Ordered The Bobbie. Best Thanksgiving ever! Get it with a side of gravy! Comfort food at it's finest, I almost cried! Will definitely be back. Capriotti's, you have made Rancho Cordova a better place to live.

Had to stop in late at night. 10 minutes before closing. Trust me, I know how it can be distracting to serve while cleaning, BUT, absolutely no problem getting my order filled. Kind and friendly crew, clean environment and tightly run as it didn’t take long to get my order. Even at 8:50pm on a Thursday night, I was served faster than most in the drive thru next door. Plus I’m certain the food is better than the clown food they serve in the drive thru across the street. I’ll gladly return as the food is delicious. Quality is worth a little extra price. The staff here was so nice I had to tip them twice. Hope the staff working tonight gets raises, they deserve it. I’ve worked in kitchens for over 25 years and they had it clean as a whistle, and served with a smile. That’s the quality we all need more of. Thanks guys! I’ll be back for sure.

The cheesesteak sandwiches were perfection. I had extra cheese and mushrooms on the classic, we also enjoyed the chicken cheesesteak with peppers, cheese and mushrooms. Fresh baked bread made it superb!

Honestly, I tried to sit here and think of a reason not to give this place 5 stars. I can't. I'm not really into sandwiches. Not buying them anyway. They're a very pedestrian food and I can just make one. Theirs, however, was REALLY good. Went went my brother and pops, got roast beef with dip? Something like that. Well seasoned, toasted nicely, good bread choice. Good job all around.

Solid choice for a sandwich shop. 10 inch sandwich is big enough for 2 especially if you get the large drink and fry. I got Chipotle chicken crunch sandwich (under delivered on the Chipotle). I added the hot crispy peppers with little change to the flavor but a welcomed change in texture with a crunch. The other sandwich was our favorite "The Bobby" which is your classic Thanksgiving leftover sandwich. I will order extra cranberry sauce and maybe try to add those crispy peppers to it. It was a really good version. The fries were crispy flakey salty on the outside, soft and hot inside. Almost a thicker version of the "shoe string" fry. Staff was fast and friendly they did forget anything when they hand you the bag.

Yum-Oh! In my search for the best cheesesteak I stopped at Capriotti's Sandwhich shop and I was pleasantly surprised. The grease soaked paper was a good indication. Highly recommend. Here's what I ordered: 1. Classic Cheesesteak with extra cheese, add hot and sweet peppers, no mushrooms. The steak was a smidge dry, just a smidge and I'm not sure if they season their meat but the crisp veggies and cheesy goodness carried the sandwhich thru. Oh! And THE BREAD! The most softest, squishy, perfect vessel to absorb the sandwhich juices . The service was timely and fair but not the warmest.

Fast and friendly service. Ordered Italian sub, fries and a soda. Fries were amazing, crisp on the outside, fluffy inside. Sub was awesome, one of the best I've ever had. Only complaint, it's a little expensive, but worth it honestly. Would definitely go back.

When you place a mobile order as ASAP, they dont even start making your sandwich until you get to the store. That sort of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead! The sandwiches are great and this delay is really my only complaint.

Made both sandwiches incorrect. I ordered a medium and they put all the meat on a small roll. Then asked me if that was ok, or if they needed to remake. I mean I just want what I Ordered. Of course I ate it. But 40 bucks on 2 incorrect sandwiches unfortunately won't have us coming back anytime soon.

I ordered in the mobile app at approximately 1215 and upon arriving at the restaurant at 1250, it wasn’t ready. I didn’t get my food until 1:13. I’m sorry but that is ridiculous. I knew they would be busy so that’s why I gave it so much time but come in. Then they ran out of pickles. I have loved capriottis for years but it has fallen short at this location for wait times and portions. So bummed

I ordered 2 sandwiches and while waiting I observed the manager using the SAME gloves to ring out customers, make sandwiches AND pick up trash from the floor! There was a young man who had a sandwich with no label and the manager said it’s this order….low and behold I get home and nope wrong! So I went back and told the manager they were wrong and he said “ya they will be back” like what now you have 2 people with wrong orders and that’s your response. If its wrong apologize and make it right not make that comment. At the end of the day after going back they did make 2 awesome sandwiches the bread was great and the food is really good! Hoping next time they change their gloves when they change stations and they improve service but the food is yummy so I will definitely go back again hoping it’s a better experience

The first time we ordered had to wait 40 minutes more but we decided to try again because the shop just opened in the neighborhood. The 2nd time, had to still wait 30 minutes past the time they said it would be ready- 45 minutes in all for 2 sandwiches. This time the meat was not doubled despite paying for it and there was no cheese. It was too far to drive back and wait all over again. Sent a message to them on their website and got an autoreply that they would respond in 2 business days. 13 days later, no response. I hate do bad reviews for local shops because we have few options but I cannot recommend them. Picture is what was supposed to be double meat

Not going back, way too much for a sandwich and lack of customer service.
