The fries here are so delicious!! Definitely worth a visit if you like these kind of fries. The guerra and especial are amazing, exactly how they should be! We went two days in a row as we missed this food and it was so nice to have again. Kaassoufle could use a bit more flavour bit still nice to try.

Dutch delight, best fries; European style. Kroketten and bitterballen, they even have joppiesaus...! Update june 2021, the have more options now. Kaassouffle and also some German stuff: sauerkraut, haribo, meerrettich and herring. You can pay by card. The don't do delivery.

The fries are good, and the staff are really pleasant and attentive, which helped a lot. I got the BONE-IN chicken wings, which was a big mistake for me and would be for anyone who doesn't want to use napkins by the pound. The sauces on the wings were sticky, syrupy sweet, way too sweet for me. The wings are all cooked the same exact way (fried) and difference in flavor just means a different sticky-sweet, syrupy sauce. Also, they offered me seating inside or outside. I chose outside and was approached by 8 or 9 people for different things, mostly trying to sell me stuff. I could have used a warning about that and probably would have decided to sit inside had I been properly informed. Nobody wants to be approached like that when they are trying to eat. Personally, I can't really recommend this place overall, but if you do go and order anything that comes with a sauce, have them put the sauce on the side.

We looked forward to eating a kroket (Beef ragu in breadcrumbs) after so many years, , what to say.......it was a good imitation, but not the real deal. It came out of the deep fryer all bulky and with dark spots that were very greasy. The ragu inside was a bit tasteless and too soft. But overal the crunch was really good. A good imitation. The "kaassoufle" (cheese) was horrible, it tasted sweet due to the breadcrumbs. Even when you reached the cheesy bit it still was sweet to the taste. The photos. on the wall (Menu) suggest real Dutch snacks, but they do not represent the product. We decided not to go back for fries, the place looked a bit dirty, smelled of old oil, and with old half burned fries and oil laying on the edge of the deep fryer it made not a clean impression, like most snackbars in the Netherlands. It was very greasy all around. Sorry Frida, we tried....... :-(

Fries were really good. Service sucked. The person that was in the cash register was rude. I am sorry but, for me service is very important for me to go back to a place.

My partner and I ate fries with mayonnaise at Frida's three days ago and have been sick with food poisoning since then. It ruined our trip.
