This particular time I ordered a cake & Mikey was so kind as to help me out. He made it very enjoyable & easy, made sure he understood all my requests (✨Lots-O-Glitter✨) was sure to write it down so it will be ready when I need it. Which is in over a week but I needed to pay for it that day cuz I had $15off coupons (shout out to T-Mobile Tuesday! YaY) Their ice cream is Deliciously Delectable 🤤 ((World Class for the win!)) The donuts however are unfortunately.... not quite edible to put it kindly. Even their glazed donut ((how can you mess up a glazed donut??)) You're better off to go to 7-Eleven & get a glazed donut because those are BomB! Most times I've always had a great experience with the staff, every once in awhile a couple hiccups but that's life 🤷 My advice is in those cases the trick is to just slay them with a witty quip & snap them out of it. Ice cream always tastes better with a smile 😉 ((be it genuine or cringe-smile depending on the quip you whip out, both work just as well in my oh so humble opinion)) Also try their gluten free brownies, surprisingly really good! No nuts (YaY!) with a dense consistency. Very good, I recommend 👍

I love this place!.We come everytime we are in Ramona. The coffee is fantastic and the service is always awesome. We tried the sausage, egg, and cheese croissant this time. It was great although it was really messy from the flakes bread. Will definitely be back next time.

They don't have my favorite flavor! Come on Ramona!!!! Daiquiri Ice anytime of year is the BEST!!!!! Plus, my large waffle cone was stale. I could bend the thing! I was really looking forward to crunching it! Then, another day, no hot fudge!

Wow! For the 4th straight week in a row the lobby was closed at 7:30pm-8:00pm. The doors all say that lobby closes at 9:30pm. The website says the lobby closes at 9:30pm. Tonight I looked around inside and there were 5 workers just standing around doing nothing. So, this week I decide let’s go through the drive-thru and was told “Sorry we only have vanilla ice cream and aren’t making milkshakes.” I just might have to take my ice cream business to Poway. I hate to do that because I love RTown…
This is THE WORST waited almost 30 mins for our order only received one item eventually still waited to receive our drinks a customer ahead of us still was waiting who was there even longer than us when we asked for a refund in turn she said we already got our order I said one item only and we received no drinks. they have a sign at the register friends don't let friends go to Starbucks but after this experience I will tell all my friends to go to Starbucks. Also really bad customer service call out the orders don't just set them on the counter and expect the customers to sort it out Managers Remember it is the consumer who pays your paycheck without us you would not have a business to manage

You've just lost a previously loyal customer. They decided to be drive-thru only this evening - on a Saturday night! Oh there's a sign in the window but here's the corrected version:. SORRY, WE ARE DRIVE-THRU ONLY TONIGHT BECAUSE WE DON'T PAY OUR EMPLOYEES ENOUGH TO SHOW UP FOR WORK. Sorry, I worked in the restaurant industry back in the day. There could be a line out the door, but management would send employees home. God forbid they pay a minimum wage employee overtime! I think a lot of restaurant managers are quietly celebrating COVID-19 as they can use it as an excuse to cut labor costs even further - while conditioning customers to accept less service.
Everytimr I go through the drive thru it's is minutes before someone will say something even if it's I will be right with you. Been there several times 10 minutes before closing with pose hours like at 9:20 pm in thr drive thru no one answering go to the window and be ingored even if they look at me whike they are cleaning and everyone listening to music or talking to each still ignoring the customer. D3cided to give them one more chance tonight. Heard them talk to the car in front of me and then when I pulled up waited 5 minutes before someone said I will be with you in a moment. Terrible night service every time.
The time posted that they close is 9:30 on a Friday and their is no signs posted saying that the lobby closes at a certain time. There were five people working with the lobby closed before closing time. When really if the lobby is closed they probably only need like three people
1st off, the place was FILTHY - beyond a mop and bucket criteria. 2nd, I was in the store with ONE OTHER CUSTOMER and it took all 4 workers on site to wait on that ONE OTHER CUSTOMER - consider that dynamic.... , and that's not what's bad (well, it kind of is), not ONE worker said to me "Hello. I'll be right with you." Or even, "I'll be right with you". The other customer kept changing her mind again and again so it was taking some time, but not 4 worker's worth of time and lack of acknowledgement. Grrrrrr......
I've cream is not cheap but ok, the service stinks, it took more than 5 minutes the get my change that they made a mistake on.$8.00..I get you need them to pay with cash before you can open the drawer, after the 5 th customer, I only got the correct change because I insisted she call the manager that was on stafg
We visit this specific location often for the kids, typically easy due to the drive through. On multiple occasions they’ve been out of flavors and have let us know prior to checking out. No big deal. Today we ordered our things, special edition for Halloween. The kids were excited for their wizard ice cream. We got to the window, went to pay, and the lady informed us they did not have any of the toppings for the ice cream (sprinkles and a cookie hat). She handed us plain vanilla ice cream and when we asked for some sort of topping she said they were all out. She said maybe she could take some of the donut sprinkles for the ice cream and was very put off by us asking for sprinkles. She proceeded to hand us back the ice cream and shut the window with force. I would have understood if we were told upon ordering that they were out. But to pay and then receive something you did not want is frustrating to say the least.
Drive thru at night I received the worst customer service ever in my life. Tall young but not that young,overweight white lady with medium length brown hair. Rude from the very beginning.She was very irritated over my order because I forgot to say what flavor. I ordered 2 things,very simple.No thank you no have a good night, I couldn’t believe how mean she was to a paying customer. She was so bad I threw my order away afraid she tampered with it. I will never be going to location again and I will let family and friends know to stay away.

Don't spend your money here. Not worth it. Ordered a 2 scoop sundae and only got 1 scoop, the shake we ordered was more milk than ice cream and tasted like they used spoiled milk. I won't be going back.
