Best food, best people, and simply the best. We’ve been to Rapallo 4 times before, tried different restaurants and experiences. But this place deserves a special place in my heart. We’ve been here 3 times already and will come back for more. Try ravioli or pasta with seafood. Or enjoy grilled shrimps. All portions are enormous and delicious.

Straight forward restaurant with a varied menu and well-prepared food. The staff were very inviting and friendly and the service was good. When the bill came, we were pleased with the value for money. We didn't make the most of the menu as we wanted a simple meal, but this is a restaurant that would suit a variety of tastes.

It was one of those days - hot, too many tourists, every restaurant was over-flowing; when they saw large groups - chairs got folded and/or seats were suddenly 'reserved' etc. At this restaurnt, the older waiter saw us with kids and walked us to the front door and accommodated us. We still had to wait 30 mins, but were glad - at least our lunch was secured! Food was excellent. Anchovies (cold and fried) were mouth-watering. Mussels were delicious. Service: they were clearly overwhelmed with the other big groups and large orders. We had to request silverware multiple times; we had to remind our 1 off order multiple times. And the fact that they didn't speak any English added to the extent, that they were getting frustrated. Not a biggie for me. Oh...I don't think, they had a high chair for kids. Don't remember that part. I would definitely go back there for food, on a 'slow day'!!

Like many of the great little restaurants in Rapallo this one is situated away from the more bustling sea front area. It's very friendly staff and cosy atmosphere made this an absolute treat. The food came quickly and was of very good quality, seafood, meat and vegetarian options. There is an extensive local wine and beer list. Outdoor seating added to the lovely and unique Italian experience we were looking for. Not expensive. Highly recommended. We would not hesitate to go again.

The food might be decent, but I will never know, as we were sitting for 10+ minutes waiting for a waiter to take our order, but we were just ignored. It is not my job to look for one myself, if you see a person (even two) just sitting with the menus down, it is probably a sign that you need to take the order. Honestly everything was atrocious. Avoid at all costs. 30mins after ordering then our water was served at the table. This is not the Italian service I was looking for, I honestly watched all the tables around get served ahead of us. If you want slow service, small portions and okay food if you can excuse the massive clumps of garlic. When I say massive like a whole garlic in the portion! This is the place for you! €60 for two glasses of wine, a shared spaghetti meal which was like a children's size after the mussels, olives and water. Watch your wallets not very budget friendly either. Also didn't listen and didnt bring out the salad with the meal. A massive disappointment especially with all these other reviews! Be warned!!!
