag to make sure they are doing their job, but I didn’t. Either way, DOUBLE check your order every time before you leave this place. If it wasn’t for the fact that it’s the closest “fast food” for miles, I wouldn’t waste my money here.

This place has gone so far down hill. I placed a large order tonight and when we got it the friends were cold and hard. My chicken sandwich I got was so over cooked and hard to eat. Our burgers were so sloppy it wasn’t funny. The only thing that was halfway done right was my drink but it still didn’t have the extra cherry I ordered. I spent over $40 on food for my family and I wouldn’t pay 5 for what we got. This is happening more and more lately. This store only makes its money in this town cause it’s the only fast food we have. I suggest anyone wanting to eat find somewhere better. I am sick of wasting my money on crap food.

If you guys are going to sell unicorn slushies you need to make sure you have enough product to go with unicorn slushies that's why people buy them is to get the unicorn straws start ordering your stuff more properly

Seriously makes you pay an arm and leg for some over cooked chicken nuggets, a burnt piece of onion ring and smooshed tots that aren’t even cooked all the way, LITERALLY STILL FROZEN!
