Great place ! Very friendly and a good English menu if you need. I had the pork liver. Very well prepared..even a little link.. so not dry .. in strips. Which makes that not easy. Nice sort of sweet onions to it. Glas of very nice " home" wine 4.5 ! What a good deal. Service very friendly. For sure a place to visit.. make sure you make a reservation... it will get full. And fully understand... ps. I would not go for the 800 euro wine.. comes from France 😉🤣

I had an amazing dining experience at Trettoria Cerchio last night. I had booked a table for two, but a third friend joined us unexpectedly. Despite the restaurant being almost full, the staff were incredibly accommodating and made sure we were comfortable without any hassle. The food was absolutely perfect – the pasta was delicious, and the Wagyu steak was cooked to perfection. Every dish we ordered was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The service was attentive and friendly, making the whole evening even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for excellent food and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Lovely little trattoria down a side street off the beaten track but near the historic Center. We stopped off for lunch greeted very warmly and seated quickly. We were just going to have some antipasto and cheese with their house wine which were all of good quality, but when we saw the various pasta’s coming out to other tables we decided to try them too! Lovely capeletti filled with Parmesan stuffing in a rich meat ragu were delicious, Tagliolini speck and radicchio also delicious and Capelletti with Parmesan cream and San Daniele ham equally very full of flavour. Very reasonable prices, very good friendly service and nice ambiance, can highly recommend

Our B&B owner recommended this wonderful place. We were lucky enough that she made us reservations and the weather was warm enough that our outside table was comfortable (it was raining, but we had plenty of cover). You know you've made the right choice when your restaurant is packed with local people. We chose two of the traditional pasta dishes in brodo, grilled vegetables and drank the house wine (ripasso). It was all wonderful and nice to see local people go in and out and also walking the streets nest to us.

This was my first stop on getting off the train from bologna. I read some very good reviews and it didn't disappoint. The staff were lovely and friendly, it was full of Italians and the food and wine were delicious. It's a bit out of the way, but in a lovely street. Would definitely eat there again.

Locale molto bello praticamente in pieno centro di Ravenna: atmosfera molto “calda” e tranquilla. Personale professionale. Il cibo era buono pur con qualche criticità (le scaloppine - sia quelle al limone che quelle ai funghi porcini - erano di carne di maiale e non di vitellino come vuole la tradizione culinaria italiana e la zuppa inglese aveva una consistenza dura e, per l’appunto, poco “cremosa”). Alla luce di quanto descritto, i prezzi sono, a mio avviso, un po’ alti.

Trattoria in centro, locale caratteristico di piccole dimensioni ma decisamente accogliente. Abbiamo preso 2 antipasti, crostini al cerchio con 4 bruschette varie buone ma non tanto convincenti con un un prezzo un po' altino e un tagliere di salumi accompagnato da bruschette all'olio con sicuramente una buona qualità ma con una quantità che non mi ha convinto. 3 primi di cui due buoni cappelletti in concerto e un buon cappelletto al ragù. 3 buoni dolci di cui un salame al cioccolato e 2 mascarpone spumosi e gradevoli. Il tutto accompagnato da un bottiglia piccola di vino bianco e acqua. Prezzi forse un po' altini sugli antipasti in linea sulle altre pietanze. Staff veramente cordiale e premuroso. Servizio veloce ed attento. Un buon punto di riferimento.

Ottima panzanella del giorno che ho accompagnato con un carpaccio favoloso. Attenzione agli spazi , tavoli molto vicini fra loro , non adatto a fumatori se non nell' apposita zona fronte locale . Trattoria citata al meglio, anche sui menù stessi, per i "4 Ristoranti"; uno dei motivi per cui vi siamo andati. La trattoria è in una posizione tale, per cui bisogna volerci andare, non è di passaggio turistico, e questo è un elemento positivo riguardo al tipo di frequentazione. Sono i primi di novembre, non è estate, è decisamente fresco; all'esterno vi sono alcuni tavolini con alcune persone che pranzano. Pranzare all'esterno per circa un'ora a temperatura novembrina non è il massimo del confort (noi siamo all'interno); sarebbe più opportuno, in certe circostanze, da parte della titolare, sacrificare i coperti all'esterno. I prezzi esposti all'esterno sono leggermente superiori a quanto ci si aspetterebbe per una trattoria. Ciò non toglie che il cliente può decidere di entrare comunque, poiché il pranzo ad un prezzo leggermente più elevato può essere certamente giustificato da un plus per l'ambiente, il servizio e soprattutto per i piatti di specialità. Tutto è al massimo della qualità. Oltre ai necessari vino, acqua, dolce e caffè, i due piatti forti ordinati: coniglio alla cacciatora con patate e brasato con polenta. Due piatti di specialità romagnole al massimo livello, con piacevole pane di accompagnamento servito a bruschetta, con un filo d'olio. L'unico appunto, non insignificante, è che le due portate erano alquanto scarse, in riferimento alle aspettative per una trattoria ed ai prezzi leggermente più alti. Altro appunto, per quanto possa sembrare ininfluente, le toilette sono veramente anguste. Merita una visita

Abbiamo trovato posto all’ultimo per cena. Pur non avendo prenotato sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno trovato una (ultima) disponibilità. Abbiamo mangiato la giardiniera, prosciutto San Daniele, cappelletti in brodo e polpette al sugo. Tutto molto buono. Gentilezza e cortesia senza precedenti (considerando che era anche sabato sera). Assolutamente consigliato, meglio prenotare.

4,5 . A lovely family-run business serving a series of local dishes as well as meat based specialties. The friendly staff helped us pick a few dishes and they were spot on. Their slow-cooked braised meat was excellent, and my cheese-stuffed cappelletti were really good (maybe not as savoury as the more traditional meat sauce). The desserts we tried were also delicious, both the robiola (a type of local fresh cheese) pie and the zuppa inglese. Fairly priced for the quality of the experience.

Servizio rivedibile hanno sparecchiato il tavolo chiedendoci se volevamo il dolce, peccato che doveva ancora arrivare il primo. Antipasti erano ok, ma i primi erano molto scarsi. Great atmosphere and popular although shares some common failings of Italian trattorias in that not enough wines offered by the glass just the rather thin and poor Sangiovese... They could easily do far more as they have plenty of customers to get through the bottles... And the bread is terrible. The pasta came with a dab of sauce so you needed a microscope to see the advertised leek (porra). But they do a superb spinach salad and tiramisu, and very friendly and attentive service and I just had a large campari as they didn't have any other wine. So overall good experience.

The staff speak English quite well. The service is quite fast and clean. They have an excellent wine selection but a glass is 7 euro. The food is full of flavour. The meat dishes are especially delicious. The prices are perhaps a bit too high, and could be 2 euro cheaper. My cod in tomato ragu was 18 euro, but the cod was not fresh and was chewy. Desserts are nice but not out of the ordinary for 7 euro.

Attratte dalle recensioni ci siamo convinte a passare lì per cena, avevo delle aspettative differenti; a mio avviso servizio un po’ freddo e ricercato per quella che è la location (ben curata e suggestiva) e per quanto riguarda la cucina non mi ha entusiasmata affatto. Un piatto di salumi tutto sommato buono ma che ha da rivedere con le porzioni secondo me, primi sciapi, il mio con speck e radicchio anche intriso di olio, sembrava un piatto “svuota frigo” fatto male con un eccessivo sentore di cipolla dovuto forse da soffritto. Mi dispiace spero sia stata solo una serata negativa ma non ci tornerò più :(

Della trattoria ormai e rimasta solo l' insegna fuori. Avrebbero voluto fare una versione "gourmet" che fa tanto fico. Porzioni e prezzi da ristorante di livello. Luogo informale, ma al contrario gestito con tanta apparenza. Mi dispiace ragazzi ma in una TRATTORIA non ci dovrebbero essere IN BELLA VISTA bottiglie e scatole di salsiccia, i veri oste, quelli che ormai non ci sono più, si ribalterebbero nella tomba.

Esperienza deludente per chi vuole trascorrere una serata con i propri familiari. Una tipica trattoria italiana, ma niente di speciale. Non abbiamo trovato nulla che ci facesse venire voglia di tornarci. Costoso per quello che ci veniva offerto in quantità e qualità. Fuori dal centro e dal contesto turistico si mangia meglio a prezzi inferiori. Il personale l'ho trovato poco cortese e solare. Per concludere, quando abbiamo prenotato, pur facendo presente che c'era un bimbo di 17/mesi, abbiamo trovato un solo seggiolone in condizioni NON idoneo alla sicurezza dello stesso. 07.02.2026 (Gennaro BRUNO)
