My experience at Dennys was wonderful. Shaire who is the server was very polite along with the atmosphere being so peaceful. I hope to come back here again. The cinnamon pancakes with icing swirls were delicious for those who enjoy eating them.

After fleeing the Denny's south of here, we were fortunate to stop for a wonderful breakfast and get some of the best service we've had at any Denny's in several days... Parking is adequate, this Denny's is not the largest, the staff here is amazing! We did get the happiest crew that they have and we enjoyed it while it lasted.

Staff is extremely friendly and courteous. Restaurant itself could be cleaner. Bathrooms are well stocked, however strong septic odor. Easy access off of I-5. Coffee is great as always.

When we walked in, it smelled like poo! They were out of the cold brew I tried to order. We ordered our meals. But started with the half order of nachos ($10.99). It was not edible at all. If you look at the picture on the menu, there is a HUGE difference with meat portions and texture. It was just runny meat juice with unmelted cheddar cheese. Finally got our food. But waited for the ranch I requested at the time of ordering, more coffee, syrup for the waffle, napkins and silverware. What a poor experience. Never again.

First night the food, especially the pictured burger, was quite good. The service was friendly, but rarely checked up on you. Since Red Bluff basically rolls up the carpet at 9pm, we found ourselves there a second time. Same friendly help but little to no actual service. Worse, the food was atrocious. My burger was soggy, but the real problem was the alleged Cobb Salad. No turkey/chicken or Bleu cheese crumbles. It did have, oddly, some weird potato straws on it. Easily the worst Cobb I have ever seen. Even worse, my stomach/intestines were thrashed for the rest of the week. So, never again for this location.

This place is extremely overpriced and the restraunt itself was just dirty, especially the bathrooms, absolutely disgusting. The young lady was nice I guess but overall a bad experience. I have never gone to a Denny's and paid $18.00 for a French toast breakfast!!! I was expecting a $50 bill to be enough to cover my son(a toddler) and my husband and I's meal with the tip covered too...but it was over $60 and the food was not even good!

Used to be one of my go-tos. After tonight I don't know when I'll be back. After waiting for a long time to get seated and no it wasn't busy (three customers), then waited over 15 minutes to get ignored. We witnessed an employee coughing all over behind the counter without covering his mouth once. It was gross. Lost my appetite immediately and walked out.

I traveled roughly 750 miles on my journey and decided a Dennys seemed like a good way point for my backpack tour of the south west united states. I had no had any water in 5 hours since leaving Los Angeles international besides a mini bottle on the plane. I arrived, was greeted by a seemingly friendly staff member. I found a seat, asked her for a beer and water. Was probably about 1700 pdt maybe a hair later that I arrived. Upon finding out they serve no beer; I gave the gal working a total of 120 seconds before I observed her. She was putting together condiments, napkins and such at the counter. I saw no water glass, no glass of water and overran felt very uncomfortable after her response to a request for a beer. Is this a dry county or something where I am, it's a town filled Red Bluff which when googled is referred to as dead Bluff by the locals; none of this should justify giving me poor customer service. I left within 10 minutes without a glass of water and decided not to give them my business whatsoever. I'd rather eat food from a gas station and pay for water so long as it is served with a genuine smile. Never, will I ever return to this business and I am posting about this on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook because this is unacceptable way to treat a. traveler. I'm white, I speak perfect English, I am well educated. Quite itit scares me how I get treated here and worry for people of other races or cultures who come to the United States for travels. This type of disconcern for a traveler who comes in for dinner and beverages, should not go unnoticed by management and I will be submitting this also to Dennys corporate. Unacceptable.
