I never thought I’d be giving 5 stars to Dunkin’ Donuts, but I’m very pleasantly surprised here! The place is spotless, and the coffee was made exactly the way I wanted. My husband likes his coffee darker, and the manager, Adrian, took the time to adjust it perfectly for him. All the bagels and donuts were fresh, and everything about our visit was a great experience. Huge shoutout to Adrian ! he’s the best!

When was the last time YOU stopped in to Dunkin Donuts in Rancho Cucamonga,California ? Well I did and im glad I did! Great fresh donuts-had a jelly and a cruellar-great! And its summer,its hot! So whats better on a hot summer day than an iced coffee-and let me tell you this is Dunkin fresh brewed for iced coffee coffee and it was awesome! New place in Rancho to get donuts 👍🏻 free WiFi, free refills on coffee, and a nice clean place to chillax at a good location. Plenty of plugins at the ready. There's only one bathroom, but it's not that big of a deal for to the number of seats. The donuts were good of course, as was the coffee, but I can't yet speak for the croissant or bagel sandwiches as I haven't yet had one. The staff is still learning a few things as it's a brand new store, so I don't hold it against them. I've been several times and everyone has always been very respectful and kind. I'll be hitting this spot up frequently.

Been coming here for a while and enjoying their promos. I love Dunkin coffee. This time I tried their cold brew and it did not disappoint. Try their choco butternut donut. My fave.

So I was craving for Dunkin Donuts' bavarian creme and when I look at Google Maps - there, I find a Dunkin Donuts in my area, haha. I went there since it says they are open , although, the grand opening is not until Sep 8. Sadly, they ran out of bavarian creme so I just settled with the munchkins. Good coffee, good ambience, they have outlets for computers. Sounds good to me.

i hung out at dunkin at 4a.m. nearly every day for the past couple of months and came into contact with the best dunkin team! from the radiant manager in charge to the kindest baristas, this dunkin has become one of my favorite places to visit. each visit isn’t just a stop at a cafe, it’s a stop at home. the staff is so, so welcoming, the establishment is tidy, and it’s a great place to get some work done when you need a change of scenery. i have nothing but good things to say! big thanks to the coolest dunkin team♡ you're not doing your morning coffee right if you're not going here.

This is my regular coffee stop on the mornings I'm in the office. The staff is friendly and my order is always ready when I get to the drive-through window. The coffee is good it doesn't give me heartburn which is important! And they have a really good variety of both pastry and bakery type treats as well as breakfast foods with protein available. So whatever you're looking for in the morning, they've got it here. Also if you use the app, the rewards add up quickly so you can get a free coffee or a free donut, free breakfast sandwich whatever you want usually pretty quickly and there's lots of opportunities to get bonuses say for an afternoon order. Or they'll do something like $2 coffee for rewards members. Still my go-to daily!

First impression because the door was replaced with wood due to someone breaking it the other day wasn't sure what to expect walking in. But the gentleman there, the manager possibly, exceptional person. 5 star service. Adrian deserves a bonus for sure.

Coming from the perspective of somewhat of a donut connoisseur, this location provides a good balance of convenience and value. I buy donuts all the time for my clients and I would believe I have been to almost every donut shop in the Inland empire. Although I do love smaller mom and pop businesses, with prices rising, I am now seeing small shops ask for $20 for a dozen plus charging for using a credit card. Dunkin's drive through is never busy, I always get in and out within a few minutes and the price for a dozen is reasonable with no added charges. The presentation is also good for customers. I recommend.

Nice place. Good coffee muffin. Their hot chocolate is also good. Can't say much for the coffee. The staff is very friendly. Good job. One aspect I would recommend is that if they offer freshly made sandwiches, they should have them available (at least one option), specially when the schedule is not that late at night. We came in at 7pm and no more sandwiches. Anyway, good addition to the community. Maybe a short hangout or a quick snack.

Not fluffy not warm .makes you wonder how many days old is the donuts and if they are properly removed every night . No comparasion with the fresh /hot one at krispy cream. Dunkin donuts donut taste extremely stale won't purchase a donut there again . Plain nasty and a huge disappointment. Wish the brand hold better higher quality standards . They don't... even the mass produced donuts at ralphs taste fresher and less dry than the one sold at dunkin . You can find better donuts better pastrie elsewhere. The manager is so tight now they force you to buy 5 mumchkin instead of 3 ridiculous if purchased in store ... the location isnt all that either you will have a view on the parking lot .no sitting space outdoor only indoor . Wifi is free you can sit and relax inside .prices keep going up yet quality keep going down

The worst Dunkin to get coffee and horrible customer service. Not the first time I have to ask for them to remake my drink and they give me an attitude like they’re paying for my drink. The staff needs to get retrained with attitudes and making orders right. Definitely not coming back to this location

This is my usual spot for coffee and drinks due to the affordable prices but I am APPALLED with who I assume is a new hire. Ordered three large drinks in the drive through with a cup holder and was given a single cup holder and as she hands it to us, it snaps and falls into my drivers seat. She stood there, didn’t try and grab the drinks and showed zero sympathy. She did not APOLOGIZE. Merely said “I’ll make you another drink.” And offered napkins, extremely monotone. We pulled up to the front completely upset and angered and all she did was give us the new drink and some napkins and again, NO APOLOGY. She ruined the carpet and just did not care. We would not have been as upset if she tried to help or even apologized and shown sympathy for spilling it on not only my mother but the interior of my car. She must be new. I can sympathize with people working food service/customer service but NOT those who just do not care. This is the worst experience I’ve had at any drive through, I’m not one to complain but when my car is left sticky and watery by someone who doesn’t care about anyone but herself, I have a lot to say. Do better.

I asked for a decaf coffee, but when I got my coffee, on the receipt, it says regular coffee and there is no label on the cup so I went back to get it replaced. They told me that they know it is actually decaf even though it doesn’t say on the label. I said I have hypertension and cannot risk it, so they replaced it. When I opened the “decaf” cup, it has some nasty white stuff in it. It’s in the photos. I still have the 1st coffee that says regular and it looks okay. These employees are questionable.

I just left the drive-thru less than ten minutes ago. I told the cashier that my latte looked like milk. She said that’s how they look but I can add a shot, it’s gonna cost you more. I told her this is not the way it should look plus it’s not Even filled to the top, she continued to argue with me about how it was made correctly, but that I could pay extra to add a shot if I wanted. Whatever happened to the days of good customer service
