A large location. If in the area, it is a good choice if you like a larger store size. I recently tried the Iced Caramel Cloud Macchiato. It was quite good. Usually order the Pumpkin Spice Latte or the protein Cold Brew drink when I visit this location at other times.. I have a few friends in RSM, and we enjoy our coffee drinks and conversation when we get together. Btw, depending on the time, it may be hard to get inside seating. There are many customers using laptops.

Little more crowded than other Starbucks, so the waitnisnusually longer. Very popular location. A lot of outside seating though which is nice. They also serve wine here and have some events every so often.

It's Starbucks. Nothing great to write about IMO. When I was in field sales and would stop for a coffee and restroom break. All the restrooms were absolutely filthy. I thinks it's because millennial batista don't care to be clean. It was so bad and at every Starbucks I started taking pictures and sending to corporate. They told me to stop sending and reporting. Apparently they don't care. I judge the cleanliness of a restaurant by how clean their bathroom is. How management does anything is how they do everything. If the back of the house ain't clean the front of the house isn't.

This SB by Lowes anchor store used to be really nice. Comfy seats, plugs to sit for a reasonable amount of time to work. Helpful staff. Now it seems on the third remodel I've seen, the theme SB Corp seems to have of tearing out comfort and replacing with thin wood stick chairs or barstools is continuing. This and a recent visit where my friend was served a frap drink without the flavors from the previous drink being rinsed out. They offered to correct only to make the drink a 2nd time incorrectly. 5$ drinks, served twice in the slow of the afternoon, incorrectly. I know fraps are the bane of baristas, I get it. But that's what my 5$ paying customer friend likes. They were nice about it but it put a damper on our "stick chair" visit. Yes, they have a line of four or so comfy chairs. Lined up side by side like your getting a mani pedi. Not friendly or conducive to conversation. The place reminds me of my college cafeteria. Well the SB bean counters can be proud of the higher capacity seating. I won't pay for a premium drink if the company has minimal hospitality. A bonus for this location is out back the food center has a fountain a chairs, nice on a spring day. Two unisex bathrooms in back as well, I've found pretty clean on visits.

Upscale Starbucks with a nighttime menu but the service has much to be desired. After the person Infront of me ordered the cashier began changing out the coffee without even taking my order or acknowledging me. Ontop of this the cashier and her coworker were talking about "who was on bottom last night". Not OK in any way.

Gave me decaf probably because im pregnant. Dont give people decaf if they didnt ask for it. I know the difference between what should have been blonde espresso and decaf

4 employees walked right by us more than once, ignoring us & avoiding eye contact. No other customers in line. We were stunned. After standing there in shock, we left. Never have we ever experienced this in a Starbucks before. Terrible!!!!

Lisa was rude when I asked for my order to be corrected, I asked for light ice, waited for a new drink to be made which then came back looking like they just took it back, forgot about it and just placed it back up front, cup half full of ice 🤦‍♀️ I get you guys are busy but maybe slow it down a bit and actually take the time to make the orders correctly. And maybe just think about placing friendly people up front to deal with customers.
